[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — call of duty mobile purchase failed

I bought a in-app purchase in call of duty mobile on 4th of april at 02:10pm via internet banking. The amount was ₹799.

The money was taken from my account but they didn't give me the cod points that i wanted. The money went to the timesofmoney but the purchase wasn't successful. I want the cash back to my account. I included the receipt of the payment as well

I was trying to purchase the coin from teen pati octro game but unfortunately google play amount unsucssfull but from my account payment deduct thrice time but does not show any coins on my account.I just want to refund my whole amount.please see the attachments as well.
