I want to buy toyota fortuner top variant but there was no test drive vechicle for the customers whereas endeavour and desicovery sports are available for us and they have provided me test drive and they give better services as compared to you. So that at last conclusion i m done ford endeavour. Please improve your services for the customer this is very bad for your esteemed brand.

You always call for feedback whether i have received a solution or not, each and every time i reply you that non of person has called me from your end or from dealer's end.

Your representative always "lies" that he/she is escalating complain to next level and will received solution in next 24 hours but i don't understand your 24 hours trends to be approx 24months?

It is unfortunate to submit this complaints regarding very poor service by your rajkot authorised service centre after regular service from the year 2009. My Innova no, GJ10AC4764 was not starting on 23rd october morning near my residence at jamnagar due to some problem which was unknown to us. Hi, i'm writing from izmir, turkey. Last week i tried to buy “new” corolla car from "toyota plaza tokullar which is authorized dealer of toyota in gaziemir/izmir/turkey. I wash my at home and clearly see there are no scratches on wheel cap and side window glass. After service there is a scratch on window glass and wheel cap.
Om toyota is very bad in service and not a good company.
I want to change that wheel cap and window glass.
And take too much time in service i entered in service center at 1050 hrs and write know time is 1505 hrs but service is not done...
