T-Kameez Complaints & Reviews

Hello, i ordered 4 t-shirts from the website and instead i received 1 hooded sweatshirt and 1 t-shirt that i did not order. I mailed them and messaged them for return but have not heard from them yet. Where can i file a complaint against them and what shall be the place of jurisdiction?...

I received wrong low value item delivered for my order. On writing mails, they denied to return/exchange it and to compensate the amount in Tkameez wallet.
I don't want the wrong product also, money should be returned to me so that I don't have to invest more money to utilize my wallet balance.
Also, nothing is mentioned on the site about such no return/exchange policy.
Now they have stopped replying too on emails.br...

4 Tshirts I ordered but after delivery they all were different... Plzzzz kindly respond sir ... When I vl get my Tshirts back...

Delhivery courier boy called me said he is agra, i told him that address is of kanpur, why you delivering to agra. He promised me to transit my products to kanpur. But he cancelled the order. Now tkameez is not responding to me. Neither sending me products to me, nor refunding my money....

They showed offers in t-shirt’s n we bought 24 t-shirt’s. All were wrong, prints were different colours were different. Some were plain t-shirt’s. We tried to return that. We cancelled further ordered ones also. But dint get refund for them. Also couldn’t return wrong products too....

Six days ago i ordered 4 tshirts and one track from this fraud site, money got deducted from my account immediately but my order is still not confirmed i mailed them thrice on their given email id but i did not get a satisfying response i request you to look into this matter seriously and help get my money back or get my order delivered i am attaching all the proofs with this complaint...

Wrong product delivery no response mail call...

I was delivered a 3 wrong product. I mailed multiple times. I rang them up multiple times too. But didn't get any response. They refused me to resolve my issue instead of they asked me to give 53 rupee compensation over 1059/- rupee wrong delivered parcel. I'm too upset....

Fraud Website, somebody do something about this website. We are shocked to find that all of the t-shirts you delivered were not what we have originally ordered. I sent them the mail but there is no reply from their side. They are fraud. Fraud website. They do the same for all....

I ordered one tshirt and they delivered something else.
On asking for refund they gave me 17 rs and said they wont take return...

I have recieved different products as i have ordered two t shirts nd you have delivered me 1 single blue coloured shirt.
Adding to this delivery boy haven't asked any otp to deliver the product.
This is how they deliver to anyone without assuring correct person....

I ordered a bull dab burgandy tee (Tk1259073) instead of which i recieved a plane white t shirt of poor quality. When i asked them to replace my shirt, they denied saying that they are not accepting returns due to covid and i should use the t shirt that i got. This is fraud and i am not the only one who has been through this burglary by this company....

I had ordered one t shirt on 14 july 2020 from tkameez company and paid online for that t shirt through the razorpay and payment is successful but they (Company) did not give response to after payment is done. I want my ordered product or my payment back into my bank account...

I bought 4 t-shirts from T-Kameez website on 18-July-2020. I received a package from Tkameez on 24 July and it contained 1 shirt and lower of very poor quality.
I immediately wrote to them(their phone number given doesn't work) to take it back and return my money to my card but they said they won't take it back and asked me to keep whatever i have received....

Iam shakti kumar sidhu from odisha. I was order the 4 combo t-shirt. But i was recieve totally different product that why i want to return the product and please send me actual product i have ordered... So kindly check my account or wallet and confirm me the mistake your company (Tkameez). Iam also attached the image of wrong product send by you....

I ordered 4 t-shirts and received different things in parcel, i asked them to send my original order as this wrong parcel is of no use to me. I tried to call but their number is invalid, i mailed them so many times but got one reply that we cannot replace the order due to lockdown.
Now this very very weird and i'm feeling like trapped. How they can deliver different products & expect from customer to shut the month and sit quietly.br...
