[Resolved] Tolexo.com — Tolexo Cheated during GOSF 2014 | |||
I placed 2 orders on Tolexo's website on 11th December under GOSF offers. It's been almost a month and they haven't shipped my orders yet. They say that the are gonna take another 15-20 days to ship the order. Goddamnit, does it take 6 weeks to ship 2 simple tool kits within India? They just fooled the customers during GOSF sale. First of all you did not tell me that it is gonna take 56 days on phone call and it was never mentioned on your website as well. So stop faking yourself. And after seeing this complaint here, you shipped one order immediately which I got within 4 days of posting the complaint here but you haven't sent the other order and I wrote you a mail on 12th January which you have not replied yet. It's been 35 days since I placed order. If you never had inventory in place, you shouldn't have fooled people.

tolexo is cheating customers.i ordered shoe, they are keep on revising delivery date, from 4 days to 10 days, then 15 days, now 1 month, till not yet delivered

They say that the are ship the order TOD128286 BY First Flight on dated 11th february.. First Flight, does it take one weeks to ship 2 simple tool kits within India? They just fooled the customers during GOSF sale. I would never recommend them to any one.

I Placed an order and received the product in a bad shape and i requested them to replace they said they will give 100 rs discount on my next purchase and its been more than 2 weeks i am yet to receive my discount coupon.
