I had given toshiba satellite u940-x0110 for repair, to toshiba authorised service centre - ensure support services india ltd on 26 june'18 under work order no. Ma/18/01470. Problems was inconsistency in display.
Until mid august'18 i did not hear any update from the service centre about the issue. Upon my follow up over past month they informed that the mother board has to be replaced; and the delay in reporting was due to a technician leaving work.
I'm unsure why it took 2 months to conclude that the issue was with mother board, and such huge replacement cost will be involved. Ideally service centres identify the issue and give an estimate of the costs, in a week's time (Maximum).in this case, it did not happen.
Presently, over past two weeks they have send me mailers to confirm my concurrence/take delivery of laptop.
I believe toshiba has a system for time bound issue resolution and reporting. But aforesaid prolonged and negligent approach to service does not give me the confidence that your authorised service centre is doing the job; and the customer is in safe hands.
My LED TV is having trouble while starting. It take 10-30 minutes to start and having multiple power-on automatically till finally power on.

    Paper got stuck for every print and photostat copy in cartridge. We get each paper from cartridge in a corrugated manner. We didnt get a proper print. The cartridge was too hot we got burnt while removing the paper. We can't take any single print or photostat copy due to this. Machine is waste for us and we call service centers they didnt pick up calls if some one pick up they are not ready to come. Please send some one who can repair the machine.
    Toshiba Brand Steam Cordless Iron is not working Model No.TA-K38. So I need to get repaired from your extreme service center. Or give me feed back to move further..

        40 inch tv was given for repair on 25/08/18 at apoorva enterprises nagpur. But till date they are unable to make my tv ready. Why such improper persons were made as service centre. Really un happy.. Testing our patience. Really shame on your part..

          I had purchased tv in 2015 and had bought extended insurance along with the tv.
          I have problem with my tv now, to my shock i get to know that i would not get service as i did not send out text message which was part of insurance kit. Well do you think its fair?

          Its seems like fraud to me, toshiba sold insurance and lot committing to service my tv, i would like to take first step of complaining here, my next move would be to go to consumer court as i have all the documents.

            Engineer came he took the warranty card photocopy from me and said part will be reach to you but its been two months part is still trying to reach at our doorstep first the problem was distorted display now after 10 days it got blank totaly

              Toshiba VRF outdoor - 6 units with 22 units installed at National Institute of Technology Puducherry located at Thiruvettakudy, Karaikal - 609609.

              Out of 22 indoor units, 6 Nos. indoor units are not working since more than 3 months.

              The units are installed by Cooltech solutions, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 600094 and are under warranty and service call is not attended by them since more than 3 months.
              TOSHIBA GeySer tank problem and Raised complaint but still no one is entertaining the service request.

              Bangalore Point of Contact - DHANRAJ is not picking phone neither coming to repair .TANK already delivered but this Dhanraj is not replacing it.

                      My name is kumar harsh and i'm from lucknow and my tv was not working so i got the number[protected] from the toshiba television service site. Visiting charges were ₹375
                      They took the t. V with them saying that motherboard is damaged.
                      They said you'll get your tv back in 2 days.
                      They took 9 days and left the tv on worse condition now.
                      The speakers are not working properly and many channels are not being cathced.
                      They have changed the remote which is also not working.
                      There are scratches allover the black panel.
                      The back panel is also not fixed properly with sockets on the side (Which were at the back earlier).
                      When i called them again regarding all these quarries they are saying (Aisa ho nahi sakta, aap chk kariye)
                      They are very ride to their customers as well.
                      Kindly look after this kind of behavior.
                      It's very important to look after these activities which are happening on daily basis and should take strict action against these people.

                          I had bought a toshiba 32l3300 on 13th dec 14. Now around mar 17, the tv stopped working and the service center was contacted. Post visit they informed that motherboard needs to be changed. It was a wait of 8 month when nothing happened even after numerous follow ups with cm care and noida service center of lavesh kr.
                          In 15th jan 18 they came with an used toshiba motherboard. Post inspection they started the tv and told not to fix the motherboard as its used and might conch off in a day.
                          They advised please place a false complain the next day, to stretch the complain period. I was not ready to do something incorrect and didn't place any such complain. Now by 18th jan the tv again conched off when it was out of warranty.
                          The tv is not starting and we have approached all, but was not entertained as i didn't place false complain.
                          I spoke to mr shyam of denave but even they couldn't help us. I have record of all such mail conversation. My precious 8 months of warranty period has been wasted in bringing the motherboard which was not installed by noida service center as well.
                          It's a complete cheating with a customer and i want my led tv to be in the right condition.
                          Now after waiting for approx 1 year, am ready to go to any forum to get my problem heard.
                          I had bought a Toshiba LED TV with Model No 32L3300 on 13th Dec 2014 with 3 years warranty.
                          My TV stopped working on 27th June 2017 and I had placed a complain with the customer care.
                          Till 8th July as no one reverted, i again got my complain registered with SR No TIPLSR7I0005959.
                          Again after multiple requests the Service engineer visited.
                          · After checking the TV; he informed that he will be requiring a new Mother Board for which he is placing a fresh
                          requisition.
                          · Since then the ordeal began. I have made numerous calls to the Service Centre for the update but there was nt any.
                          · I spoke to BM Saurabj Katiyar; Technician Ajeet Kumar; Prashant Verma to name a few. But none of them could help.
                          · Everyone told me that Motherboard has not given to them to them by the Toshiba team and they cannot do anything about it.
                          · I spoke to the Customer care on 13th August where I have been given confirmation it will be taken care by 20th Aug Which is obviously not done.
                          I called up Customer care, visted local service center at Noida no of times.
                          · After struggling for 6 months which ate away my precious warranty period, in and around January 2018, service engineer Prashant Verma & team visited with the Motherboard.
                          But somehow he started the TV in between with a shorter image size. He told us that the motherboard sent by Toshiba is an used one ab=nd it might conch off the next day.
                          SO its better to use the one which is running now.
                          And he also gave us the idea that, you place a complain again with Toshiba so that your complain duration starts once again. On which we said we cannot be so cheap and lie to any company for meager benefit.
                          Now the TV stopped working on the 2nd day of repair in Jan 2018 and gradually the picture which took 10-15 mins to appear on screen completely vanished.
                          I have written numerous mails to CPCALL / CPCARE but it was of no avail.
                          Then in May 2018, we got in touch with with Mr Shyam of Denave.
                          He was kind and took initiative to address the concern and again Technician visited home. The technician told with out even touching the TV that the motherboard needs to be changed and incidentally it was the same Mr Prashant Verma.
                          But nothing happened since then.
                          But with time Mr Shyam expressed his inability and said that he cannot do anything about it.

                          My basic question is why i was cheated by a company like Toshiba which supplied a faulty product, its service tea which completely wasted by warranty period, its service engineer who even after coming with the Motherboard did not install it and now everyone is just showing his inability to do anything about it.
                          Toshiba does not really value customer's value and the wasted money on the same.

                                  First of all toshiba products and after sale service both are extremely bad. My led tv purchased in the year of 2014 is not working, picture is not displaying, i am trying to register a complaint from last 2 weeks but no one is responding at customer care. I think we have to go to consumer court.
                                  Last time also when i registered a complaint, it took 2 month for service engineer to respond by the time tv started working on its own.

                                  Facing issues with toshiba products led tv from day 1. It has also been replaced in warranty period and now second time we are suffering the same issue with this replaced also.

                                  Are we paying such a hefty amount to get this kind of product and worst after sale services? This matter needs to be escalated to your ceo and also at consumer forum.

                                  I was bought pendrive Toshiba 32gb one year before on flipkart.so it's not working.when I insert into computer or laptop they not displayed pendrive.and they shown error as insert pendrive correct.please give me correct solutions...
                                  I'am experiencing overheating issues while playing games but the laptop works fine when doing other things like browsing or watching video. I play games while the charger is plugged in. Does buying a cooling pad solve the problem or is there any other solution to the problem?

                                    I had given my tv for repair at your balasore (Odisha) service centre before 20+ days. They had assured me that the power board has to be repaired and they will sort the problem out within 2-3 business days. I am very disappointed by calling them 100 times and each time they say that the power board was suppose to come from bangalore and the very sad thing is that i always have to call them. Each time when i call them the person always say that he will call me after 10 mins and will say the status but never called me back regarding the same.
                                    Though i don't want to use the slangs in a public forum but i m having those in my mind for those irresponsibility.
                                    So plz do hv an enquiry and try to resolve the same otherwise i am going consumer court by assembling the customers of toshiba who are highly disappointed by the services of yours.

                                      I have one led model no. 32p2305ze / e09x14h00683l1, date of purchased
                                      23/06/2014.
                                      This led stopped running from 12/02/2017 and complained raised
                                      Ref: sr2i0016430 date 15/02/2017.

                                      But unfortunately more than year passed this has not been attended.
                                      Now for last 3/4 months no response from customer call number as well.

                                      Can you please define what's the time line of attending a customer call for
                                      Company like m/s toshiba.
