I purchased a 159rs. weekly membership for the online game Garena Free Fire on 30 March 2020 nearly at 11:30 PM through net banking. The transaction was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my State Bank of India account in the name of INB Times of Money limited. Since the transaction was unsuccessful, I want my money to be refunded as it takes a lot of hard work and time to earn money. I am a low middle class earner and the money matters to me. Please I request you to refund my money as soon as possible as I am panic-stricken with the loss and eagerly want to resolve this problem.

The transaction details are attached hereby. This kind of problems are just unacceptable as my money around INR 1190 got stuck. I want that this issue be looked upon as soon as possible.

I purchased a 159rs weekly membership for the game garena free fire on 30 march 2020 by net banking.
The money was deducted from my state bank of india account but the offer was not completed. I am panic-stricken as i thought the transaction would be safe. I am a low middle class earner and hope you may help this poor person. Please help as soon as you can!

I was trying to buy the quick heal mobile security product. I did the payment of 199 but i think the seller has not received the confirmation yet and so i didn't received my product.
Please help me out of this mess as i need the product urgently for protection. And cannot trust this payment gateway for an another transaction. I am attaching the details of the transaction as a proof in the form of screenshots. As this is the only payment history i have.
Quick heal technologies are equally responsible for this according to me.
