Dear Sir,

I have ordered a Fujifilm camera online from Timtara.com on 25rd August, 2012. And the product was supposed to be delivered within 15-20 working days but still I have not received the product. Even the product is not dispatched from their end.

I have called their customer care again and again. But I have not get satisfactory answer. They told me that I will get mail from customer care department within 24 working hours (i.e. 3 days) and in that mail they will inform me when my product will be dispatched. But till date no call or email has come from their side.
so I was cancel my all order but they don’t refund my amount.

Maine 25/8/2012 ko timtara site se fujifilm finepix c25 12mp digital camera (black) camera aur canvas leatherite gents wallet by walletsnbags order kiya tha lekin maine woh order 26/8/2012 ko aur uske baad 30-40 baar phone karke aur online woh order cancel karvaya tha lekin uska refund muje aaj tak nahi mila.
Mai jab bhi company me phone karta hu woh har waqt ek hi baat bolte hai ki aapko 48 hours me aapka refund aapke a/C me MILL jayenga. Lekin abhi tak uska refund mila nahi hai.

    My name is Ronak Shetty. I had placed an order with www.timtara.com. My order number is 10350558. The order was placed on the 6th of November 2012 and I should have received the order within 20 days. However when I did not receive the order for over a month I cancelled the order on the 6th of December 2012. I was assured that the order will be cancelled within 48 hours and my money will be refunded in 7 days. However, when I called up on 11th December, I was informed that the order was not cancelled and it will take another 48 hours to cancel the order and another 7 days for the refund.
    Today again when I called up to confirm the cancellation of the order, I am told that the order is still not cancelled and it would take another 14 days for me to get my refund.
    I have already made the payment of Rs. 2490/- for the product on my credit card for which I am also paying interest now. Transaction id is 10153763

    Requesting you to kindly help me with the same.

    Timtara — Delay in receiving orders

    Dear Sir,
    I ordered www.Timtara.Com a DVD of philips on 23rd dec 2011, their time frame was 8-10 days, but today is 3rd jan 2012, my DVD not reached to me yet, I paid them by my credit card, I wrote to them 2-3 emails, but they didn't answered, on my account in their website, my item shows still a status : awaiting shipment,

    so please do the needful & oblige.

      on[protected], before purchasing i had called them up and confirmed that the product was in stock or not, they confirmed me that the order was in stock. I made the payment Immediately through SBI net banking The delivery time has told 03 weeks. But company is not deliver material before commitment date. then I cancel my order through customer care on dated 30/11/12 complaint no. is 58400 but not cancel my order till date and not refund my money I talked more then 10 times with customer care but i am not satisfied to their response. I am still waiting for my money.
      Service that they provide is just irritating, This is sort of harassment ,they will not shipped it,as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.
      timtara.com is a fraud company, kindly take some strict action against them.

      I placed an Order for a Samsung Cellphone with Timtara.com and did payment of Rs 10, 500.

      As all the delivery deadline passed I requested to cancel my order on 23rd Nov'12 and I purchased the cell from retail electronic store as I could not wait longer.

      I have called more than 10 times for my refund for past 1 month but in vain.
      Hi,

      Please do not buy from Timtara.com, the service provided by its Customer Care representative is great to get irritate and pinch your hairs with a repeated question why i purchase from Timtara.com.

      I had also online purchase from Timtara.com on[protected] and forget the delivery even awaiting the response to my complaints from their shopping portal.

      I am seriously thinking to file a consumer complaint in consumer court for Timtara.com's great consumer services.

      Need to get together to fight with such cheat company

But it is not even cancelled and money is not refunded in my account. Till now i have not recieved money or product.

            After 10 month passed away and i have neither received product nor my payment refund, i have made continuous follow-up with timtara.com on their contact number[protected] but never found valid reason to delay in process.

            Also I have logged online complaint through Timtara site [11494] but never gets any update for the same. even they don't bother to inform customer about any update. i have made continuous followup with aprrox 40 written mails but never get anything from their side.

            their customer representative not able escalate the issue. there is nobody who can take authority and respond to their customer.

            I want to register complaint against Timtara.com to get my money back and for compensation.

              Timtara has charged my bank account but not return my money.

              It seems that Timtara.com has been cheating a lot of customers as a lot of complaints can be found on various consumer forums.Therefore there is a need for swift action before the company winds up and a lot of customers like myself end up losing a lot of hard earned money.

                I ordered a Micromax Ninja 4.0 A87 Mobile Phone from Timtara online on 23rd October paying a amount of 5349/- . The delivery time was 3 weeks .But they did not send me the mobile till 5th December. So on 5th December I cancelled my order. Till date they are not refund my money. When I calling them they giving me very unrealistic replies and the behavior of customer care peoples are very bad. They are very arrogant. please help me.

                    On 25th June 2012, I had ordered two products through your website http://www.timtara.com/. A Micromax A50 and a Bajaj Celing fan, vide order numbers 10277362 and 10277360.I had paid Rs. 5148/-, for both the products via my HDFC credit card.

                    But till Now (12/12/2012) I didn't get my product.
                    Regarding this Number of times I contacted Timtara customer Care by phone. Each and every time they said, Your amount will be refund within this week, And they ask me to sent a mail to [protected]@timtara.com. Number of times I sent a mial to [protected]@timtara.com , [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com. But i didnt' get any valid reply till now.
                    I am running benind Timtara customer care for last 6 months for my amount. Could you please let me know when i will get my money or product.

                      This is regarding order number #10315066, i made purchased in August. since 3 month people said product will be delivered within next 2-3 - 5 days.
                      Now status changed to payment refund pending since last one month and no refund is taking place,

                      Timtara offers horrible customer service with hours of waiting to talk to second line executive, and they provide just verbal assurances without any concrete information.

                      I will advise all not to buy product from such a bogus online shopping service website. there are better options

                      don't go with them, i called them up 100 of times, no apologies , 3rd class service.Bogus fraud cheaters. These people dont keep there words.

                            I have purchased Micromax Canvas A 110 for vide order No. 10346974 for Rs.8529/-and Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet for Rs.7759/- vide order No.10346976, online from Timtara.com on Novemer 1st. As per their terms they are supposed to deliver the items in 3 weeks maximum. Now, almost 7 weeks are over and their web site is showing as 'Awaiting shipment'. I have spoken to their customer care No.[protected] many times. They say that in 24 working hours some senior executie will address my issue Many such 24 working hours have elapsed and nobody attended to my complaints. I have filed complaints to the 'Manage complaints' section, but nobody is giving me any reply. I have written a letter to their company InfoSecure Consulting Pvt Ltd,B-26, Second Floor,Sector 8,Noida-201301 but no reply. Please address this issue and take necessary action. Thank you.

                              I placed order in Timtara.com for purchasing Whirlpool Refrigerator on 6.1.2012 (Order ID:[protected] and Nokia X2-01 on 15.1.2012 (OrderID:[protected].I waited for the period of two months and cancelled both orders as per advice from customercare of Timtara.com due to out of stock of the products.I contacted customercare centre (Ph No:[protected]) of Timtara.com atleast once in every three days for the past 8 Months for refund of payment. They would reply that payment would be refunded with in two days.

                              As per advice from Nisha Madam of Timtara.com,I received one Credit Note of Value of Rs 16520/- against cancellation of both orders by email from [protected]@timtara.com / Payal Srivastav on 19.11.2012. They advised me to purchase any other item by applying credit note before 31.12.2012. They also marked as "refunded" for both orders in order status of "My account" in Timtara.com. When i tried to apply the credit note, i received message " Sorry, number o[censored]ses exceeds". I had written several mails addressed to [protected]@timtara.com and [protected]@timtara.com for resolving this issue. But not received any reply from them. I contacted customer care of Timtara.com and told my issue.They said that issue may be due to technical problem and promised to contact me within 2 days for helping me to apply the credit note and purchase any other product on 30.11.2012. So far nobody has contacted me for solving this issue. Inspite of contacting Customer care of Timtara.com daily except sunday,nothing has happened.

                              Iam not even able to sleep properly in night time daily and mentally disturbed / depressed / affected due to Timtara.com. Iam not ready to loose my hardily earned money of Rs16520/.

                                  I HAD ORDERED A BSNL PENTA WS702C TAB WITH CALLING ON[protected] @ 5:07 PM, ORDER NO. 10351692 OF RS 6648. ON PLACING THE ORDER THEY HAD CONFIRMED ME THAT I WILL GET THE PRODUCT WITHIN 3 WEEKS. BUT AFTER 30TH NOVEMBER(3 WEEKS) I SAW STILL MY PRODUCT WAS IN AWAITING SHIPMENT TAG AND FROM 30TH NOVEMBER TO TILL DATE I HAD CALLED THEM FOR ABOUT 50 TIMES, CUSTOMER CARE SPEAKS THAT I WILL GET THE PRODUCT VERY SOON, NO NEED TO WORRY, OR THEY TAKES ANOTHER 24 HOURS FOR PROCESSING THE SHIPMENT. I ALSO TOLD THEM TO HANDOVER MY CALL TO THE CONCERNED MANAGERS BUT THEY TOLD THATS NOT POSSIBLE. I ALSO ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY GAVE ME NEGATIVE REPLY.

                                  SIR, I AM FED-UP WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WANT MY MONEY WITH INTEREST WHICH I HAD INVESTED.

                                  PLEASE HELP!

                                  Have you got any positive response from Timtara as I am also facing the same the same issue. I have placed the order 5 weeks back and I am following continuously from the last three weeks but not getting any positive response. Please let me know if any way worked for you to get your money refunded back.

                                    My order #10331540 which was placed on 23rd of sept. 2012, after a month long wait, I didn't receive the product. Lastly I tried cancelling the order.

                                    I have mailed several times and requested customer executive more than 10 times on call to cancel my order. It has been more than 2 months and the order is not cancelled. I am very upset with the customer service. This was my first order from TimTara, but I had the worst online shopping experience.

                                    I want immediate attention to this issue. Please help cancel my order and make sure that refund is initiated to my original form of payment i.e. online transaction.

                                      I have placed an order online on Timtara.com on 30th Sep 2012. It was mentioned that the product will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Till date, no product has been delivered. I have submitted complaints many a times on the website and have called over phone. Everytime they give assurance that the product will be delivered, but no product has been deliveed till date. Now, I am asking them to refund the amount paid by me, but they are not giving the refund. The order details are as under:

                                      amount paid : Rs 4498/-

                                      This seems a fraud company. It is requested to kindly take up the matter.
