    I recharge by rs 79 in mobile legend gametoday at 6:17pm. The transaction show error but the amount was deducted from my account balance. So please look to the matter at the earliest

            I purchased 600 uc worth rs. 799 on 18th june 2020 through sbi internet banking. My account got debited with the amount of rs. 799 to times of money limited.
            I didn't receive my uc and i didnt receivef the refund.
            My transaction reference id is #igaiurftw9.
            Please i want either the uc or the refund.
            Till now i have received nothing.

            Complaint is closed with out notifying me. This make no sense, i have not got any update on my transaction or refund.
            There's no auditing of this online complaint. Kindly update me or do anything.

                  Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 17jun at 9.11pm via internet banking. Costing rs.724 for uc credit of 660.

                  My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
                  Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                  Customer care centres are unreachable.

The payment was debited from my bank account and i got the sms but unfortunately i didnt get my order and there is no transactions made in purchase history of google play.
