    Hi, i ordered 4 t-shirt and i paid online but i didn’t get information about my order i mailed on your company mail they just send me the transaction status they didn’t tell where is my-order what happens with that they just took my money and they are not sending my order. Please help me with this matter

        Hello, i have placed an order on 10 june 2020 but still i didn't get any details of the order when tapping on my order "not found" is displayed. My order id is 1238117 i have paid through phone pe. How can can i get details about my order? My oder is placed or not? If placed then deliver it fast if not the pls refund my money... Or i have to fill a complaint against tkameez in customer care forum

          3 tank tops

          My order contains t-shirt and tank tops with specific colour with specific graphics, and t-kameez delivered each and every product wrong, i also tried to call and tried to mail them but there are no response, there is no return or exchange options opening in the site.

              My name is prashant raj my order no : tk1235631 ordered on 6-5-2020
              As i have ordered 4 printed t-shirt from your site which was not what i have ordered, all of those have different print as well as colour. As i am your old customer, did many order from your website hope you can understand the issue. Kindly exchange the product or make a refund for this product. One more thing your site is showing offer that is if you buy 4 t-shirt it will cost 999/- by applying code grab04 and i did so but still i have payed 1088/- why so.
              In short in website it showing i have to pay 999/- and i have payed 1088/-

                I hAve placed an order from Tkameez website from phonepay, money got deducted but order is not placed.

                      This is the worst comapany i have seen. Never purchase any product from here. My order was not placed but money got deducted. They dont reply to your mails regarding refund. I mailed them 100 times without any reply. Also contact number which is being circulated in market is invalid. U simply cannot place your grievance once you order from this company.

                                        I have placed an order online by making online payment on 29 sep 2019. Today is 29 oct 2019 still i haven't received the order. This is worst service anyone could expect. While placing the order the website mentioned that i would receive the order within 5-7 days. One month have passed i haven't received the package.

                                        This is the pathetic service from tkameez. I have called to the customer service several times, everytime i call them they say that i would receive my package by so on so time, but i didn't received the package yet. I have been harrassed so much by tkameez.

                                        If i get some help from this platform, it would be great
