When we go to long drive almost 200 or 300 km., every time same tyre puncher .I complained many times at Toyota service centre but they don't wanna to action, they are ignoring.There is issue of quality of Toyota uses product. Im so unsatisfied with this Tyre, I think it's not verified by company or its a old stock or used Tyre.Please coperate me to give me perfect tyre otherwise you will lost ur customer or I'll action against ur company....

I have sent my etios car to the third year end periodic service to the coimbatore toyota service station. My car have runned only 28, 500 kms and in very good condition. Im facing problems with crytsa tyres (Air bubble appeared in two tyres), and given complaint in yashoda krishna toyota were i bought the vehicle.
Its clearly shows that crysta tyres have failed and toyota is playing hide and seek with this issue.

Yesterday when i got my innova car serviced at budha toyota, i had following grievances which i gave in writing also.
The engine oil refilled in my engine was thru hose reel pipe connection not having any brand or authenticity so i couldn't, t come to know which engine oil was poured in my vehicle. Issue:
Engine oil is getting completely dried up before the stated kilometers cycle, due to which engine oil has to be top up very frequently. This is a very high cost for me (As engine oil has to be topped up every 20 days, much before the kilometers cycle). I fear if this problem is not rectified, it will affect the engine.

Mgf toyota sector 14 gurgaon is a big thief. They heavily charge for a problem and does no work at all. They takes payment and then says another part is to be changed. I paid 36 thousand for my last service. This time my gear lever was free. They charged 31 thousand. No work done. On christmas day somebody who addressed himself as senior executive called from m/s lanson toyota and enquired weather last time i was asked for a clutch overhaul. Now they are looking for milking some money out of this. I changed the clutch at close to 80000 km as advised.
Is jap’s hand in glove with this. Do it. But not on the cost of quality....

I clearly told the executive that i do not cross 10, 000 kms a year.
I was told that the smile package covers servicing up to 20, 000 kms and i paid around 3600 for it. After making the payment the representative told me that it is valid for 1 year only. And when i asked to cancel the smiles package, he told me that it can not be reverted.
