Today I bought 400 COD points (Rs. 399) to top up my existing 400 COD points in Call of Duty Mobile on my Android device but the purchased COD points are not reflecting in my account. The money got debited from my bank account but the purchase somehow got cancelled on returning to the game. Please help me out here or at least just refund my money back to my SBI bank account. The details of the afore mentioned transaction have been attached with this complaint.

The amount has already deducted but I didn't received any reward and even neither a amount o[censored]nknown cash has been added to my game account

Dear sir, I had bought/purchased Royal Pass amounting Indian Rupees Rs 599 on Dated 15 March 2020 and Rs 599 on Dated 16 March 2020 respectively via State Bank of India internet banking facility through INB Times of Money. Although my bank (State Bank of India) said my first transaction on 15 March 2020 was successful and debit Rs 599 from my account but inside the game my transaction was failed so, I tried again on on 16 March 2020 and my bank said that my transaction of Rs 599 was successful and they'd debit me Rs 599 again. But both these transaction failed inside the game. That mean my recent Rupees 1198 was deducted from my bank account for nothing. So, please do something about these problem and please do refund my Rs 599 and you can used the other Rs 599 on my pubg account. I am waiting for your reply. I have attached my transaction details also.

Amount transfer by Times of Money for Rs.50 dt 13.03.20 to pay Google Pay for rent of movie.That was showing error in processing but deducted in Bank later on but not transfer to Google Pay.Either refund or pay to Google Pay Rs.50.

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 08 march 11.11 am via internet banking. Costing rs.420 for uc credit of 300+25uc

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I have purchase 300 club coins from pes 2020 mobile for ₹158 (₹79 in the first transaction ) but both the transaction's were failed due to an error that occurred in the transaction process and i haven't got the coins yet. So kindly credit me the amount that has been debited from my account at the earliest.This is the first time i am reporting such an issue from the pes team regarding the transfer issues.
