I had purchased a Toshiba tv from tatacliq.com in December 2020. Now days i am facing some issues about toshiba tv picture Quality and i had already complained about this problem on toshiba costumer care number in date of 7-june-2021 but till today 18-june-2021 i cant received any type of conclusion or solution about this issue from toshiba company.

          But the above mentioned issue is not resolved till date.

          Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

              We had purchased a Toshiba fridge from kohinoor electronics santacruz West
              Day 1 of delivery the fridge was damaged
              Day 2 a new fridge was sent but it was again damaged from behind
              We still accepted
              Now after 2 days the fridge is not working.
              We went to the kohinoor store in santacruz, they are saying we won't give an replacement but will send a technician to repair it
              After spending so much money We are getting a defective piece..is this fair..the manager's name is Zahid.

                      I have bought toshiba 108 cm Vidaa os series Full HD smart ADS LED TV 43L5050(BLACK)2020 Model through amazon on 28.12.2020. from the day I bought I had a audio problem.the voice is not clear.i feel it increasingly difficult to watch any program without fully understanding the dialogues.Hence I request you to solve this problem by replacement of tv with new one.further I would like to add that at the time of installation itself I brought this issue with your technician but he simply suggested me to put more volume.that also didn't work till date.hence I again ask for replacement of tv with new one.

                      Despite the fact that the complaint is 4days old and it's being forwarded to toshiba india Ltd with the assurance that action will be taken with in several days no action is initiated till date and the consumer care number chennai is not accessible.under these circumstances as a grieved consumer, suggest me a way to solve this problem.

                          Dear sir,

                          I had made a service complaint for my fridge at your service call Center, the service agent came and said the sensor is not working so he took the motherboard for sensor replacement, but the service agent charged us RS. 9000/ when the sensor replacement cost is only Rs. 3500/ claiming Rs. 5500 is for motherboard repair when there was no repairs on the motherboard. We would like the company to redress our complaint and the excess amount charged be refunded. The agent who serviced us was S.S. Services, Thane.

                                    Purchased a Toshiba dishwasher on[protected]: engineer of the company installed it on 28-11-20. The machine did not function as it was defective. The matter was brought to the notice of seller and the engineer again visited on 30-11-20. He confirmed that the piece is defective and needs replacement/repair. I requested to replace it as it was a defective supply. The seller took me in a conference call with the officer of the company who did not listen to my request for the replacement and said I am free to take any step.
