Wrong product delivery and company is not ready for reverse pickup i have orderd 5 t-shirt but all product are wrong product . I have Called so may times but the contect detail is invalid..I received a tshirt which i have not ordered, i want my refund back !!Replacement/return options not operational on site.
No response on multiple complaint emails.
This is the Third time that i received wrong product ... I am frustrated with this company..

    I placed an order for 4 t-shirts. But the t-shirts received are not what I had order for. They are completely different and poor quality. I tried contacting the vendor through email, phone number and instagram. But did not receive any response. Also the numbers provided are not working.

          I order 4 t-shirts with small sizes. But tkameez delivered all large sizes tshirts and all are different from which i ordered.
          It's been now 20 days and tkameez is not ready to pick wrong product and deliver me my correct ones also they are not providing any refund since all 4 shirts are no use for me.

                  I ordered set of 4 tshirts from tkameez...they delivered wrong tshirts of very low quality...and they where really pathetic...it wasnt the same tshirts i selected from there website...their customer care number has been declinig my calls

                      They delivered me the wrong product, i ordered something different and the product they delivered is totally different.
                      Even the slip on the package says the same thing which i asked for but the product inside it was not at all to the one i ordered. Not even a single piece was correct all the 3 trunks were different.
                      Even they don't have a phone number to contact them on their website and not giving an option to return.
                      Please help me getting my money back.

                            I've been trying to contact tkameez since the moment i recieved my order (Order number tk1248882)
                            I tried rigours callings and even mailed too but there's no response. Because of which my 10 days replacment time period also i guess is finished because the website didn't allow me to raise a request over there. Its written that they are not taking returns due to covid 19 but not telling what's the case if not this. I recieved 4 t-shirts in which 3 of them are not the ones i ordered. They are of the same size but they are different and i don't want to keep it. Please please please help me out with this. Or if not then please atleast give me an assurance of the return.

                              Hello sir, My name is saurabh singh. I have placed an order on 12/7/20. and the order ID is: TK1254560. Today morning (17/7/20) I have received my package but the recieved products was different from what I have ordered.

                              Also I can not see any type of Return option on the page as well.

                                      I had ordered from tkameez. I had paid online & the amount has been deducted. I got no order confirmation yet. Got no clarification about my order. I visited instagram page of tkameez but comment section has been limited to some people only where you will see only good comments.

                                      Gosh such a worst site and experience.
                                      Would never ever recommend this website to any of my friend.

                                      Don't know why such websites exist and loot the customers.

                                        My name is vishnu and i have ordered some graphic tshirts from tkameez website the delivery was late but i understood as it is lockdowm period and i have waited till the order was delivered but when i open the package and saw the products i was shocked to see that they delivered some cheap quality plain tshirts that were never ordered by me. Ihave attaced the invoice of my order so kindly help me receive my original tshirts.also they were not responding through any means i have contacted their number also gmail and instagram they were not responding so kindly help me through it as money was hard earned i dont want to be scammed so please help me
