      I paid for a course worth rs 399 twice on udemy through sbi net banking but the payment was delayed due to bank network error and was completed later.
      I didnt receive any of course nor the refund for the course. Amount 798 were deducted from my account and no refund was received. This is verified with the bank as well and the money was credited to times of money limited.

                              Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 23 june 2020 via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

                              My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my state bank of india account that the money went in times of money limited.
                              Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                              Customer care centres are unreachable.
