I purchased 600 uc in pubg mobile app, ₹799 got deducted from my sbi bank account but i got no uc in game. There was no mail or sms in google play store regarding the purchase. Kindly refund the amount deducted as soon as possible.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I purchase bc coins in pubg mobile lite on 1st may 2020 of rs.240 which will give 160bc coins. But when i made payment to purchase this 160bc coins so payment has been deduct from my account but still i m not getting bc

                      I bought bc in pubg mobile on may 1 2020 but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 320 bc and costed me 410 rs. Money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

                        I haven't received the course (I. E. Digital marketing course for rs 399) which i paid for on the udemy app through your gateway on 29th of april at 17.29. The amount has been deducted from my bank account by net banking but the services have not been received so far.
                        I am attaching screenshot of the same.
                        Please look into this matter and either provide with the course or refund the amount as early as possible.

                              It's been a day and I've not received my cp that I paid for. I paid 379 INR and when I contacted Google Support, they said that I canceled the purchase. But still I haven't received any refund. Please look into this at the earliest.

In th game Free Fire sponsored by Garena i have purchased an item for 250rs by internet banking but the transaction shows failed in my game and also the money get deducted from my account.
