    I have make the payment from sbi Google pay directly from pubg everything was ok, then net banking open and i confirm the payment, money deducted and then i comeback to pubg it show u have cancelled the request for royal pass ..so kindly confirm my request or refund my money

            I have purchased my pubg royal pass season 13 of 799rs (600uc) via sbi net banking( yono sbi app) and I didn't receive the money from Google play and also i didn't receive the uc amount in pubg...this is the screenshot of my transaction details of purchase pubg royal pass season 13.!!.                     I purchased two item on pes 2020 and didn't got the item and the money was gone from my bank account both the items costs 2299 rupees each and in one one purchase i do add an google play gift card worth 75 and in the first purchase because of the gift card i lost 2224 rupees and when campaigns both the purchase i lost a total amount of 4523 rupees and i want my money back

                                    On 9th of May I decided to buy a Rise of Kingdom in-game item and went through the payment. As the payment went through I thought i would recieve the item i bought and went back into the game with great hopes, little did i know that the payment made was through Times of money, as i was so focused on my item. Its been 5 days now and I've not recieved my in game item and there's no update from Times of money.
