I purchased item on pes 2020 and didn't got the item and the money was gone from my bank account the items costs 2299 rupees and in the purchase i lost a total amount of 2299 rupees and i want my money back...

I have make the payment from sbi Google pay directly from pubg everything was ok, then net banking open and i confirm the payment, money deducted and then i comeback to pubg it show u have cancelled the request for royal pass ..so kindly confirm my request or refund my money...

I have purchase uc from pubg mobile in game through net banking
Amount deducted but uc not recived in my pubg account...

On 13may 2020 I have money to purchase uc in pupg mobile, but yet I did not got it . Amount has been deducted from my account. I have done 3 transaction of rs 420....

I bought 600+ uc worth of INR 799 on 13th may 2020.but still i'm not receiving the uc and also not money refunded...

11/05/2020 I try to buy around ₹ 799 valuable pubg UC purchase .the amount 799 debited my bank account but not receive my UC package....

I purchased two item on pes 2020 and didn't got the item and the money was gone from my bank account both the items costs 2299 rupees each and in one one purchase i do add an google play gift card worth 75 and in the first purchase because of the gift card i lost 2224 rupees and when campaigns both the purchase i lost a total amount of 4523 rupees and i want my money back...

On 9th of May I decided to buy a Rise of Kingdom in-game item and went through the payment. As the payment went through I thought i would recieve the item i bought and went back into the game with great hopes, little did i know that the payment made was through Times of money, as i was so focused on my item. Its been 5 days now and I've not recieved my in game item and there's no update from Times of money.
