Made a payment of rs.399 on google play to times of money limited for the purchase of gold pass at clash of clans app. But i did not get the benefit of the purchase. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account but i haven't received any mail or a confirmation message. Please look into the matter and ensure the authenticity of the transaction as soon as possible

    I purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of kung mobile on jun 1 at 6:00 pm via internet banking(FEDNET).

    This uc cost 1929/- this amount debited from my bank account to (TIMES OF MONEY LTD.).But no uc cash credited to the game.it shows in my fed net transaction.

    Customer care numbers are unreachable

    This is a lot of money and I am worried about it. So I humbly request you to please solve this problem and give my money refund to my bank account...

      Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 01 june via internet banking. Costing rs.79 for 60uc.

      My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
      Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

        I tried to do an in-app purchase worth 420 rupees in an android mobile game named ‘last island of survival’. Money has been debited from my bank account but the purchase failed and i didn't get the game tickets which i paid for. I need refund of the money i paid or the game tickets i paid for.

                              On 22/05/2020 i was buying battle coins of rs-240 on pubg lite through online sbi. My money got deducted but i didnt get any battle coins. Later next day i had to purchase it again through upi. But while i search on transaction, it shows that the previous money paid to times of money. I request to please resolve this problem. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be completed by adding the battle coins in game that i purchased.

                                  I purchased a gold pass in clash of clans, and done a payment via google pay net banking. After the payment when i opened my app, i was surprised when i didn't saw the purchase. Then i checked the purchase history in the google pay, but there were no recent activities. I was shocked wondering where my money went. I checked my bank transactions and it was paid to inb times of money, i assume it's a google payment partner.

                                  So, i request for the update about my transaction, if it's already happened then i ask for my game pack, or else the refund of my payment.
