I purchased 60 rupees pack from play store before 2 days.. But i didn't get it... So, i contacted miniclip but they tell me to contact you... So, i don't understand what's going on but either i want a solution about this or give my refund back...

Today between 4:30 - 5:15, i tried to purchase coins in 8 ball pool game through net banking of central bank of india.. After going through the payment method my account was debited with rs130 but the purchase was not successful. There is no adress mentioned in the game where i could file my complain. Tried to purchase a pack in the game 'battle copter' game in through google play store. After paying the page redirected to payment page again in spite of the product. Attaching bank transaction screenshot.
Contacted bank also, they said that transaction is successful from their end. Prn no. From bank for this transaction is [protected].
No google pay receipt was generated too.
Means that the payment gateway failure...
