      Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 18april at 18.50 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

      My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my state bank of india account that the money went in times of money limited.
      Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same. Please resolve the problem

      Customer care centres are unreachable.

              I have payment against the royal pass of rs799 of payment 779 of sbi bank but i have not received uc so kindly refund the amount of rs 779.

                                Hi team 9april2020 am buy net banking sbi royal pass upgrade uc1500 amount of 1949rs in pubg game but am not receiving any uc from your side but amount debited to your account ok i will ask pubg customer care and they said transaction receipt and reference i'd give me solve the problem but i don't have transaction receipt and reference i'd so they will tell me collect your transaction receipt and reference i'd please send me transaction receipt otherwise send me my money back.

My sbi bank statement shows that money is credited to timesofmoney ltd. This is a huge amount of money so please initiate the refund immediately or else necessary action will be taken.
