I used internet banking from SBI for a payment of Rs 1599 on 1st January, 2019. It was unsuccessfull but my account got debited. I haven't got back the money till now. I used internet banking on Google play for an online game called clash Royale but there is no transaction information on my Google play games account. I would like a refund as soon as possible. Purchased in-game bundle from marvel strike force on 23dec2019 via sbi internet banking. Costing rs.399.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no bundle purchased was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited. I have attached necessary purchase receipt.

Customer care centers are unreachable.

Hope you could you please resolve this and ensure my purchased is carried out or refund my money back to my account.

I made the purchase of gold pass in clash of clans of 399 rs using internet banking and that transaction is showing that the transaction is done by times of money but the i didn't got my purchase but the money is deducted form my account.. After that i made the purchase from google play vocher and the money was deducted again and i got my purchase is done so i don't want the gold pass of clash of clash of clan.. I want refund... The money paid from my sbi bank account to the times of money limited with reference id #igahqmvqr1 and got deducted from my bank account. I need refund from them or either they provide me the app. As this is fraud with me and i need quick action to be done

I have purchased coin in tango using my sbi net banking but it shows status money transfered to inb times of money limited. But i didn't receive any coins yet. So refund my money or send me coins. I will attach the refference id number which i have take down from my net banking account. I contacted tango customer service about this issue but they ask me to send mail details received from google play store. Yet i didnt receive any mail from google play store

I used my Tamilnadu Mercantile Bank netbanking to pay rs.799 trying to purchase uc for pubg mobile. The amount got deducted but i got no uc. In the app it said transaction cancelled.
