For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this. It would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

I haven't received the course (I. E. Digital marketing course for rs 399) which i paid for on the udemy app through your gateway on 29th of april at 17.29. The amount has been deducted from my bank account by net banking but the services have not been received so far.

In th game Free Fire sponsored by Garena i have purchased an item for 250rs by internet banking but the transaction shows failed in my game and also the money get deducted from my account.
