    Dear team,
    We, southgate tours and travels are proud to claim that, our fleet has maximum number of toyota vehicles ranging from etios to corolla altis. Recently we have serviced our corolla altis kl 01 br 400 in toyota service centre, enjackal, trivandrum. The complaint was of ac not properly functioning. As per their findings the compressor had to be replaced. We paid approx 32000/- for the same (Attached), but with great grievance we hereby declare that the complaint still persist. We are not at all satisfied with the service outcome.
    Its a genuine request to toyota group to consider this matter of high priority and do the needful investigation.

Mene jb rtgs se paise pay kr diye tb unhone is prakar ka behave kiya gadi toh mene leli gai hai likin net price jabalpur ki net price or muje btai hoi price me 20000rs. K antar hai. Kya apke yaha customers se issa behave kiya jta hai wo bhi manger dowra. Ese manager bethy jate hai jo rate difference per bt krne ko taiyr nhi hote hai. Apse meri request hai ki jo rate difference hai us rashi ko refund kiya jaye or net price per gadi (Innova crysta 2.4 gx mt) sale ki jaye. Manager k behaviour k liye skat karwai ki jaye. Or isme muje ky consenstion pradan kiya jaye. Isi prakar gaadi k insurence me market se insurence rate me 25000k difference hai.           Incident 1: User Car purchased

          • Vehicle number KL-01-BT-404
          • Toyota Innova 2.5 Z
          • From Nippon Toyota U-Trust showroom Trivandrum
          • Mileage of the car was 17000 kms at the time of purchase
          • Approximate Date of purchase : April/May 2016

          Concern: Since the purchase was from U-Trust, I was made to believe from the magnificent posters that “U-TRUST” is for accident free used cars. When I showed a possible repaint on the right fender, the salesman agreed to it, and confirmed that it was a “small repair”. I bought the words (“U-TRUST” USP got me sold in) and went ahead with the purchase. I sold the same car in 2017 August, only to find out the buyer calling me after couple of weeks to tell me that the car had gone through multiple insurance claims. During my ownership, I had made one claim to replace the glass as it was cracked by a stone that fell on it. On a detailed check, I was shocked to see that the “small repair” that was explained to be cost a sum of over INR 75, 000 (which doesn’t correlate) . The glass was already changed twice before I purchase the car in addition to other repairs. I decided to forget that as a bad experience, and not create a ruckus around it, as the service personnel and the post sales care was excellent. However, I suggest that you should remove the “Accident-free” attribute from U-Trust banners if the company does not intend to keep up to it.

          Incident 2: New car purchased

          • Vehicle number KL-01-CC-7070
          • Toyota Innova Crysta 2.8 Z
          • From Nippon Toyota showroom Trivandrum
          • Approximate Date of purchase : September 2017
          • Mileage till date: 11, 500 kms
          • Post sales and service personnel provided excellent support throughout

          Concern: The main concern is the wear out of the brake pads, and a shivering in the entire steering column and vehicle when the brakes get applied at speeds over 100 kph

          • I do drive the car at speeds over 100 kph, but I do not think it is a reason for such aggressive wear out.
          • I had to do the first brake pad change at 6, 000 kms and the second change is now due.
          • Along with this, I experience shivering in the steering (to such an extent that co-passengers get worried).
          • This means that an abnormal friction is being created as the brakes are applied, and this could have very well caused the quick wear out of the brake pads.
          • For all you may know about me as a customer, I am a family man and I DO NOT go for dirt rallies or professional racing.
          • In that case, the explanation given to me about the brake pads are not satisfactory.
          • If it is a “characteristic” of Crysta that I need to accept as a customer, I can very well tell you that such dire issues should be brought to the notice of the customer at the time of purchase.
          • Having the paid the price of a “premium” car at INR 25.70 Lakhs on-road, I feel the car should be capable of handling and braking at speeds exceeding 100 kph without creating any worries whatsoever for the driver
          • In addition, there has also been a shivering in the entire vehicle when the vehicle hits 100 kph (6th gear at around 1800 rpm I’d say) – I have discussed this with the service section of Nippon motirs today.
          • In the midst of all this, I should say that it is only the politeness and the customer friendly nature of the staff at Nippon Toyota that “keeps me going”!!

          I hope the company will do justice to the brand name that was created by the earlier Innova, based on which of course customers like we went ahead to purchase the Crysta. Thank you.

          I put up a complaint on 11.1.2017 on the email provided by Toyota, and was promptly given a Consumer No.TC 1802505.

          When no action was taken by Toyota, I sent them a reminder on 17.1.2018, and again received a Consumer No. TC 1804141.

          No one has contacted from Toyota till date to discuss the nature of my complaint. What should I do next??

            I hava toyota etios cho1bd4634 which has been given to globe toyota ambala for insurance claim and it has been promised to handover car with in 5-7 days.

            But its been 10 days, work is not completed and still misguiding on behalf of delievery of car for there internal issues.

            My car is insured by toyota inhouse people. They had promises at the the time of policy ""sir its inhouse.. For any claims we will serve you without any dependency on third party""

            Result is altogether different with no interest to serve the customer.

            They are making fool at the time of selling insurance policies.

            Need to confirm who will bear the cost because of there negligencies.

              I have received an e mail from [protected]@bk.ru of RBI Delhi about credit of British Pound 300, 000 from Toyota Company for winning a lottery draw and as per the message I have submitted all the forms received therewith. RBI is claiming to pay Rs 38, 900 something to process my claim. Is it true. Please kindly confirm so that I could take further action to claim my winning amount. An immediate action in this regard is requested please.

                  This is in regard with our vehicle fortuner having registration no. Od15h 9024 purchased on 04/08/2017 from espirit toyota showroom sambalpur (Odisha). As the vehicle was purchased with the need of minimum run of 300km/day basis, and serving the same purpose.

                  But unfortunately the vehicle met with an accident on[protected] and on the same day by evening itself the vehicle was sent to showroom for repairing after complete discussion with the dealer, but its very intrusive that after daily follow ups till today i. E. On[protected], we didn't even receive the estimation coming for repairing, hence their is no certainty of getting our vehicle back in use after repairing. Even when everything including purchase, registration and insurance done directly from toyota only, no third party is included still this is the present case. And its completely hindering our day to day work.

                  Also no one is their to give proper response, which is completely affecting our work, its very shameful for us to buy such premium vehicle and getting this much bad service

                  Kindly take as strict action as possible.

                    When we go to long drive almost 200 or 300 km., every time same tyre puncher .I complained many times at Toyota service centre but they don't wanna to action, they are ignoring.There is issue of quality of Toyota uses product. Im so unsatisfied with this Tyre, I think it's not verified by company or its a old stock or used Tyre.Please coperate me to give me perfect tyre otherwise you will lost ur customer or I'll action against ur company.

                        I am using toyota fortuner reg. Dl14ca 0790.
                        I dropped my car to uttam toyota service center (Site 4 sahibabad, uttar pradesh) for claim and service. They took 15 days to complete my car work that is 4 days more than expected date given. When i went to take delivery of my car day before yesterday, while taking delivery i noticed that cars back camera screen is not working so they told me to collect car tomorrow. Today they are saying it will take 8- 10 days to complete this work and they are not liable to this damage.
                        I told them to provide me some alternate car till this work is completed but they denied.
                        This is the fault from companys site.
                        This is the worst service i every received from toyota. Toyota is even not supporting there clients.
                        Toyota is known for there service but never get your car serviced or repaired from uttam toyota service center site 4. The manager mr najaf kazmi denied for any support.

                            Had sent my car wb06h 7378 for servicing to topsel toyota on 23rd jan. The car is now ready, but not being released and no copy of bill being handed over to my driver, so that he can come to office and take the cheque. This is a pathetic and ridiculous attitude from the service center, who have been servicing my car for last 5 years or more and with absolute zero issues and outstanding from our side. Shows how insensitive they are, while they are 15kms away from city center and do consider themselves as a monopoly while dealing with toyota vechiles. Time for toyota to take them to task.

                              We have approached m/s. Harsha toyota, dealers in tamilnadu and andhra pradesh for purchasing a vehicle.

                              They are insisting to cover the insurance coverage from their company only and not allowed the customers to make their own insurance arrangement.

                              Even if you consider the insurance premium rates the rates are too high and there is no comparision at all.

                                We have a serious complaint against inferior quality of alloy wheel in crysta 2.7zx which got damaged only after 10000km and we had to replace three tyres and service agency mgf toyota peera garhi delhi has advised not drive on highways for longer time, today mr sachin after complaining with toyota told us that company has refused to entertain this genuine complaint,

                                    I am suresh kumar verma from varanasi, u. P. I purchased toyota innova from goyanka motors, varanasi two years back. Recently my vehicle met with a serious accident following which i sought repair services from the garage of the said dealer (Rajendra toyota, varanasi). To my surprise, the person in charge was more keen to know whether my vehicle insurance was done by the dealer or from outside. When i shared with him why i opted to avail insurance directly from the company and not from the dealer, very boldly & rudely he told me that i will have to face the consequences of not availing insurance from the dealer in order to save few pennies. As a matter of fact l got my insurance done from the said dealer last year from the new india assurance and had to pay 20% more on the insurance premium charged than the same insurance company, if opted directly. I then thought of availing the insurance directly from the insurance company and not from the dealer.
                                    When i contacted the dealer after accident, the vehicle was toed to the garage on 5th january 2018, and i was made to wait for hours for the estimate & then i was asked to come next day. Again after waiting for many hours, in the evening i was told that the damage is severe and estimate issuance will take some more time. I was very disturbed and mentally upset due to such harassment, finally i got my quotation today, on 8th january, after 3 days. The quotation is for inr 4, 15, 309/- & i was strictly asked to deposit inr1, 50, 000/- first then only the repair work will start. I thought for a while whether am i a customer or a slave of toyota? Have i committed a sin in purchasing this vehicle from this only dealer in varanasi.
                                    I asked the insurance company and rechecked their cash-less arrangements with the said dealer. The insurance company has confirmed me that they do have cashless tie up with the said dealer & ready to provide the same benefit to me. But the dealer clearly denied me to extend the cashless benefit as the insurance is not taken from the dealer but the insurance company directly. How can the dealer dictate such terms which harasses the customer?

                                    Does this cashless insurance arrangement authorizes the dealer to impose anti-customer terms?

                                    What action toyota will take against such a dealer whose priority is to maximise the earnings from insurance commissions & abstain from core services?

                                    What will be the next harassing step to be taken by the dealership till full repair of the vehicle? Who will bear the financial loss due to expected, intentional inordinate delay in repair work.

                                      I have sent my etios car to the third year end periodic service to the coimbatore toyota service station. My car have runned only 28, 500 kms and in very good condition. I sent for just periodic service. They delivered my car after the trial and inspection. Immediately i went for long trip. But after the service my car have problems in brakes, ac and radiator fan. I have suffered lot by the radiator fan failure in the long travel.

                                      After my trip i visited the service station, they asked money to replace with new parts. Already i have spent the add on service cost, parts and labour charges. Now they again asked money for the problems they created.
                                      Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Re: complaint against toyota - innova crysta 2.8 z (7 seater)

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that we have taken the delivery of above vehicle on 30.10.2017. We are using this vehicle for our family purpose and never involve any driver as also we run the vehicle at a low speed only. We are yet to receive the final invoice for the total amount paid, though you have issued receipts for the payment made.

                                        To our great surprise less than 30 days, after running the vehicle for 2000kms, we could observe that rim is brokeout in front right side tyrewithout any reason when we were driving the vehicle from newdelhi to vaishno mata it was lucky that the vehicle was in low speed and there was no vehicle immediate behind our vehicle. Luckily we could control the vehicle hence no damage was caused to the vehicle and inmates n the vehicle. If we could not control the vehicle immediately it would have been a major accident when women and children were in the vehicle at that time. If the rim of tyre is brokeout within a span of one and half months from the date of purchase, that too after running the vehicle for 2000kms, we are afraid the problem is not only with the quality of tyres but also the manufacturing fault of the vehicle you supplied.

                                        Infact i own two etios nd one corolla altis and they are absuletly awesome but my new crysta which was bought from grand toyota from meerut has serious life threatening issues in alloys

                                        It is very risk to run this vehicle in such a condition as we will be playing the life of family members if we run this vehicle further. You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace this vehicle with good quality tyres and other accessories immediately.

                                        If you do not accept our request in the right spirit we will be compelled to take up the matter through consumer court for the financial loss and mental tension suffered by us.

                                        Please look into the matter and reply me immediately when you are arranging the replacement of this vehicle with quality tyres and other accessories.
