On 12 june 2018, i purchased diamonds in dragon nest mobile-sea worth rs.3100, money deducted from my account even the transaction is failed.
Therefore, please kindly refund my money to the saving account i did my payment.
I contacted the axis bank regarding this issue and was told that the transaction did go through and u guys (Times of money ltd) did received my money.
I was told u directly contact u and ask for refund.

I have purchased a couse from udemy app and money has deducted from my account but the course has not been offered to me.
I have been trying for a refund but their is no reply money has been debited from my account but their is no response on the purchase of the course and the payments is telling that my course payment is cancelled
Please do kindly look into it and refund my money back.

I purchased diamonds in MOBILE LEGENDS: BANG BANG worth Rs.799,

I had purchased diamond in mobile legends (Game) which we have to purchase by real money through net banking.. So i did the purchasing thing even after doing transaction through net banking of sbi and i wondered why didnt i get it till now... So i checked my account to ensure whether my transaction was completed or not as i found that the money was deducted has been tranfered to the inb times of money limited instead being transfered to the game owner i. E. Moonton (Game owner name). And i checked my google account purchase history the money that i send to moonton was canceled .

I hav purchased an ebook titled "computer mission" by kendra partap and amount is deducted from my account but couldn't get access to book, please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I wanted to purchase this app so made a payment through sbi paying 942 for the pro version of the app. Money is deducted and also purchase has got cancelled. Dear sir, i have purchase diamond worth rs 470, the amount has been deducted from my account but the diamond has not been credited till date. I purchased 3 android games on 29/03/2018 via google play store (Gta san andreas for ₹220/-, gta vice city for ₹156/-, gta iii for ₹156/-). For that the respective amounts of money had been deducted from my sbi bank a/c through the web page directed by google play store (https://www.timesofmoney.com/direcpay/secure/DpPaymentTxnServlet). the bank transaction ref. Nos. Are [protected]igadfqwvo1, [protected]igadfqzes8, [protected]igadfqztx6.
Though the money had been deducted and the transactions were successful from my bank's part, my google play account doesn't seems to reflected by this and it still asks me buy the games for which i already paid.

I hereby mention that i have clicked on state bank of india payment option while i was going to purchase value pack in clash of clans game. I was redirected to inb sbi site and i have made the payment. The very same time my money has been deducted from my account but the purchase wasn't made and i am loss of 1599 rupees now.
So help me asap.

I recently tried to buy an app i. E "nova launcher prime" from google playstore, but the transaction was cancelled for unknown reasons, so the purchase was not completed.
But the respective money for the app got deducted from my account, and was not refunded.
The last transaction in my internet account shows, that the money went to 'times of money'.
I hope to get refunded soon.
Since i see alot of complaints which have been not attended by anybody regarding 'times of money', it seems this company is habitually being eating consumers money, without any one intervening.
Would be taking further actions, if these complaints are not attended.

I tried purchasing a course from udemy app. Done payment through google play store, 800 rupees deducted from account but course purchase was not successful. It showed error message. Even though money deducted from account i was not able to purchase the course. I am student somehow i managed money to buy this course and what i get is loss. Please solve my issue as soon as possible i want my money back

Hello, I purchased membership two times both with Rs. 799 by INB for the game Mobile Legends through Google play but the amount was deducted from my account although the purchase didn't come to my game account. I was able to do two more successful purchases after the problem.

I have already paid my water supply bill payment of rs.5528.85 (Bill number :1718hew0972238 and bill amount rs. 5458 + rs. 60.04 convenience fees) on 25th of jan'18 through online payment gateway.

After payment completed i received a massage from ad-hdfcbk as per below

"thanks for using debit card ending 3983 for rs. 5528.85 in mumbai at toml on[protected]:14:55:58"

But we have not received any payment conformation from mcgm, also if you check in the online portal it is still showing in outstandig payment.

Request you to check & refund my amount at earliest.
