On June 11 2020 as seen in screenshot, it shows money was transferred to INB times of money limited, but i never got what i purchased .. i need to you to either send the money to the game, or give me a refund.. the reference number of the transaction can be seen in the photo

Google play store has no record of the purchase i made today... Please resolve this...
