Dear Chaitali Banerjee,
As told by you i went back to store n selected the new frame and glasses and asked the salesexecutve to make the specs on 7/12/2009.They have not issue any fresh challan or bill and told me they will call and inform me.But i was shocked when i went to that again to find out whether the specs are prepared or not.The manager told that the specs are not prepared and he don't know that by Wat time it will prepared.

ARE YOU PEOPLE HAS TAKING AS A JOKE OR WHAT I DON'T KNOW. WE HAVE GONE TO PURCHASE A SPECS WHICH IS A NECESSITY TO MY MOTHER AND NOT AN LUXURY ITEM.HER PREVIOUS SPECS WERE BROKEN THAT'S WHY WE HAVE GONE AND SHE IS WITHOUT SPECS AROUND A MONTH BECAUSE OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF YOU PEOPLE. YOU PEOPLE ARE HARASSING US.....THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME WE ARE PURCHASING SPECS THAT WE DON'T KNOW THAT WAT IS TIME TAKEN TO MAKE A SPECS READY. YOU PEOPLE OPEN A NEW OUTLET LESS THAN THE TIME U PEOPLE TAKING TO PREPARE THIS SPECS.

WHEN U PEOPLE TAKING LOT OF TIME TO PREPARE THE SPECS ...I SERIOUSLY DOUBT ABOUT THE QUALITY.

I HAVE DONE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I STEP INTO YOUR STORE ND FOR WHICH MY MOTHER IS PAYING.

TELL ME VERY FRANKLY WHETHER OR NOT YOU PEOPLE WILL DELIVERED THE SPECS OR THIS THE POLICY OF YOUR COMPANY THE IRRITATING...HARASSING AND FRUSTRATING THE CUSTOMER.

Dear sir,

I went to your show room at 224/332/1,block-b,lake town Kolkata 700089,for testing my mother's eyes on 20/11/2009.Your official doctor examined eyes and issued test report and the same i handed over to sales executive and asked to make the specs according to the doctors report. On the contrary they told me choice the frame. And we have taken a frame and handed over to the sales executive .The delivery date was on 24/11/2009 but they delivered on 28/11/2009.After visiting at home found that the optical is not working properly i.e,that my mom can read only n not able to recognize the person sitting in front of her. We went to your show room on 30/11/2009 and briefed my problem, but your sales executive devised that he never attended and the store manager argue with us that we wanted the optical for reading only and argue that they had informed us ...but the same was never commuted to us...as the doctor's prescription suggested for the bi focal glasses. When we asked that why they have not made the glasses according to your doctor's prescription then your STORE MANAGER (MR.RANADIPTA BAKSI) sought ed on us n told that this is not MACHUU BAZAR, CHINARI BAZAR..I was really shocked to hear these type of FOUL language from the personnel of a branded company’s yours.... After that the sales executive of yours MR.JITENDRA SONI told my father n my mother that they cant make a bi focal glasses on that frame, and to have a DARE consequences if HE LOSSES HIS TEMPER.I'M Sorry for your company if this type of customer service you people give to your customer. And I cant stand by those person who don’t respect my parents. Might be You people VALUE Your CUSTOMER ACCORDING TO THE VALUE OF PURCHASE. But this is not acceptable to me. Might be you can accept this.

We have gone to your shop only because of goodwill of TATA Enterprise ,but I m very sorry to say that is not maintained.



They taken the spectacles back and said they will consult the doctor and if doctor says then they will change....I don’t understand the logic against this

statement.

Dear Sir,

I brought a Titan Eye+ "" from a Titan Eye+ shop SURBHI RETAILS, INDORE (M.P) with following details.
Item Code : T1477A1A1
Description : Frames & Mounting for Spectacles
Date :[protected],
Bill No. : IDMS9/28 and
Price : Rs. 2200.
which is supposed to be under warranty for coating & other manufacturing defects.

With in a month of purchase I started facing problems with the peeling of Coating on Frame. I went to the Same outlet (SURBHI RETAILS, INDORE (M.P)) on[protected]. They accepted the mistake with the frame & replaced the old frame with same new one(Item Code : T1477A1A1) on[protected] with Bill No. : IDMS9/645.

During the replacement the service centre damaged the old glasses of mine. So I had to bear the expense of purchasing new pair of Glass. I took the whole incident sportingly & without much botheration I purchased the new pair of Glass worth Rs. 1100 from same outlet (SURBHI RETAILS, INDORE (M.P)) on same date[protected] with Bill No. : IDMS9/285. (Item Code DTP15UBPX6040).

Just after few days I faced the same problem of the peeling of coating of Frame Set. I went to service centre & the again accepted the mistake with the Frame. So they replaced the frame again with same new one (Item Code : T1477A1A1) immideately with Bill No. : IDMS9/647 & placed the old glasses into new frame.

After a month, same problem occured again with the Coating of Frame. I went to service centre & they accepted that there is problem again. After apologizing for the inconvinience caused, they again replaced the old frame with the same new one again (Item Code : T1477A1A1) with Bill No. : IDMS9/800.

On[protected], I again went to same outlet (SURBHI RETAILS, INDORE (M.P)) with the same complaint for Frame (Item Code : T1477A1A1) and they accepted again & told me that the whole collection (lot) of the particular Frame is damaged & quality was a concern for this lot. So they promised me to give a new Frame of any other design. I was alloted with new frame (Item Code : T1573A1A1) of Price : Rs 2670 on[protected] with Bill No. : IDMS9/921. I paid the difference amount Rs. 470 & took the new frame. They also fitted old glasses with necessary modifications into new frame (Item Code : T1573A1A1).

Next month I discovered rashes (minor injury) on my nose due to the node pad of the frame & due to disbalance frame also damaged the borders of the glasses. Both the glasses were also cracked from the borders in contact with the frame, On[protected], I again went to Surabhi Retails for complaint of the same. They again said that this frame lot is damaged & promised me to give new frame. But they kept the matter of damaged glasses pending.

To save my precious time & go away from this cumbersome process of replacements I acccepted the replacement of Frame only & beared the loss of Damaged Glasses worth Rs. 1100. As Replacement, I took the new FRAME (Item Code : T1392B1A1) & took the new GLASSES as well (Item Code : STG17MW) on[protected] with the Invoice No. : BHY0000489. (Net Amount : Rs 2670).

Now I am again facing problems with coating of fitting of new Frame (Item Code : T1392B1A1), which I've again submitted to service cente Surabhi Retails, Indore on[protected]. They again promised to give another new frame & take the old Glasses Back.

Again & again I'm facing the same problem with new Frames. Instead of getting the proper product I have to waste my important Time & spend Money for travelling for this tedious process,

During a span of over 10 months & still warranty on overa month left, I've had 7 replacement of Frames & 3 pair of Glasses are damaged due to the poor quality of particular LOT. I have to bear the loss of Glasses as well everytime I make a Spectacle.

I've already suffered a lot for the above & still suffering. So I want you to take the matter & take the necessary action.

I request you to give the refund of the amount for both the Frame & Glasses, to solve the issue.

I'm waiting for your reply.

    A wrist watch of titan make purchased by me at M/S Zimson Times PVT ltd,T.Nagar,Chennai,in 2008, with a 2 year warranty aginst any manufacturing defect from the manufacturer.After some time i used it the connecting pin of the metal strap link was sometime come out it's link and i pushed it back into the tiny hole.One fine day,in SEP'09 when i was walking on the road the strap cuts on it's own and my watch fell down, due to which the glass is scratched heavily.
    I approached the Zimpson and they returned the watch after 2 months,despite my repeated follow up,assuring that there won't be problem any more,but charged Rs 250.00 for glass replacement.I got the watch back only to find incorrect time.Yes, the watch was running fast.Again i approached the ZIMSON, and got my watch back.
    But this time the 1st incident repeated.When i was riding bike the strap cuts on it's own, but luckily i caugt and prevented the damage.
    Again i informed the Zimson, they assured that they will collect my watch but not until now.
    With great agony and frustration i decided to put this on consumer forum, so i did.
    Will the people concerned take action?

      I had ordered for a pair of specs from the Titan shop at Calicut, Kerala, which, unfortunately, I was not able to collect myself as I was flying abroad before they could prepare it (It takes them 7 days to cut and fix it to the frame.) Therefore, I made arraangements with a friend of mine to collect it from the shop, as he was coming to my place later. However, they couldn't deliver the specs as they had fractured the frame while they were QCing it. When I called them they told me that they will get a new frame and get the glasses mounted soon, which they did, but "on a different model"! I just couldn't believe it.

      I have lived and worked in 6 different countries and nowhere have I even heard of such a sloppy kind of service. When I insisted on getting the model I had originally odered for, they came up with all sorts of clumsy excuses like "we have searched for that type of frame in all our 28 outlets and stores and couldn't find any" etc.

      By then my representative had visited the shop for about 11 times and the expenses I had on ISD calls had far exceeded the original price of the item (RS.4k). I had had enough of this nonsense and threatened to proceed to a court of law. Wonder of wonders: they came up with a frame in 1 hour, which as they had claimed earlier wasn't available in any of their 28 outlets. These guys are hopeless!

      I am yet to get the specs and someone will have to visit the shop many more times before it can be collected, judging by their performance.

      These guys should be ahamed of themselves, but I am afraid they are so stupid that they are not able to feel it. I am waiting for my return to India in about 8 months to give them something serious to ponder. They better be ready for it: I am ready to spend 10 times more than what I have spent on the piece to see that they don't deal with other customers in this sloppy manner.

      Titan Spectacles — contact lenses

      dear sir,one month before i ordered for my contact lenses to mr gaurav in titan spectacles showroom in mangalore and they said sir lenses wil b ready with in 2dyz plz pay advance amount i paid full amount.tht time only and i askd about the receipt they sir that i will gv after two dayz with lenses thn i sd...k no problem than after thts bloody specially mr danny not bother to call me back when i calld after one week and i askd about mr gaurav than they sd sir hez on leave on talk withwhen i asked about my lenses tht fellow started giving excuses lik sir sm prb z thr u hv to wait another after 4- 5dayz agn i cald they sir courier z thr v r waiting fr tht plz corporate ..like this almost 20 dayzz r over than i started shouting than they give me trial lenses n told me company send this only ant told u please wear this fr one day than let me know i[censored]r feling comfortable with this power next day i cald mr danny n ttold him u place the order for parmanent lenses n i asked about how mch they will take he said give me one week than that time only i cleary mentioned sir friday evening ihv flite m goin to delhi before u have to give me my lenses he said yeah sure sir dont wory than friday i went to his shop agin he startd giving excuses courier prb this and that than ipissed of ii sd u please cancle my order dont wantt my lenses than he said no sir u wait ill deliver to our house ...i said listen idnt want lenses nemore u cancle my order and return my money but they r botherd to return my money ....than after almost two month i cald n talkd mr sushant hez the incharge of titan shop that bloody idot telling u cm n collect ur lenses m nt giving ur money back .......now i understud very well ki all executive are liar an making fool al cutomer by fake promis and taking money this is the condition titan showroom nw am feeling local shop z much much better than all these branded showroom .......m giving advice to all my brother n sisters plz dnt take nethng from titan showroom bt still ur taking anything than dont give any advance money ......

        Dear Sir,

        I want to complain about one purchase. I bought one jwellery from TANISHQ showroom at PPN market kanpur. When I bought that it was fetival time and I got 10 coupans corresponding to lucky draw.. After few days they called me on my number and said that you had won a lucky drawe of ten thousand rupees.. I told them that since I did not belong to kanpur it would take few days to come kanpur and collect my lucky draw prize.. They said fine you dont come on diwali and after that you can come anytime and collect your prize. Now when I apporach them for my prize first they said that you have not won any gift.. After lots of arguements they said that ok you have won lucky draw of 5000.. Still They are not giving me my prize and making me fool by giving procedural excuses. So I want to you please consider my issue and take some fruitfull steps to sort out this so that I can get my prize of 10000 rupees.. I am extremely hurt by non sense and foolish talks of tanishq staff at showroom.

          I have taken a spect frame & glass from Shyambazar,kolkata store for Rs 10000 bucks for my wife .Within in a month we found some issue & reported which later identified as manufacturing defect of the glass. by there representative.
          We handed ovet the spect to them & the TAT was given with 15 days for replacement. It's now more than 50 days my wife is without spects & we have not even heard from them. Twice i have visited the store but in vain as they are projecting there operational issues at there co.'s & vendors end.

          I am just worried about the condition of my wife's eye as she is facing lot of difficulity as she is without spects for so many days now.

          I would request to take adequate steps as fit best at your end for there irresponsible behaviour related to medical issues as mentioned above.

            I purchased a titan eye gear from titan showroom at mani square mall.However the frame broke within a few days.When i went there with my complain they asked me to cough up another 45% of the price.I was really shocked.What can I do. please suggest.

            Fast Track — warranty period

            Hi
            Could you please sent me the fast track watches warranty details. Last week I came for a complaints but the dealer not accept it (with in warranty period).So let me know the warranty details of each parts. And also know, warranty paper is must or bill is enough for that propose .
            a pair of fast track sunglasses was purchased on 1st week of july, 2012 from Salt Lake Big Bazaar Outlet, Kolkata. One of the glasses became loose and needed repair for whcih it was taken to the World of Titan, Gariahaat outlet, kolkata on[protected]. The pair was given for repair along with the case/cover as well as the guarantee card. While returning the same pair after repair on[protected] the service cente people denied to return back the case of the sunglasses as well the guarrantee card, saying that during repair the case and the guarrantee card was not given. Please do the needful.

              I bought a Titan –Orion (gents) wristwatch from the The World of titan, City centre, Dr. Radhakrishnan Rd, Chennai.

              My complaint as follows :

              1. The wristwatch was not handed over in the original packing.
              2. There was no Manual or operating Instruction for the wristwatch since it is a multi function wristwatch, the operating instructions are to be present with the wristwatch.

              It is very unfortunate that such big organizations like Titan Watches, do not comply with the basic accompaniments with the wristwatch.

                Hi,
                I purchased Titan Raga (Model - 2352) on 30-Oct-09 at about 1:30PM from Sai Creations, Sector-18, Noida (UP) and got it gift packed. When I came back to Mumbai the same day and opened it at about 10PM, I found the watch was showing 11 O'Clock and was stopped. I corrected the time and the next morning I found out that it had stopped again. I also realized that there were some scratches on the body.

                Please let me know what to do. I feel cheated as either the watch is faulty or the battery is faulty. And the shop had intentionally done that. Can I get it replaced? I am based out of Mumbai.

                    COLOR FADING OF WATCH DIAL

                    It was really shocking to see that a Branded product like Titan gives such a poor quality of watches to Indian customer. I had purchased a Blue Dialed full steel watch and in 6/7 months the Blue dial stared turning to white and copper color. The watch was under warranty so I went to the showroom they told me that the watch needs to be send to company for changing of Dial and I received the watch with changed Blue dial but after few days...

                    Just after gurantee period my watch Model no: 9210SAA worth 5500 started misting inside & strap broke. Trivandrum Sr Center said glass has to be replaced but it may recur. For Strap they dont have original, they will get it within 3 wks &call me when it arrives. Its 3 months & no call came. Prompt service in Tata Style

                      I bought a Titan Raga series watch (variant number 2376SM02) from 'World of Titan, South City Mall, Kolkata' on 27th of September 2009 as a gift for my wife and I believe that both me and my wife have been mistaken in our expectations of quality standards and service from the brand and the group behind the brand.

                      In good faith we didn't check the watch properly during delivery and on returning home found the watch to be not working and its glass scratched.
                      My wife visited the shop the very next day and they were not in a position to replace the watch as according to them they had only one piece of the variant and could not commit any time frame.
                      After following up with them over phone regularly, the shop manage informed us a similar watch has come.

                      On visiting them on 2nd of Oct'09, the offered watch was found to be of different variant and this time they offered only to replace the machine citing the watch was scratched. I got the machine changed as otherwise the watch was effectively of no use. They have refused to change the glass.

                      This entire episode has left us feeling cheated and causing mental agony. Me and my wife have a fetish for watches and between us we own about a dozen of Titan watches. We had great faith in the World Of Titan Chain and in the brand. The entire episode is making us lose faith over the brand.

                      Moreover, I would highlight that their level of customer service is just opposite when we approached them for repair/replacement compared to sales. Also I had to wait for a long time for the machine replacement whilst customers buying were given preference for adjusting their bands.

                      The entire purpose of the gift during the Durga Puja was defeated by this entire episode and spoilt our mood.

                      We seek your assistance for readdressal in this and suitable justice done.

                      nobody can buy a watch without seeing properly. not only you if some one buying a 100 rupee watch also he will see 10 times before buying wheather is there any scratches is there on the glass or elsewhere.

                        I bought specs from Titan Eye+. When I wear the specs all objects appear short. I fill acute irritation when I wear specs. Company charged me 9,160 Rs. for my specs. Just after purchase of the specs I found markeble damage on frame and minor scratches on glasses. Now they are not intertaining me on my complaints. Please take action Agains Titan Eye+.

                          I have brought a Fastrack wrist watch on 27 June ‘09 from Mumbai & after only 3 months the brazel ring on the dial of the watch got detached from the watch. I gave the watch to Fastrack for repairs & they took 15 days to repair it. After repairs when i started using it, within 10 days, again the brazel ring got detached from the watch & got lost somewhere. The Brazel ring improves the aesthetic value of the watch & without it the watch is worthless. Now the watch is looking dull & unappealing & is of no use to me. The main reason why I choose a Fastrack watch is for the looks, which are distant now.On the very first page of Fastrack warranty card they have bragged about their modern manufacturing facilities & various other things but the reality is quite different.

                            I purchased my glasses on 21.11.2008 from Dadar showroom. My invoice no is 11000209, Sales order no. TMDA000230 and Customer Code is CAM0000168. I spent Rs.8, 835/- for a very poor quality product. As a Ex-Tata Employee I had a great respect for Tata Brand & I sincerely thought that Titan Eye Care is run by a team of professionals who would certainly deal with their consumers in a very professional way. But I was proved quite wrong. I bought spectacles -“Stepper” make & Lens are XECTRCG - Lens RX TRAN ESSILOR, which the sales person told as they are best.
                            The coating on the specs started peeling off within six months. Also, I was not comfortable wearing the glasses as there seemed to be a blurred vision.On showing the same to the concerned person at the showroom, They promissed me that they will replace the faulty lens. After too much followup and 6-7 personal visit and fighting they gave me a replaced lens on 04.06.2009. They took almost 24 days for the replacement.
                            The worst part is now the same lens coating has again peeled off. I went to Dadar showroom, to my surprise, the showroom has been shut down. Now I am worried & very angry with my decision on buying this product from Tatas. I have got the same bad service and very careless attitude from the showroom staff like others.
                            Now the question is The certificate from your company which says that the lenses have been made according to standards and have been certified? So where is the quality of my lenses. My eyes were put at a stake as I am still wearing the peeled off coating lens. The coating for the lenses and the frames are definitely substandard, which in other words is definitely cheating.
                            I sincerely request Titan Eye + to look in my problem & help me in getting the right quality product ASAP.Please also let me know where can I visit as the Dadar showroom is shutdown.

                              My wife bought me a Titan Fastrack watch on our anniversary. She already confirmed with the staff if required, it can be exchanged. As I had already set my eyes on an other model, I and my wife went to the store at The World of Titan, Malhotra Enterprises, 33-34, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201012 and requested for an exchange, which they agreed. However, an elderly man, probably the owner, categorically stated the exchanged watch should NOT be less in price than the one we had already bought. We agreed to it. He already seemed upset about something and his behavior was not that of a good seller. We ignored it. The salesman was preparing the new bill. We were kept waiting for good 15-20 minutes. I asked the man why is it taking him so much time. Before he could say anything, the elderly person just shot at me, saying don't you see he working. I asked him very politely, sir, this is not how you talk to your costumers and to my surprise, he answered that he had not asked us to buy watch from his shop and we can leave if we want to. I was very surprised and taken aback and then he went on to say, today's generation do not have patience and they do not know how to talk. I was waiting there for 15-20 minutes. I think that was quite a patience on my part. His staff tried to pacify him but he was uncontrollable. I repeatedly told him, sir, please give your valuable customers some request and to not talk in unruly manner and I also told him that I am not used to such comments and had he been of my age, I would have taught him a lesson. His behavior was very unruly and not warranted for. I was very disappointed by this. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and it turned out to be a bad one because of this elderly man, who probably thought he is obliging us to sell us his product.

                                HAS TATA BECOME A GOVT. ENTERPRISE?

                                This is the second such incidence with TATA (after Tata Indicom Photon+).

                                I ordered a pair of spectacles for my cousin on 04/09/09 with the details mentioned below.

                                1. They were supposed to be delivered on 07/09/09 (Monday). Nothing happened.
                                2. On Wednesday 09/09/09 I went to the store. They told me its not ready and will be delivered the next day (10/09/09).
                                3. Nothing happened on 10/09/09
                                4. On 11/09/09 I again called up. The store people told me they will call. The call did not come through. So, I called up again and they told me it would be delivered the same day within 8 pm at my premises.

                                Till today I haven’t received my spectacles. So, have you taken us for granted? Whenever you will deliver the product, we will take it. There was no communication from the store’s side regarding the delay; not even a single call was made to us. This is the service from TATA owned brand!

                                  Hi I have bought 2 pairs of glasses from Titan eye + Spencer plaza, Chennai.

                                  1st Delivery: A rimless glass needs special attention. It was delivered with bad a alignment. I immediately went back.I explained it the problem, but the store manager wasn't paying attention and blindly saying there is no problem and gave me the tool free to register a complaint(Mr.Attitude). I had to loose my nerves to make him understand the issue. Finally they took a service request for a new glass they just delivered (yeah funny !).

                                  2nd Delivery:I got the glass and this time is even worse, the alignment wasnt changed much for my comfort. Just the nose pad was adjusted.

                                  A.The glass had a minor tamper / crack
                                  B. Also i noticed the holes in each of the glasses are not equal height which is technically wrong


                                  I checked with other shops about this problem with the intent to solve this. But they said its an obvious issue which deserves a complete replacement.

                                  I just don't want Titan eye+ to read and contact me. I need 100% replacement for those glasses.

                                  Here I have got my eyes checkup they prescribed for a optical.
                                  I purchased from –RTA RETAILING PVT.LTD, 7A, ELGIN ROAD KOLKATA
                                  Accidentally on 2nd Sep-09 optical Lens was broken. I enquired in the shop and handed over the Spectacle.
                                  They told me that they would inform me on third day.
                                  But after 3days they returned without repairing saying that it can’t be repaired .
                                  They advised me to purchase new one with 5% discount.
                                  I want to bring your kind attention that they have misguided me.
                                  Simultaneously I have gone to other shop and they ensured to repair the same .
                                  They have repaired my spectacle.
                                  Can “t be changed on the basis of warranty period?
                                  I requested to Titan Shop to repair the spectacle and told them if any damaged I was ready to pay.
                                  Once again I want to bring your kind attention that Titan Eye Show room have not shown their interest for the Group Company Cutomers.
                                  It is an embarrassing situation .
                                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
                                  What about the local customer. I am attaching the purchasing bill with this letter.

                                  Titan Eye+ is a black spot on the face of India. This is the most irresponisble company with TATA brand name.

                                  Vengala Yujandhar a Titan Eye+ manager with employee code 752203 is a hopeless person sitting in the Titan Eye + shop at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. He has no respect for customers and considers himself as God. With people like Vengala Yujandhar, Titan Eye+ can never satisfy customers. I hope Tata will consider employing more responsible people for customer interface.

                                  I had purchased titan eye product worth INR 3100. Just within 3 weeks the product has malfunctioned. Titan is now refusing to replace the product. Their head of customer care - says ’’’’Do Whatever You Can’’.

                                  I could have very well purchased some cheap spectacles worth 750 rupees from any other optician. But i chose to spend almost four times the amount with a trust that i will get dependable product from Titan; but i was incorrect. They are now so rude to me and it is very sad to hear such a negative and unreasonable response from a person as senior as the head of customer service. First two days the people in local showroom just refused to divulge any contact information of any of their seniors. Also, the customer care number is not in a working condition. It is so shocking. Why would i or anybody else buy such a costly product and then regret.

                                  .I have placed an order on 7/2/13 at titan eye + shop at New BEL Road bangalore-94.While placing the order, I was told that the delivery will be after 3 days.Unfortunately I paid full amount in advance(yes, it was my biggest mistake).Nobody contacted me after 3 days and after several attempts I could reach them by phone and they informed that deliver will be at 6pm.while on the way to shop in the evening, they called again and informed that the lens got cracked and delivery will be delayed for 2 more days.
                                  Today(14/02/13), When I called them at around 1.30pm, I heard a male voice and after the introduction the phone got disconnected and found to be switched off after that.Again I tried on a different number(which was not audible at all), a female voice informed that its ready by 6.30 pm.I reached the shop, at 7.15pm and after a 10 minutes search, they told that its not ready and it will take 2-3 days.
                                  I am totally disappointed with the way things happened with titan eye+ and is this the way a professional company functions.Nobody in the shop have spoken with responsibility and I really don't know when will I get my specs.
                                  Please please avoid this shop...Ridiculous...

                                    model no 291NL02.in the name O[censored]sha Sharma memo recept/invoice no.[protected]. the day i bought it does not work it goes slow by 5 min everyday. i have contacted Titan regional office kolkata but no positive response,they advice me to contact service centre at Asansol.Thrice i visited service centre WATCH WORLD at Asansol,lastly they said cicuit defect, to be change ,but it will take one month,but the behaviour was very humaliating,as it happen that i have done some crime by buying Titan Watch.Still the watch is in service centre.for last two months they are harrasing me.I have concted Customer Service centre at Bangalore,they said to contact me Kolkata,they are unable to ldge complain .
