I have done a purchase in clash of clans mobile game to buy gold pass for rs. 399.
The amount got deducted from my bank account but the gold pass is not activated yet.
I am not able to find google receipts also for the same. My account statement says the amount is deducted from my account and is transferred to times of money limited.

Could you please look into this issue and kindly do the needful?

I purchased 600 UC worth Rs.799 on31st January 2020 through SBI Internet Banking in PUBG mobile. But after payment it showed that failed to purchase.
My account is debited with the amount of Rs.799 towards INB Times of Money Limited but I didn't receive the UC.
Till now I haven't received the refund also.
My transaction reference ID is ref#IGAHZUTIL3
Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

This is not the first time, not the second, third, fourth but fifth, m not really happy with the service you are giving. I purchased diamond worth 10Rs two time but I don't received the diamond but deduct the amount from my account so kindly look the matter and refund back my money thankyou.

When i an trying to buy gold pass from clash of clans payment deducted from axis bank net banking but transaction not completed.
Paying through axis bank net banking, money deducted from back account and sms confirmation came for money deducted but still transaction not completed and item not received in clash of clan.
Company name inb times of money limited by which payment was handle. I need my money back to my account.

I confirmed it with google that they put an temporary hold on transaction... and the refund pricess takes 1-14 day... then money get refunded on its own... so I'll suggest other in game app purchase users that wait for it... it'll get refunded

The third transaction i made on 25th Jan also ended with just my money spended without in app purchase

It happened again... another one of the transaction just went to timesofmoney but not to the in app
Only the middle cheque was successfully ended with a product... the marked transaction just ended getting my money eaten by TOMoney

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I purchased an app mini metro app on google play store through net banking using sbi account. The money was deducted from my sbi account but the app is not showing in google play purchase history. Mean it still says to buy the app. It said the transaction was complete on net banking page, so my money was deducted. But the transaction from your 3rd party manager (Timesofmoney as it says in sbi transaction history) was not completed on google so it is not showing up in my google play store purchase history. I was refund as the money was transferred through timesofmoney.
