Hi I have bought atleast 2 pairs of glasses from Titan eye + Koramangala, Banagalore in last 2 years.

Firstly, there is no Crisal lense imprinted on front of the glass which should be visible under condensed vapour. That is the landmark of crisal lenses.

Secondly, when they had dispatched my glasses, there was minor crack at the top, albeit minor on the what they claim scratch free glasses. I brought that into notice pf concerned person, who dismissed it as nothing. Over time, when i started wearing it, the crack enlarged. When I went to take it for quality testing, the crack further enlarged due to whatever checking they did, and The QC certificate reveals, there is nothing wrong with quality, but the glass has buckled under pressure. Now the glasses are unwearable. The are not ready to replace the lense of glasses, which is unaceeptable considering that I spent over rs 300 for it and that the crack has worsened due to their intervention. I want Titan eye to read and contact me!
I mean I spent more than RS 3000 for it.

    Faulty glasses quality

    I am highly disappointed with the service provided at koramangala titan eye.
    I have bought at least 2 pairs of specs form titan eye plus koramangala in last 2 years.

    Firstly, there is no mark of crisal on the front of the glasses, which is the landmark of crisal lenses, which you should be able to see on condensation.

    Secondly there was a crack / scratch on the glass, albeit minor, right when they dispatched...

    Defective Progressive Lenses

    In fact, I have already suffered by the poor service and quality of Titan Eye+ Store at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was delivered a pair of progressive lenses (EE149SW) at a cost of Rs. 2380 on 16.02.09 vide Invoice No: 7001360 and these were found to be defective as they did not confirm to the specifications given by the Eye Doctor. These were taken by the Store who promised to rectify the defect and deliver them on 3.3.09. But I have to...

    MALFUNCTIONING OF TITAN WATCH AND IGNORANCE FROM COMPANY

    Sir,
    I had bought a Titan Watch Product code: 1043YL04 K416 Design: G ED 1 worth Rs.6, 800/- (Six Thousand Eight Hundred only) Cash Memo No.: D00007322 from THE WORLD OF TITAN, AJMAL KHAN ROAD, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI 110005 on 1/10/2008.
    But after working for 2 months it started becoming slow and now the time shown is always wrong.
    I am a regular Titan Watch Customer from past 15 yrs. But this time I am very dissapointed...

    TITAN — Bad Experience with Titan

    I purchased a Fastrack watch from Titan showroom in Jaipur on 16th Feb’09 and amazingly it stopped working in 4 days. This is something extremely bad.

    I purchased Sony Ericsson phone W760i worth Rs. 15, 000 from their showroom at Bangalore, Koramangala. The media player wasn't working. The phone wasnt detecting the memory card. When I went to the service centre, the guys they were extremely rude. I did lot of runs to the service centres. Nothing worked. Finall my cousin advised me to post an email to the CEO and I did the same. Within a week they come to my house and got it replaced. Frankly nothing happens till the word reaches the TOP most authority.
    I purchased a wall clock from Titan, Borivli, Mumbai in July 2009.
    The hour& minute hand strated moving slow but the second hand was wokrin properly for few days leading to a delay in timing.
    On giving it to the dealers for repair which was done in half an hour (Thy said the machine was replaced) it stopped workin completely in a weeks time..

    Its embarrasing for you to know if you care, that the clocks purchased for Rs 200 work bettr than the one I purchased from Titan for Rs.1150
    I need a refund or a replacement, or else I may have to take a legal action against Titan for cheating customers

      I had ordered a spectacles (sku(f)-E1117a1a10 SKU(l) Titan Progressive HMC-at titan eye+ showroom at Bhagalpur. The delivery date was 05.02.2009. The lense was found cracked. Again it was sent to replace and delivery date was 13.02.09. on 13.02.2009 it was seen that the frame was not fitted properly.

      So by seeing this, it was concluded that a big showroom of this kind- giving a spectacles of Rs.2880.00 was so poor in quality and punctuality. It has lost its zest of good services.

It shows that this Tata entity does not live up to the quality and efficiency of other Tata Group companies.
      I agree... I went for check up and ordering of glasses in Titan Eye + showroom in Bangalore, Koramangala.
      After check-up, the optician did not find any cylindrical power for me, where as i have cylindrical power in one eye. After informing him, i was advised to visit a particular Dr. there i was given another prescription by the Dr. When visiting the Titan eye center to collect the glasses another Dr. there informed that i have been prescribe a wrong prescription. Now what to do... wastage of money and time... because of their irresponsibility... this has happened in the last three days only.
      This is in regard to the spectacle frame purchased on 16/06/2009 at Amrutha Mall, Somajiguda, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

      After using the product for 3 months the coating of the Frame started peeling off and I didnt notice that but one of my friend noticed it.

      They started teasing me saying that " You bought this Frame in Titan Show room and its only 3 months old and coating started peeling off. She showed me her specs which were 1 year old and were brought from a local spectacle shop which are still going good."

      I have complained in the Titan Show room where I purchased the Frame, being a Saturday (21st Nov 2009) they told me they will call me by Monday but that monday never came.

      As per the warranty card the Frame can be replaced within 12 months from Date of Delivery. So kindly replace my faulty Frame as soon as possible.

      I hope your Brand will not let the Customers down and will keep the promise as said.
      usally what we think we want ever thing to be done instantly in this fast world before coming to an optical stores like titan eye+ or some other optical showroom kindly check with a better advanced optimatgist and conform the power and than come back to optical show room only for selection of frames as we like

      some xyz what they do is simply they come and check withoptical show room and were the gogels this not a good practice

      simply we should blame on the show room

        Dear sir/madam,

        I gave my watch ( octane Series 9176SCA) for glass change 2 Months back but till now my problem is not resolved...watch was gven in kukatpally, hyderabad showroom...pissed off with the service from TITAN kukatpally...no one gives proper response..Pls let me know weather can i get any good service from you people..

        We had similar problem with our watch 2251YM01.I think with fame and name company is taking its customers for granted.and Bad customer service and no exclusive online Titan customer feedback forum
        I bought a Titan watch 9176SCA series watch from Shoppers stop, Bandra, less than one month back and i have noticed that it loses one minute per day approx ie it becomes slow . I used to be a firm believer in Titan but my confidence is shaken .
        Of course, I will be giving the watch for repair. shall share the experience after that . Anil
        Yes I agree. Tital watch i purchased 17 years before is still working but the Costly watch i purchased two months back is has date change problem. The service centre is irresponsible in answering as well
        never bother to listen what i have to say about the complaint.

        They simply return the watch saying it is ok and if further complaint arise asked me to retun the watch to the Company.

        Who is company to us. Is it not the duty of the showroom / service centre to rectify the error.

        Respected Sir/ Madam,

        This is to bring to your attention that I purchased Titan Raga Crystals on Aug 14' 2010 from your reputed showroom at DLF place, saket (NEW DELHI).
        Since then I have deposited my watch four times for the repair. Thrice I deposited the same for the crystals that came out & this stime the watch has stopped
        working.
        The employees there informed me that they will call me once the watch will be repaired, but none of them bothered to call, moreover I personally went last week to
        confirm whether they have repaired the same or not, but got the negative response from them.
        I am not satisfied with the services, could you please replace the watch I bought with the new one.

        Not given services warranty parades

        Sir mera watch warranty period me hai ..but service centre.Secunderabad mg road mujhe service nai de raha hai paisa le.raha hai...

          today 05/02/09, i with my girlfriend went to the world of titan ultadanga to purchase a watch. firstly we were not entertained by any of your sales representatives and inspite of calling they too did attended us.we felt really insulted standing in the shop.we waited around 5 to 7 minutes for your sales representative still no body came to attend nor to answer our query.
          If this the type of customer service we get from a reputed branded shop and that too from your own your showroom, then whats the point in appointing highly paid sales executives who don't attend your customers only, who doesn't promotes your business and hampers your goodwill in the market and i am sure that i am not the only customer to be mishandled.

          hope you will look up to the matter before it gets too late.
          it has been over a month that i have tried to get my watch fixed at titan. the watch is a tommy and it is such a shame that its name is being tarnished. i have not heard for the company no response to repeated advance to the service center just get me a new date. i am pissed and up hauled at the kind of service titan has offered and now disgusted by their lack of concern.

            The issue is regarding the Tanishq store in Dickenson Road Bangalore. Last year my wife and I visited them to purchase some gold when they educated usabout a new installment scheme that they have started where we will have to pay a fixed amount for 11 months and they will pay the 12th installment. At the end of 1 year, I can make purchase for the total amount. I started an account with an installment amount of Rs. 2000/-. This was on 02/02/08. We were given a pass book with an account number. Next week we went and gave them 10 post dated cheques of Rs. 2000 each (till dec 2008) with the account number on the reverse of the cheques. After receipt of the cheques, they asked for the pass book and had changed the account number which was incorrectly written in the pass book.

            On the 20th of Dec 2008 I received a call from them stating that my cheques were not deposited as the account number written at the back of the cheques were incorrect. They asked me to come to the showroom and pay the remaining amount. Since I was out of station I told them that I would come after I return back to bangalore. On reaching the showroom, they tell me that 2 cheques have been encashed for the month of April and May 2007 and the others had not been encashed.
            They did agree that this was their fault and they offered the following:
            1. Make a purchase of the 6000 in the account.
            2. Transfer the amount to a new account for another year.

            I somehow don't feel that it is fair on their part to close the account without even informing me. If the cheques were not encashed since the account number was incorrect, then why were two cheques with the same account numbers encashed and the amount was reflecting in my account? Following are my queries:

            1. Can I ask them to still extend the offer to me since the error was on their part?
            2. Can I ask them to return my money (Rs. 6000/-) along with applicable interest for the relevant number of months?

              Octane Watch Model No. 9209SM01 Non-functional for the 2nd time after purchase

              I'as gifted an octane series watch that was purchased from 'World of Titan, Marathalli, Bangalore' on 24th of May 2008 and I believe that both me and the friend of mine who gifted this watch have been mistaken in our expectations of quality standards and service from the brand and the group behind the brand.

              Dear Sir

              I bought spectacles (1 frame and glasses) from
              Titan Eye+, 17/67 Near World of Titan,
              Opp KSRTC Bus Stand, Mavoor Road,
              Calicut-673001
              a month back.

              The glasses were told to be anti clear and having scratch-resistant and dirt-resistant films. These are the events happened with me:
              • On 20th Dec, 2008 I bought the frame (i.e. after 2 days delay from the actual delivery date). The right eye glass had manufacturing defect (glass was broken near the screw of frame) in it. I did not notice at the time of buying. When I took it to home then I realised after close inspection that it has defect in it. They changed the glass after lots of request and they took one week time.
              • When I went to shop to bring back repaired specs I found another defect. This time the coating of frame was peeled out. I told them to change the frame. They took another one week time and replaced the frame after lots of request made with them.
              • This time when I went to the shop to bring the spectacles (with replaced) I found that there is a scratch on the right glass. This time they said that the scratch happened because of me and they said big NO to replace it. Also the store in-charge, Mr Mahesh Kumar said that they did not make any profit on my spectacles due to replacement of glass and frame. I said them that were their fault so they made losses. I did not use these specs therefore no question of scratch coming on it because of me. They are simply passing their mistake on me. Initially they said the glass is dirt resistant and scratch resistant and charged huge amount of money from me (Rs 2500 for the glasses and Rs 2750 for the frame). Later they said that the glasses are not scratch resistant and scratch is made by me on the glass.

                Dear Sir,

                We purchased a Titan watch in the year 2002 from one of your local Distributors in Shimla-M/s Phool Chnad and Co. the mall Shimla-171001. Its a Golden steel watch.

                Off late (about 6 months back) we relaized that from the inside of the metallic strap the Stainless steel has corrodded completly on one side of the metal strap. Its perfectly intact on the otherside.And we firmly believe that corrosion doesnt happen on stainless stell, I am sure you'll agree on that as well.

                Almost all our family members use Titan watches. We have been patronizing the brand since last 25 yrs.B

                But this incidence has been dissapointing.You are requested to either exchange the watch or compensate for the same so that our trust in your esteemed product remains unhampered.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  We would like to state that we purchased a Titan Ladies Watch Raaga Model No.2331Ym for Rs2900 bill No. 1833 dated 07/06/08 from Verma watch Company Pvt.Ltd, Central Market, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.The Strap of the watch was golden in color but after some days of the purchase we noticed the change in color in the strap, which has become slightly blackish. We were living in Dwarka and the place of Purchase was near to our residing place. But later on we shifted to Noida which is 40kms away from that place .We went to Titan World, Noida to buy a gents watch and at the time we contacted the Employees in Titan World, Noida and informed the problem about the strap. The Titan World Employees informed us that the strap is Duplicate one and the agent from whom we bought has deceived us. And they informed that the Original Titan Watch have a T symbol in the strap. We requested them to change the strap as Tilak nagar where the agent situated is far from noida and we have brought the watch by the name of Titan and not by the reputation of the agent. But the Manager in Titan World refused and he said that he would not be able to change and we have to contact the Agent. He talked to the agent regarding this and asked asked us to meet the agent so that the agent will change the strap and gives it to us. On 03.01.2009 we contacted the Agent in Thilak Nagar and we were informed that that is the original strap but due to the problem of manufacturing defect this happened. And they asked us to submit the watch and gave us a receipt (Service Data Form No. 13579 dated 03.01.2009) and asked us to come after 20 days again so that we can get the watch again .The agent has requested the Titan World to deliver this watch to us but he has refused to do so.
                  Sir, now I want to know one thing. As a regular Customer of Titan we go to the Titan for the Company Value and not by the value of the agents or the Employees. We don’t deny that there may be some problem in manufacturing happens, but the service has to be better. To change a strap with no fault from our side if we have to go through all the trails, travel here and there then what kind of customer care Titan is providing to their customers? I am very dissatisfied to know a Company like Titan is providing service like this, which was very disheartening. It may make us to think it over twice before buying/Suggesting this brand hereafter. If you can go through this complaint seriously and if proper remedial measures taken then we will be happy. A customer should not suffer due to the fault of Agent/Franchisee/Employees. As a HR Executive I felt like, I should take some action from my end so that this kind of issues should be avoided in the future.
                  I would also like to mention that in my house we both are working and it will be very tough for us to find time to go to Tilak Nagar to collect this watch. If we can get the delivery of the watch at the Titan World, Noida then it will helpful for us and we request titan to compensate this loss (6 months I was not able to wear the watch because of its dull color and the unnecessary travel we made to Tilak nagar to correct this problem) with some kind of gift.
                  If you really feel that customer is important and the brand image is important for a company like you then even this kind of trivial issues should be avoided and taken care.
                  Anticipate some positive action form your side.

                  On 15Dec, 01 we have purchased a nebula watch from F-21, Preet Vihar, Delhi with bill no.6868. A problem have occured in the watch. It is under guarantee period of 10 years. But the shop from where we have purchased is closed now. So, I would like to know from where we should repair the watch. I request you to give a early reply.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I presented a Titan Raga Watch for my daughter for her birthday in April, 2008. But in the month of October, the golden strap faded into black colour. She gave the watch in the showroom in Bangalore, from where purchased (showroom in Magestic Circle). The watch was returned in November saying that the plate has been rectified and hence the same problem will not occur. We took back the watch during end November, 2008. To our surprise, the plating on the strap went black again last week and this has caused very distressing feeling to my daughter, since it was a birthday gift. On contacting the same showroom, they told us to give the watch in the Vijayanagar showroom nearer to her place of residence and she has given the same there. We would request that the piece may please be replaced with a new piece with due instructions to the showroom in Vijayanagar or the cost may be reimbursed to us immediately. Kindly reply to this mail immediately. The warranty card etc. have all been given to the showroom. Thanks

                      plz find detail of my watch which i have purchase it from bsp but suprised that its not satisfactorey since from begning i get surprised that the service of TITAN is not up to mark. i would just request you that u shold look into the matter and ask your dealer for the same. i would just request you to just replace the same strep and make it ok.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have purchase one watch from the world of titan on 02.09.2007 i have taken maintaince contract and paid the amount for the same. i have the card and Bill of the same. i have purchase it from World of titan OPp raghuraj stadium Bilaspur Chhastiragh the exclusive show room of Titan but i am not satisfied with the services of titan i get surprised that watch is ok what i found that suddenly the watch belt is broken in any moments and fell down i am lucky that i have not lost it yet but i would just request you to kindley look into the matter and send the new strep at an urgent basis.i have repair it more that five time in your service center at bilaspur only but i am unlucky that the condition is still the same. if you wount abel to solve it i will go to "CONSUMER FORAM" for the same. Waiting for action.

                          I bought (740861PCAAAA0 0KT) PENDANT IN SEP, 2006 IN BHOPAL

                          The design of the pendant is such that no white gold/ platinum chain goes into it. I was suggested to either exchange it (& of course loose money (making charges) without even using it) or get a white gold/ platinum loop into it (& again loose money) which will have plenty of space for the chain to go through it.

                          I am unable to use the set & it is very painful for a woman to have a Tanishq piece & be not able to use it.

                            I HAVE PURCHASE A TITAN FASTACK WATCH SL NO. 1392SH.02(K.446) ON 6.3.2008 FOR MY SON. THE JOINT OF CHAIN OPENS AND THE WATCH FELLS DOWN. THE WATCH WAS SENT TWICE IN THE COMPANY AND THE CHAIN WAS REPLACED TWO TIMES. BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS AND THE JOINT HAS OPENED THIRD TIME DUE TO WEIGHT OF THE WATCH.

                            I REQUEST THE FASTRACK (TITAN) COMPANY TO FIX SUCH A CHAIN WHICH COULD BEAR THE WEIGHT OF THE WATCH AND THE JOINTS MAY NOT OPEN. OTHERWISE EVERYTIME THE CHAIN WILL OPEN AND I WOULD LOSE MY WATCH.

                              i have a titan fastrack wrist watch which is almost one and half year old.problem is that the belt stap got broken from middle which was made of rubber.tempering was not done.i think its due to ageing the rubber got hard and broke.i want to get it replaced but at titan service centre i was asked to pay rs. 760 for that as its belt comes with complete casing.i have lost my warranty card.i just want to know whether i should get any sort of concession on the replacement as i think its not my fault in the breakage of the strap.
                              or in other way you should improve upon this product so that the customer is satisfied with your service.
                              if i pay half the price of my watch on just a strap, i dont think its reasonable.
                              please let me informed soon.

                              My friend I dont think Fastrack is going to do anything this is the same case happened with my watch Fastrack (code no.9204PP02) and ironically my watch is guarantee period and its been 4 months there is no positive response and very soon my guarantee period is also about to over.

                              Fastrack is manipulating their customers. There must be lot of cases logged against Fastrack but I dont think that they are doing anything and I think they should do something to improve the quality of their strap as it breaks down into two parts.

                                Hi,

                                I booked contact lenses and spectacle from Titan Eye + Indiranagar Branch on 9th Nov 08. It was agreed (as mentioned in the receipt) that both the products will be available on 14th Nov 08. Here is what happened:

                                1. Not following timelines and no backup for keys: I reached the shop at 10:30 am (when it is due to open). However, the shop finally opened much later than 11:15am.
                                2. Not keeping the customer updated with honest information: There were other employees who were waiting for the shop to open and kept saying that it would be another ten minutes to open the shop. Till finally when Christopher walked in and told me it would take another half hour.
                                3. Irresponsible attitude: When I came back to the branch to collect my purchase, I was informed that: (a) Spectacles had not passed QC check last night. If the order was to be delivered on 14th Nov, why was the QC performed the same day. (b) Chris (who was handling my case) told me that he does not know about my contact lenses. When the customer is paying for the entire order at one counter why would she need to go to various places to collect her order.

                                It was agreed that the order will be delivered at my home address. I wasted 2 hours of my time on a Saturday for something which could have been sorted in 10 mins. On top of that, none of the executives (Venu, Chris and Joseph) were proactive to keep the customer informed.

                                Titan has not met customer expectation as against alot of small Optical shops which provide more personal customer service.

                                I want Titan to read this complaint and reach out to me for more details.

                                I have been cheated of Rs 25 as the actual price was M R P. Rs: 75 but they took Rs 100 by putting their own tag of Rs100. I had bought a Titan steel bracelet A1392, City 1 2045239 Pk. Dt: 02/06 on 31st of December 2008 from IMPEX WATCH CO., 124 A/1, RAJA SC MALLICK ROAD, GARIA MORE, KOLKATA -700047 PH[protected]. I should be returned Rs25. When I complained about it they replied very rudely and said its new price. We will not return it.

                                Titan eye is famous for it's delay in service. I have made spectacles for myself twice and twice for my wife. Every time without fail the delay would be not less than 3 days from the day they promise you will get your spectacles. The highest delay time being 6 days till now. They promise that they will call you and inform when the piece would be ready which they never do. It is hopelss.

                                i bought spectacle frame with titan progressive lens for rs 3075-00 on 25thmay2009 the upper rim of the frame which is red colour coating is slowly getting peeled off from diff places of the upper frame,
                                i was a regular customer of lawrence and mayo, for i being confident for tata products for its precision and reputation with honest dealing was very upset about the quality for which i paid 3075rs.

                                this was purchases at gulsons electroniccs, naupada thane west vide bill noth/220, sales order no th/216,
                                can somebody official would guide me as to what to do, or should i approach consumer court for getting justice for the amont paid to so called tata reputation

                                I booked spectacle from Titan Eye + Sec 18 Noida Branch on 19 July 209. Mr. Arun assured me that it would deliver the product within 5 days. Today is 28 July and I am still chasing them.

                                They were excusing that power of my glass was out of stock. Shocking!

                                It was agreed that the order would be delivered at my home address. Now I am chasing with Courier Company. In future neither I will go to Titan nor will suggest to any one to go to Titan.


                                I wanted to register complain against them as Titan has not met customer expectation as against a lot of small Optical shops which provide more personal customer service.
                                i had bought a titan eye frame from your showroom in warden road in mumbai.. i had chosen that particular frame for the only reason that the salesman over there had assured me that my old lens from my previous old frame would get fitted into the new frame without informing me about any consequences of it. but after they had fittied my old lens into the new frame, my vision was not at all clear, everything would appear wide and i would feel really dizzy. i asked them that i was not comfortable and was ready to make new lens from them and fit my old lens back into the old frame.i asked them why this would happen but the only answer i would get is that it would get alright in a day or so. then i consulted my opthalmologist and he said that the centric position of my lens has changed.
                                THE store salesman is not ready to change my old lens into the old frame as the have cut my lens without my prior consent and without informing me that it was not there responsibilty that i would not be able to see properly or if my money for the lens got wasted in this irresponsible and miscommunication behavoir. this is like a clear sign of mugging people like this to buy your frames and spend money on your lens. i am not at all happy with their service.

                                I, bought a bifocal specs with lenses at a franchise shop in Thane west called Gulson Electronics, who sold me a defective frame costing Rs 3500/-, which was brought to their notice and once I was even guided to their workshop in Chembur, The defect was that the screw or right side used to get loose (lense side) due to which the right side lense developed play and was not stable. Finally the lense broke, but the franchise kept on arguing that it was a handling error, after spending another Rs1370/- I, proceeded to make another lense, but the loosening of the screw persisted and after about 7 days the left side lense also broke, the reason being the same but the franchise refuses to admit. I, am totally disillusoned with the TATA product and I, feel cheated, I, have given the frame to the franchise for factory inspection but he feels it is of no use. I have already complained in their portal, I, have yet to receive a reply.

                                Hi, This is true.Staff at titan outlet at lajpat nagar are misleading.to clear the old stock they sold me one specs which is girlish saying that its unisex. The same was highlighted to the store staff on the same day but was in vain.mails have been marked to customer care but no proper resolution has been provided by them.Moreover their attitude towards whole goofup is so dramatic i must say.

                                One year before i purchased frame with lense. aafter that the lense were damaged. I have visited Titian Eye, Madurai for purchase new lens on 24.06.2010. They given type of lense. I prfere PGR lens which is cost 1600. The staff told me you have offer. I pay advance amount Rs. 720/- and get the receipt (Receipt No. AGH0001785) I return back home i saw the advance receipt they colculated only 10% discount but in entire show room displayed 25 % . Immediately I agrued with staff. They told we given titan staff discount. We cant change the price. How i am treat as titan staff.

                                2) They promissed with in 3 days still I am not getting the lenses from you. And also not resposible answare also.

                                I always like TATA product that is only I purchased Titan eye fram and lens.
                                TWO days back i had gone to purchase a frame at TITAN outlet in MYSORE I am very disappointed that your staff were very arrogant and the service what we expecy from them is very bad if they behave like this your show will not continue for a long time

                                MY ADVICE to have a pleasing and serviceminded staff to your outlet
