I have innova crysta z 2016 model. Veh no. Mh12 nq0700. Within span of 15000km my car's rear tyre burst and at that time i have given complaint on toyota customer care number but no action taken by them till now. After that within 1 month my car's two tyres got bubbles at that time also i have raised complaints many times to toyota. My car's 3 tyre burst till now and today they informed me that your claim is rejected due to external damage to tyres. My two friends also got the same problem with tyres. No any executive of toyota and sharayu toyota dealer is taking serious this problem. This is not expected from toyota.

    Dear sir,

    We were really happy to book the toyota innova through our local dealer 'rathod toyota' on dt 19 september 2017. We paid the booking amount so that we can get our vehicle on the festive date of 30th september 2017 as promised by our dealer.

    When we booked our vehicle, at the time of booking the dealer promised us to deliver the vehicle on 30th september as it was festival of dusherra, but unfortunately one day before the delivery the dealer called us and asked us to take the insurance policy from dealer itself of icici which they have tie up with the company. We requested them that the icici insurance policy is expensive and we do not want to take the policy from them as we enquired from icici and we got lower quote from icici with the same features. So we requested them that we will take the policy depending upon our usage and with our own requirement, but the dealer is not ready to understand and they have now asked us and forcing us to cancel the vehicle booking as they have very clearly stated and informed us that if we do not take insurance from the dealer then they will not give us the vehicle. So is it compulsory that we need to take the insurance from the dealer even if we do not want to take the policy from the dealer. They are charging extra amount for insurance, rto passing and other charges. We requested them that please give us the vehicle and we will manage for the rto passing and insurance as their charges are expensive. So why should we pay more to them if we can manage with cheaper prices if we manage it in our own way?

    This is an example that we have to accept all the terms which the dealer asks for and we cannot deny to a single term, if we deny for anything then they will not give us the vehicle which they had promised us to deliver on the date. Rather than showing respect towards customer, the dealer is not teven readay to speak with us. We went to the showroom and we requested the sales person to ask the managing authority to give us some time or appointment to talk with us, we were not even allowed to get entry to their cabin, they sent the information that nothing can be done in this issue and they forced us that if we want the vehicle then we have to accept the terms of the dealer.in fact the dealer should give us other facility or some discount but in our case they are not giving us anything.

    For buying this vehicle, we have sold our old car and our bank loan is also clear and ready. Now we do not have our old vehicle with us and we are suffering because of the dealer, as they are not giving us the booked vehicle which they were supposed to deliver us on 30th of september. They told us this one day before the 30th september, so they even wasted our festival on that day and they also made us to sell our old car. Now we do not have our car with us, not even the old one and not even the new one as they did not give us the delivery.

    I request you to please look into the matter and advise us what can we do?

    The dealer informing us very clearly that if we want the vehicle then we have to take insurance policy and rto from the dealer or else they will not give us the vehicle. Is this the correct way?

      I purchased my toyota etios gd on jan 2016 from 2nd servicing i am facing issue with the battery i asked them to replace the battery but every time they refused to change and told us battery issue is not detected now after completing warranty period again i am facing battery issue when i went to service center they told me to change the battery because it's faulty. When i asked why you have not changed earlier then the answer is same that time battery is not detected. Third class service and third class brand

        Dear sir,
        I am tamil selvan recently purchased toyota etios car no. Dl8caf7532.
        My music system pen drive port was not working for more than one year
        And whenever i went for servicing in your servicing centre in okhla
        Underpass station, new delhi, they say the music system they can not
        Check now and it is long process. So, so they always said next time
        They will try.

        In august, they accepted to take the music system for repair after
        Long argument by mr. Om dutt sharma, service adviser of okhla
        Underpass service station, new delhi. Now after one and half months,
        They are making so many stories and asking huge amount for repair,
        Which was under warranty for which i have paid. Also, to collect
        Without repair also i have to pay the transport charges.

        Is it the kind of service you provide as reputed toyota company in
        India. So, herewith, i request you to make necessary action to repair
        My audio system.

          My car is repaired in malik toyota hisar on the month of may and horn plate is replaced that was
          Fitted of another car and the dealer said it can be replaced after 1 month because that was not in stock still it is pending.

          My car serviced one month ago and there is a noice in ac motor that is not replaced because that was also not in stock they said that is available after two weeks its almoslt one month have to go but also it is pending

              I have purchased innova crysta on 22 nov 2016 from the above dealer. I have sent my vehicle on 23rd sep for genral service and a tyre bubbling complaint above 100/kmph speed. 3 hrs after submitting the vehicle i got call from engineer that your cars disc brake has to be changed. I said its driven only 24770 km and 10 months to purchase this should be under warranty. After some time they called again and said that it's a tyre problem you need to check with tyre company. When i received my vehicle some disc turning charges (Out side labour) of rs 1365 + gst was charged in my bill (Bill no-taxe7-22209).
              My submission is when the disc was under warranty then why they have repaired it rather change it. Kindly check and revert.

              I think 16" wheels are more convenient for this vehicle
              should toyota give replacement all 5 wheels from 17" to 16 "

                Inspite of making repeated complaints no one is bothered to resolve our issue. Your nagpur dealership grace toyota does not do anything. My official complaint with toyota customer care against grace toyota nagpur vide complain number tcm [protected] dated 22.07.2017 which was escalated on 27.07.17 and rescalated on 29.07.2017 and again escalated on 03.08.2017 and 07.08.2017 and 09.08.2017.‬

                ‪company competent representatives still sleeping on my complaint. ‬

                ‪my corolla altis automatic remained with dealer since 10.07.2017. ‬

                ‪an amount of ₹63000+ already paid for replacement of lower arm and brake disc. ‬

                ‪i strongly suspect parts replacement racket at dealer and thus decided through investigation by toyota representatives to ascertain the facts delay in delivery and hefty charge imposed to a vehicle absolutely self driven.

                I kindly request you to take cognisance of my complaint.

                  I am the owner of toyota fortuner 2.8 manual diesel mh 12 pd 0020
                  I have given my car for 10, 000 km regular servicing on 18th september'17.
                  I am trying to chase sharayu toyota bhosari for delivery of my car since last 1 week.
                  I am getting very stupid answers from there service team.
                  Service attendant akshay is not giving satisfying answers. He also spoke in a very rude manner. I request you to teach him how to handle the clients and teach him some business etiquettes.
                  After paying 34lacs i don't expect such kind of service.
                  I am very very disappointed with this service.

                    Respected sir,
                    I am a toyoyta customer since 2011, i am a proud owner of new toyota fortuner model 2017 reg no. Dl-14cd-2922 and i purchased this new toyota fortuner from uttam toyota, pp. Ganj industrial area, new delhi and the model and clour is phantom browm 4x4 mt on 28/05/2017.
                    I run it about 1000 kms. On 11/09/2017 i have taken my vehicle for it's first 1000km service to my near by service station on uttam toyota shahibabad up, my vehicle delivered to me in one hour and i requested the service advisior to througly check the vehicle and he replied i have checked it personally and the vhecle is absolutly fit and fine. I have taken the deleivery and went back to my residence. On the next mng i found that the 4x4 locking axle light is flashing on my dash boad console and the 4x4 system is not working and i applied all my mind and way which is written in the service manual but nothing happen and the problem presisits and no solution of the problem is done. So, on 16/09/2017 i have taken my vehicle to uttam toyota service station at shahibabad, u. P again and complaint about the problem they adress my problem but can't diagnose the root cause of the problem and replied me that they are unable to diagnose why such problem is coming and also replied that they don't have the right person to diagnose the problem because there head technichian is on leave and return on monday that is 18/09/2017, so till that date they hold the vehicle and said me to wait for two days. By getting this reply from toyota i returned back to my residence but i am thinking that fortuner is a global vehicle and in delhi ncr uttam is the biggest dealer of toyota and they don't have the technician to diagnose a problem of such a premiun car what a # is this, what to say about such a reliable brand. I think again before buying it again and also recommened others to think on it.

                    On 18/09/2017, i again contected the service station uttam toyota they have replied me that they have diagnosed the problem and the problem is the 4x4 system is faulty and they are replacing it in gaurantee but they did not have the parts with them it will take seven days to replce the part. I again surprised that first how a 4x4 system of my new vehicle is faulty and why they don't have part with them and they are taking a week to replce it, i am really surprise, what i do for one week. Why this problem comes to my vehicle they don't have any answers. Very poor and poor service o[censored]ttam toyota. You should take action on them for this

                    I want afavour from you that please personally look after the problem of my vehicle personally and please send the fully trained techinician team from your headquater to diagnose the fault and why this is happen in a very new vehicle? What is the root cause of the fault? And give detail of the diagnosed fault and what type of reparing is done on my vehicle, please alo fully diagnose my new vehicle througly, i want full assurance from toyota that such a reliable vehicle is realyy reliable in future and what is the condition of my vehicle. I always keep my all vehicle as my sons not as a assets or a vehicle i really love my vehicles, all vehicles, it is really heart touching for me that my new son got such a problem it is a heart breaking for me. Also arrange the parts as soon as possible so that i got my son back to my residence as soon as possible, and also take action on uttam toyota for sucha un reliable behaviour they give very poor services to the customers i am really disappointed by them. Please please reply me as soon as possible on a positive note.
                    Sir from toyota india i just request to send its qualified technichian team to uttam toyota service centre shahibabad uttar pardesh so that they diagnose my vehicle fully technically and give me assurance that my vehicle is absolutly fit and fine. Please take this issue seriously and take up the matter to the higher officials, the service provided by the uttam toyota service centre is not up to the mark and full audit must be done of the technical team o[censored]ttam toyota and please give me details what steps you have taken in this concern. Iwant full update of my complaint. As soon as possible.

                    Latest update and matter of great concern as i aboce discussed that i have given my new fortuner for rectification of fault on saturday that is 16/09/2017 and today is 23/09/2017 till today my vehicle is lying with the concerned service centre on 22/09/2017 they have diagnosed the actual fault they have taken seven days for diagnosing the fault this shows there inefficiency and unprofessional attitude towards the service providing they take seven days to diagnose a problem what you say about it? Toyota is a global brand is this is a attitude of the global brand towards there customers give me the answer. And for seven days i am without my vehicle and what mental and physical truma i faced during these days i cant explain you who will compensate to me for this i have invested 40 lakhs of rupees in your vehicle and in last what i get a faulty vehicle a irresponsible service provider. Who will compensate my losses, i have to cancel many proffessional meetings due to unavailibility of the vehicle which damageg my income and i lost many high value contarcts, really i am in great loss due to the toyota. I have invested lot of money in your vehicle which you advertised a reliable and global vehicle is this is your vehicle? Answer me. And on the other hand you even not replied my single mail no assurance is given by you what type of attitude is this. I am warning you please look into my matter very seriously and reply my each questions with full detail elese if you did not do this i am going to media and publish my story in big auto mobile magzines of national and international status, and really tell my story and my experiences to the world about the brand name called toyota.

                      Dear sir,
                      I bought the toyota innova crysta car with registration no. Br01cz/0999 from buddha motors patna last year. The problems like mileage, smelling, ac gas etc. Starts just after that. People travelling with the car complaint always about vomiting, nausea. After complaining to service centre about the same they did not responded. Afyer 6 to 7 month this problem resolved itself. I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service quality provided by your company. Many times when i went for servicing of innova crysta, result was unsatisfactory. I also bought footrest accessory which costs 10k from buddha motor, which used to cracks at speed breaker, complaint so many times but the problem remained same, at last i thrown them out. Recently there was a rim problem in my car, the service providers took the car for 15 days and charged 20k rupees but that problem is still there. They cahrged for full body touch up service but did not done that properly, looks quite odd. Body sound, gate sound problem never solved. Also for wheel allignment problem they took the car for10 days but the problem not resolved. Ground clearance is okay but mudflap is placed so down due to which at speed breakers it creats sound which is very irritating. This problem also remain unresolved. Still there is a rim problem and three tyre defect problem and complaining about the same from last six months, but your customer service provider is not responding. Vehicle is running without stepny due to which i am unable to drive it for longer distances and this is all happenning due to your unskilled mechanics and irresponsible behaviour of your employees. I bought this car on emi of 32k per month, but so many times its there for servicing for 10-15 days at service centre. I am paying 32k as emi without even utilizing it. So who will be responsible for this? This car becomes a headache for me. If you will ask me for feedback i will never ever suggest to buy this car to anyone. I am very unhappy and mentally & economically harrased after purchasing this car. I am fed up about this poor service quality. Kindly resolve these problems.

                      buddha toyota patna very poor service, disc brake related problem was detected 4months after purchasing the vehicle instead of changing that they did a grinding and again the problem came back after approx 6months and again they did the same thing and even took approx 20k from us to replace new brake pads;though the last time they promised us to change the disc brake in case of any problem, for the disc brake they repeated the grinding process.

                        I had bought door visors for corolla altis from galaxy toyota moti nagar dealer for which the guarantee has already expired somewhere in 2016.

                        But still i would like to bring to your notice that the silver paint has come off which we get to see in the accessories bought from the secondary market and not expected from the genuine accessories.

                        Dealer says that warranty is expired, i know but the silver polish didn’t came off in a day or a week it got noticed when all the silver part got rust

                        Kindly look into the matter or stop selling in the name of toyota genuine this kind of quality we can get from outside also

                          vehicle wobbling & shuddering of brakes in my innova crysta ka 25 mb 4779

                          I have purchased innova crysta on 14/07/2016 at shodha toyota hubli. After using the vehicle for 15000 kms we got the problem of steering wobbling & some time brake shuddering at around 100 & 120 kms speed. I usually drive the vehicle on the highways only. We informed to the dealer regarding the complaint during periodic maintenance. They just accepted the complaint & carried out wheel alignment & balancing & delivered the vehicle saying...

                          I mohammed arshad accidentally drover my toyota etios ka 04 aa 4978 in the water lodged area on 4/9/2017, around 4am, & for repairing my car towed to ravindu toyota rajajinagar (Opp to iskon temple) bengaluru on 5/9/2017, car was examined by the supervisor named mr bhaskar & the supervisor promised me of getting my car full repaired & handing over my car keys on 23/9/2017. But i was schocked to see dat my car wasn't repaired yet & the supervisor talking to me unprofessionally, the car is sourceof my income & i am the only bread winner for my family. Hope toyota people will react on my dis mail.

                            I have given my car toyota etios liva for body shop work due to accident which i have mentioned in the form at the time of handing over my car to grace toyota, jaipur highway, a week before. The survey has been done and on delivery day when my car is ready they are saying that the policy cannot cover up the amount and the grace toyota has been billed me rs. 16000/-.
                            Why they have not intimated me earlier? Now they are not giving my car.

                              I own etios liva i had serviced in nandi toyota the vehicle just ran 24000 km last 3 months back i had serviced after that i had ràn 2000 km but vehicle wàs getting white smoke so i left vehicle for checking in nandi toyota àfter 2 weeks todày they had call me and told that the turbo have problem.                                 I had a very bad experience with nandi toyota kanakpura... I have bought neew innova crysta and its tyres got blasted within 19000 km (Even both) while i was travelling to manglore and wen i showed their a toyota showroom they have changed the 2 tyres from there and they promised that have to change another 2 also... Due to non availability of another 2 tyres they promosed that it can be changed from toyota showroom banglore once i reach in banglore... But when i reached in banglore from nandi toyota kanakpura they are refusing to change the tyres... And even they are not responding properly... For the last 1 week my vehicle is with service center only... I am not able to understand what exact service is providing by toyoto

                                  I booked new innova crystal gx (S - white) 7 seater automatic on 21st august 2017. I was given assurance that by end of the month or by 1st week the vehicle would be made available.

                                  However, i am sorry to state that the behaviour of staff at rajpal cannot be termed as client friendly - they do not have time for clients, give false assurance and seems to be too preoccupied with their processes rather than addressing queries of client.

                                  I work with unicef and had to go for un mission in south sudan. On their suggestion, i also sent a request on my organisation's letter head for easy delivery of vehicle.

                                  I have been ardent follower of toyota and since last 15 years have had one or other toyota vehicle, however this time around i am very disappointed.

                                    Sir this is the second time i am registering a complaint... My vehicle is in tyoyota workshope pathanamthitta kerala. The vehicle is there for ladt 3 days... Its a new vehicle. I think they dont have the part in stock. They are still waiting for parts or they dont know what was the complaint... Toyota such a huge company praviding such a bad service... I had lost my trust in ur company... This type of service provide by u is too bad... I am a toyota customer for last 20 years... I[censored] can please get me my car ready today itself or do any other arrangment for my travel purpose... Now i had take a rent a car for 1500 rs per day. I cant afford this... So do the need full

                                    My car car was in nippon toyota pathanamthitta for last five days and this is my 3 rd complaint regarding this matter. Still the vehicle is not ready and the service people not at all arranged me a spare vehicle... I am expericing a very bad approuch from nippon toyota people.. I reqiest toyota company to make arrangemet today itself to get my vehicle or arrange a spare vehicle to me... I am a handicaped man and not able to move without a vehicle.
                                    I am not at all intrested to talk to nioppon toyota people... Very very bad service they are providing... I hope u will take some necessary action today itself...

                                      Since the time i've purchased my car from madhuban toyota in mumbai, the servicing of my car has always been done by shinrai toyota. After multiple complaints of the windscreen turning greasy in monsoon, they changed it after a year. Now the one that has been changed is even worse than the previous one. Inspite of constant repeated complaints no action has been taken. Only false assurances are given to me without any action being taken. This is my third innova, prior to that i had two toyota qualis. I have never faced such non cooperative behaviour from the dealers.
                                      Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. My driving experience is really bad because of this.
                                      This is not tje right way to treat your customer. Such carelessness on the side of the dealer can lead to dangerous outcomes for me as a driver.
