    It is unfortunate to submit this complaints regarding very poor service by your rajkot authorised service centre after regular service from the year 2009. My Innova no, GJ10AC4764 was not starting on 23rd october morning near my residence at jamnagar due to some problem which was unknown to us. Then we called rajkot service deptt. they told to send the vehicle through toe.We have sent accordingly. They were also unable to trace the problem and told us to get new key because key issue might be there. They also told that after key issue other problem can be identified.But they were unable to start the vehicle through their expertise. So, I am very much unhappy how they are servicing so many years . I need immediate action to sort out the problem

      Hi, i'm writing from izmir, turkey. Last week i tried to buy “new” corolla car from "toyota plaza tokullar which is authorized dealer of toyota in gaziemir/izmir/turkey. I paid all the cost of car on 25 october 2017 and i tried to enter the car in tokullar showroom as same as i wanted to buy. But the car's doors were locked. Employees said to me that"the car's battery has been used up!!! And they would charge the battery again soon. After this situation i left from tokullar.
      On 28 october 2017 at 10.30 turkey local time (As we talked with sale officer), i went to take my “new” car, but the “sales manager” tried to sell me “display product car” without any warning or informing which has been shown, tried by numerous people in tokullar showroom and with a charged battery (Even i witness battery's charge 1 time, i couldn't know how many times this happened.) this car was dirty, score, with finished and changed battery. I wanted to buy first hand car but more people get on this car which “sales manager” trying to sell me than second hand car “for testing” that car. I told him i didn’t want display product car. But he forced me buying that car. He was very rude to me. He said that “i worked for 12 years for tokullar toyota and we were doing this all the time”. I can’t believe how can happened this at toyota. L feel so disappointed. And i said that sales manager “i gave you about 70.000 turkish liras for first hand car and i dont want to buy display product.” he said to me “you have to take delivery of this car, if you don't take this car from galeria now you can't take your money back and also you have to pay parking payment for each day, we don't have any responsibilty to tell you selling display product car, if you asked that, we would say, but you didnt told us not to wanted to buy display product car.”. I couldn't believe my ear. Can you imagine that i needed to ask to them dont sell me display product car!! I have recorded a video includes all about this sales manager's rudeness, tyranny and enforcing behavior.

      Finally, when i went tokullar which is authorized dealer of toyota i couldn’t take first hand new car, also i don't have my 70.000 turkish liras anymore. I tried to solve my problem with toyota/turkey;i called and they said to me that send e-mail, after that i sent e-mail on 29 october and talked with live support on web site. But they didn’t get back to me until this time.
      I realy know that toyota is not such a company and you are not aware that these kinds of events are happening, especially with this sales manager.
      Could you please help me about my victimization as soon as possible?

        I wash my at home and clearly see there are no scratches on wheel cap and side window glass. After service there is a scratch on window glass and wheel cap.
        Om toyota is very bad in service and not a good company.
        I want to change that wheel cap and window glass.
        And take too much time in service i entered in service center at 1050 hrs and write know time is 1505 hrs but service is not done

            I have sent my vehicle fortuner automatic for servicing on 6 oct 17 in morning 10am to pickup and told him all problems which i was facing kind of some sound coming from front desk as well back lights problems etc etc. But in evening i got the vehicle in same condition as it was in morning while i asked dilevrry boy he replied sir i told to service guy but the don't do it as i am having doubts in fact my oil is also not changed. I had payed 13, 000. For this pls let me know if toyota is giving this service again and again so i as coustmers should go in local market to do so and i want clerfiction on this why this happens after call the service guy he said ap gadi walid bhejo so pls tell me full day i maneged very difficult with out my car and should i send it back 30 kms for the same. I am very disappointed.

              I have three toyota vehicle i. E. Innova, altis & liva. And from last 4 yrs i am paying yearly premium (Add on with nil dep.) approx rs. 1 lac. As directed by toyota.
              From last two yrs. I am continuously having problem for my vehicle claim.in mid october, 2017 i sent my altis car no. Up-78 cs 3030 for repairing and changing damaged part to toyota center in rooma, kanpur as my vehicle was struck with a cyclist. The right side rear view mirror was damaged and the same side got some dents. But the insurance company surveyor mr. Paramdeep singh refused to accept ant claim except rear view mirror and this is very strange that mr. Vinay kushawha (From toyota rooma) and mr. Anajani (From sbi general insurance) are accepting the fairness of claim.

                Thanks for your concern to look into this matter; this is just to inform you that i own a toyota etios vx registration number, jh01al3399, chassis number, mbjb29bt[protected]
                Engine number, 2nrv009884, i lost my car key on the 9th of october 2017 i tried to look for this but couldn’t find it so i went to purchase a new lock set from toplink toyota work shop which is almost 26 kilometer far from my house i purchased it on the 13th of october 2017 (Receipt number:-sro[protected] at the time of purchasing they didn’t told me that it can only be changed and fixed at the work shop, i took the lock set and came back home and asked a local car mechanic to change the lock then this mechanic told me that sir it can not be changed you need a code to change and fix this then i called back the work shop and requested them to please send me mechanic with the laptop to change my lock set and start the engine but the guy who came from work shop to change the lock set of my car they didn’t bring any tools so they could not change the lock they told me that sir we will come tomorrow with the laptop along with tools to fix your problem i said okay but they asked me to pay them around rupees 2000.00 so i told them since you didn’t bring any tools with you to fix my problem why should i pay then they called somebody at work shop and put me through to the manager from the work shop and that gentle man asked me to pay those people rs. 2000.00 i said that you didn’t told me that i have to pay whether they fix the problem or not i felt like am being cheated though it was their fault that they didn’t bring their tools to fix and they themselves told me that sir since i didn’t bring the tools m not able to open even a screw i said okay while you will come tomorrow with tools please bring the bills along with you i will pay but they didn’t come back when i called them up they told me that they’ll be needing a part to change the lock set i said okay please order and when it comes to the work shop please come back with the said part to change my lock set, but sir in between keep on calling them and kept talking every time they said sir part aa jayega tou humlog aa ker aapke problem ko solve ker denge, but sir m still waiting this to be fix when i called them with a lot of stress and pain they told me sir humlog monday aa ker fix ker denge then suddenly i got a call from the manager and he told me since you didn’t paid to the guy who last visited we are not going to send anybody to fix your car i said you never told me earlier though i had been talking to you and other staffs from your work shop, dear sir the way they have treated me i feel like committing suicide they have tortured me for nothing i kept on requesting them to fix my car but they didn’t even gave me a courtesy call, i don’t know what to do i will never purchase a car from toyota i had a very high regards for the staffs of the company but the way they behaved with me and tortured me i will never recommend anybody to buy car from toyota… i even tried calling your corporate office but it didn’t help me. I think i should see a lawyer and move to the consumer court for my mental agony i m very much depressed for no reason they treated me badly they even spoke to my wife very badly and threatened her since i have a automatic call recording facility on my cell phone i have all the conversation recorded which i can produce to the court i m even going to invite media people and show them all the proof and going to tell them about the behavior of the employee of the toyota company with their customer and their family, thank you so much for teaching me a lesson that we should never purchase toyota car in future… if possible please have somebody visit my house so that i can show them all the proof and made them listen all the recordings…there is one more issue which i am facing since 2013 is everytime i visit their workshop my car seems to be registered under somebody else's name even on 13th of october when i purchased the lock set they gave me bill under somebody else's name when i asked them why is it happening they said sir aapka kam ho gaya na thoda software problem hai you can check with the receipt number i have mentioned, i don't know what they are upto please help me solve all my issues with toyota company. I met an accident on 21 10 2017 i left my vechile to accident repair to nandi toyota near bomanahalli show room they told 15days vechile get ready and now they deleyed repair work and putting extra bill on insurance both are playing games and still i din get my vechile back and please take an action sir and let me the problems of your nandi toyota

Moreover after making so many of complaints customer care executive always making excuse and don't try to solve the issue

                      I have a etios liva. Door window switch of my car is not working since last one year. I have visited nearest toyota service station at cuttack. They said thst switch is not available. According to them, i have to keep my vehicle & they will inform the company, after getting the spare part then only i will get my vehicle. This is not at all possible so pl help me.

                        My car toyota altis just buy 1 and half year, car door and car body got rusty? I go back toyota service centre answer me after 1 year cat cannot claim??? What the toyota quality? New car haven 2 year rusty already, i really cannot accept, lousy quality, i will share to facebook and send email to all toyota service centre

                        I have given my vehicle for service in millennium Toyota Kalyan-shil road. At 23 oct2017 and they call me on 24 Oct that ur vehicle is ready. I was busy so I came in the morning next day i.e 25 Oct 2017 and I m sitting atleast 1hour ago yet my car is not delivered to me. They are saying printer is not working n ol that. Bad service experience.
                        After first free service of Etios Exclusive Car, M/s Sharayu Toyota, Pune did not put back the service book/manual which has details of the Car. I conveyed over phone, But till date not received back. I requested for copy to know atleast imp. details viz. where the stepney/jack/toolbox is placed.I will be obliged if Co. can provide a copy.

                          I booked innova crysta base model of 17.85 on 29/09/2107, in exchange i have given my hyundai verna (Up32fu4277) according commitment of your employee he promised me to give me the vehicle in 20 days, and from last 5 days i getting calls from your employees please take this model that model, i told them when you have you have committed me of base model then he replied (Ok will try) as my old car amount 5, 00, 000 is alreday with you.
                          So really was very angry seeing the behaviour of staff, from last 15 years i have been purchasing hyundai, i got the suggestion from many people that toyota's commitments are upto the mark but seeing this
                          Its a humble request to solve this matter as early as possible

                            Our car is less than 4 years old and run only 20000 kms. Out of the 4 fuel injectors, 2 of them is faulty and need to be replaced. Since warranty period is just 3 years, and fuel injectors are not covered in insurance, we have to repair it in our expense which costs around rs 70, 000.

                            We have done the service of our vehicle in time and nothing wrong from our side in maintenance and service.

                            I find this issue as a defect of the vehicle and expecting to be rectified by the company at their own expenses.

                            Two tyre same side burst three times, our family escaped from major accident. Pl don't buy Crysta Innovwa. Toyota should replace the tyre or call all crysta back change with new one.

                              Due to heavy rain on 28-8-17, in vapi gujarat, my 4 month old innova crysta reg. No. Gj 15 cg 6406 affected by flooded water in parking.
                              I sent it to nearest dealership rathod toyota on 29-8-17 at around 4.30pm.
                              Since then i am vigorously following with rathod toyota to get repaired my car in time.
                              And, they are following up for original parts with toyota, but toyota is not able to supply required parts.
                              Now, its almost two months, my business suffering, and most important thing is my diwali vacation will be ruin.
                              I need my car back with original state by 17th oct. 2017.
                              Else i will be filing case in consumer court for non supporting and mental and physical harassment.
                              Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              All tyres are faulty 8 punctures in 6 months and 4 airpockets .

                              Its dangerous and SHE issue on highway.

                              My family isnsafe after last puncture on highway

                                On 25/01/2017, i purchased a innova crysta 2017 kl67a5900, unfortunately the vehicle has not been satisfactory because after 10, 000km l have realized the front tyres uneven wear and tear problem. I have taken my car to the dealer (Nippon toyota kottayam) twice for service and twice to show them the uneven front tyre and wear problem. The service section inspected my vehicle and agreed to call back with an answer. I have called them several times to enquire about my complaint, but still l haven't received a proper answer from them.
                                I would appreciate it if you could organize the dealer to fix my problem within 7 days. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however the matter is not satisfactorily resolved within a week i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint

                                  Hi i m ashokverma for i’m moga yesterday i went to radiant toyata moga 142001 dealership for servicing my car. I agreed to all what they said but wen my car came back i didn’t see what they told me they ll do exp: they said about dry cleaning but it didn’t happen i told them bout it but nothing said i paid full payment n told them i ll complain it after i got a call from them saying sir u can come back we ll do as u say so
                                  I made a complaint against it yesterday n today
                                  If nothing happens i ll go to court but still wait for ur response

                                    I am the owner of toyota fortuner and staying at pune. Six months back dsk toyota who used to service my car has gone bankrupt and closed down.
                                    Toyota has not made any alternate arrangments for servicing of the car. Sharayu toyota located almost 30 kms away and only one in pune can give a service date only two months away.

                                    Toyota should have made alternate arrangements to have our car serviced. Even the past services data should have been made accessible

                                    Surely least expected from a reputed company like toyota

                                    May i have a feed back on this

                                      1. Registration. Delivery charges. They collected 12000.
                                      I can't understand why this amt they collected.

                                      2. They didn't given floor mats. Mat flup.

                                      But other showroom this 2 thing are giving. Extra 5000rs offers also they are giving.

                                      Why there cheated me.?
                                      There are not given car freely
                                      I paid amt 1850000. Kindle answer me.

                                        My car mh 14 fs 0696 handed over to sharayu toyota bhosari service centre on 20 sept'17. Even after 20days they could not provide backsensor, the car wasn't cleaned properly, a part of car is missing. I have reported to service advisor mr swapnil and mr. Samadhan yadav but his reply is "we'll see (Dekhta hun)". This kind of response is neither expected nor acceptable. Kindly take the matter forward and resolve the issue of missing part immediately.
