I made an in app purchase via google play and the money was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the feature nor did google send me the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I've attached the proff regarding the payment.

I made an purchase via google play for free fire for Rs.10 two times and the money (Rs.20) was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the feature nor did google send me the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I purchased a education package through allen test my pre app on 5.6.21 . Amounting rs 1750. 00 deducted my account but I can not received any payment confirmation receipt in my email. With reference to transaction id igabyncpu8 dated: 04/09/2017 of which order is pending yet. I think this company is simply created for laundering money from general public as it has no enough customer care no and reachable emil detail.

There is just an email but that too does not reply back to customer. I did not expected such service from the this payment gateway.

On 21/09/2017 i have done five payment transaction to strand life science of which two transaction were successfull and three transaction failed each amounting rs.6, 000/- total amount transaction failed was rs.18, 000/-. The transaction was done from axis bank credit card.
The bank said that the payment gateway claimed the money and now the refund will be done by them.
Kindly check and refund the said amount i. E. Is rs.18, 000/- to the account from which the payment was done.
