My Pubg ID is [protected].24 Feb 2019 i purchase some uc for royal pass so i make a payment of INR 420 but UC is not come and my balance is deducted form my account and beneficiary was TIMES OF MONEY, i don't know why this beneficiary was come, the real beneficiary was PROXIMA BETA PTE. LIMITED.i'm again try to do another payment same mode then again beneficiary name is TIMES OF MONEY. So I want to return my money back in my account or uc in my pubg account Please kindly do needful 7 resolve my issue.

Feb 23 time11.32 i made a purchase in mobile legends bang bang of rs 79 and didn't recieve ay diamond so i request you too look after this problem weather to complete the purchase or refund the money... This company has a history of failing payments and then not sending any intimidation to the consumers. An unreliable third party affiliated with google services, i don't know how.

On 15th feb 2020, i tried to purchase an ingame product at Mobile Legends Bang Bang game. Net banking transaction went through but i didnt receive that product. Money was deducted from my bank but there is no receipt in google purchase history hence i couldn't claim my ingame product via the game's customer service. I kindly request you to refund my money.
P.s. i have attached proof of payment deduction and no recieved product on the date 15th feb 2020

I tried to aad UC in app(PUBG) on 04/02/2020.I payed amount from Netbaking .But got a problem.Amount deducted from account, but UC not delivered.

I recharge a diamond worth rs249 from mobile legend through net banking but i have not receive the diamond so kindly look forward the matter and refund back the amount deducted from my account. This is not the first time happening to me so i am very disappointed with the service you are giving. Made an in app purchase for Rs 1599 for a 1000 diamonds from the app Mobile Legends on 10.02.2020 at 8.20 PM(India). After payment I neither got the product nor the receipt in the playstore account. Th email id used for the payment is [protected]@gmail.com The app developer is asking for a receipt since the payment was made through Playstore one touch payment system which later guided me to my net banking account.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my account that the money went in times of money limited.

The above amounts have been debited from my bank account through this payment gateway, but i am unable to view the books. There's no acknowledgement from google play and the books don't show as having been bought.
