The new car 2.4 z was purchased in june 2016 but has lot of issues either from manufacturing or of design.. Few of them are still open

The vehicle has run only 35000 km but following issues are common and repetitive in nature :
1. Frequent damages in wheels (Till now all 5 wheels damages d and 2 rims damaged... Although 1 rim repaired and 1 replaced and 2 tyres replaced)
2. Wobbling in driving at speed above 80 km/hr... Poor control
3. Irregular braking and high vibrations during braking... Wheel hubs (On which disc is engaged) changed but still problem there
4. Poor gear shift... Hard and making noise while shifting gears
5. Malfiunctioning of ac piping resulting into all gas leakage

Besides this, there is a big issue of spares non-availability which lead to high waiting time in vehicle service... Overall rating very poor

    Our company has purchased innova vehicle with registered no. Tn-02-ba-0954 in the month of august 2014 from your koyambedu branch at chennai.

    From the time of purchase, we are sending our vehicle for service periodically.

    From day one, we found some problem in clutch which we informed to the lanson service incharge and they used to do some corrections.

    In june 2016, when the mileage crossed 65000 kms, we sent the vehicle for 65000 km service with complaint on clutch function. Your service in-charge examined the vehicle and advised us to change the clutch. As per his advice, we have changed clutch.
    Attached herewith copy of invoice for your ready reference.

    We regret to inform you that in spite of changing the clutch, we were continued to experience problem with clutch function.

    Many times when the vehicle sent for service, our company driver mr. Murugesan complained about clutch function to your service
    Incharge @ koyambedu branch, but it was not attended properly by your service people.

    Our usage of the vehicle is moderate and we understand, for innova vehicles, generally the clutch will be replaced after
    Reaching 1.5 lakhs kilometers. But in our case, it was replaced at 65000 kms. And that shows poor manufacturing/defect in quality.

    Hence we request you to replace the clutch at free of cost.

    Kindly revert at the earliest.

    I had given my Toyota corolla Altis KL 01 AU 5003 for accident related work in may 2018, when I got it back I got a stinking exhaust with catalytic converter stolen and replaced.The vehicle was given at Toyota Nippon, Enjakkal, Trivandrum.

      I am using the Toyota LIVA / Jan 2016 model – diesel.
      I am facing some difficulties and I need to fix the below option in my car.
      1) Front side Food room lED lamp I paid and already fixed with Lanson Toyota support of accessory department in my car & same I requested them to fix in rear side also but they said there no option to fix it. Immediately I asked the reason they said those option Toyota company not given and then I request them to fix from accessory but your service engineer was told me if you fix the non OEM the warranty will not cover for the car. As a customer Ok I agree to fallow up your rule & same time think about customer side & customer request also.
      2) Same rear side Luggage storage place & engine bonnet also there is no lights and mostly I am travel long distance if in case of any breakdown in night time for checking the engine side we need to open the engine bonnet area that time too dark & luggage area also difficult to taking the Stepney and collect any other storage material if too dark. I hope are you understand my difficulties & situation.
      My self-requested by verbal few times directly in your office and now start to compliant to you through online for further fallow up.
      For me this is very important issue so Please give the best & positive solution ASAP for the above issue.

        I am C.Paul NIcholas from tamilnadu i have purchased a toyota innova crysta in july 2017 from Lanson toyota, Chennai. car no. TN 87 3888 i am facing problem while braking at speed condition in highways, as the car steering starts vobling, - i faced this problem in 15000 kms then they did skimming again the same problem repeats in 18000 kms again they did skimming now the vehicle done 28500 kms - now again the same problem accured. when i asked to change the new under warranty - they are not willing to change the new one again they are preferred to do skimming

            My car new fortuner facing problem of front disk on only 25k km. And i have regiater my complaint to dealrship rajyog toyota latur. After 15 days there is no response from dealership and from customer care on complaint. There is no any action is done on my problem. Third class service from toyota. I already using three vehicle of toyota but this time i am irritated this type of service.

              Screen of music system of my car no. Up25bt0099 was cracked and given to commercial motors sales pvt ltd for repair vide job no. Gsj18-01995 dt-21.05.2018 but the till date estimate of the repairing not given by dealer nor repair till date, when i called to service manager his cell number ringing but not answering also contacted to nazir ali (Service advisor) he is not given any satisfactory answer.

                The day i purchase the car after driving back to home i suddenly noticed that the part next to steering was missing wooden part, wiper blades are also not working and the major fault which i would want to bring into the notice that the clutch plates of this innova (Pb 91 6877) car is not working properly. Today morning again i felt some kind of disturbance noise from the car, i felt very upset and i immigately rush to the globe toyota and the service advisor (Jagdeep) commited that there is a manufacturing fault. I want a replacement of a car as i have sent lot of money on it. Kindly see into the matter as soon as possible. I shall be highlt thanful to you.

                  I had been to grace toyota for servicing of my liva vehicle – mh 31 ea 3326 with odometer reading of 56116 kms.

                  My entry in their service log book was entered at serial number 5 and time of entry is 9:37 am. The photo of the service register is attached herewith.

                  In spite of meeting the manager customer service, there was no one deputed to attend to my vehicle. At 10:16 hours i checked the register and found that vehicle which were entered after me, were being attended to.

                  This on again pointing out to the manager, he had no answers. Further, i asked for customer complaint register, which he did not possess; and thus i had no alternative but to return back.

                  This type of attitude shown is not at all expectable from a company of the reputation of toyota.

                    Its sadly noted by many customers who visit ratmalana branch of toyota sri lanka periodic service standards have dropped very badly.

                    Customers pay a high premium price for vehicle service and do not get a satisfaction by doing so.

                    Please conduct an service level audit as soon as possible.

                    If this continues customers might consider buying other bands like kia, hyhundi and other vehicles as these companies provide low cost, better services.

                      I purchased innova crysta v top end model in 8 seater. I took delivery on 23.05.2018. When i check

                      The engine compartment i found the above said d4d cover missing. Your representative who came to deliver

                      The car said it will not coming in this model.

                      But in the month of dec 2017 when i planned to purchase innova crysta, i had visited toyota dealer ravindu

                      Toyota near iscon i saw in crysta v model with engine cover fixed.

                      I wanted to know what is the purpose of this cover and why not fixed in the engine parts.

                      In your specifications list no where it is mentioned about the engine top d4d plastic cover.in the variant grade (Model).

                      So that it is understood, the part d4d plastic cover has to be on top of the engine. The clamp has also been provided

                      By the company to fix d4d plastic cover on the engine.

                      So please provide me the above said cover which i understood it will be more useful for preventing rats biting the injector wires.

                      I had an old innova in which i had faced rat biting wires many times.

                      The photo diagram of the engine shows with the cover. Its not an accessories but it is spares.

                      Please do the needful and get me the above said cover fixed without any additional cost.

                      Please reply me with in 2 - 3 days or i may have to contact some higher authorities.

I had approached the service center first when they said check tire pressure - but still the problem persisted... Then they did skimming of the disc twice but the problem still persisted after which they have changed the complete disc, pads and claiper but the problem persists.. Now my car is in lanson for the past 2 days and still i have not got ra reply what you guys are going to do and if i will get a permanent solution to this problem..                           I am a customer of toyota from 2010, at present i am using innova crysta 2.8v purchased from leela krishna automobiles, rajahmundry.

                          From the beginning i. E around km 5, 000 vehicle have steering vibration complaint and front wheel tires are worning irregularly.
                          Service department at rajahmundry showroom tried everything. There changed discs, suspension check, axle and everything. Once disc are trimmed and brake pads are changed regularly. But there cannot resolve the problem.
                          Company is giving assurance of km 40, 000 for tires. But my vehicle is getting km 20, 000.
                          Last time i visted for km 60, 000 service i came with same problem, service team is advised me to change discs and brake pads again and giving harsh reply.
                          Please inform u r service team to rectify the problem within the warrant as soon as possible.

                            This is reference to my crysta vahicle purchased on 31.10.2017 from nandi toyota bangalore. The registration number is ka 05 mw 7171.
                            The issues i faced are listed below:
                            1. Shaking of the vehicle:
                            On decenber 12th i was travelling to chennai. We were driving at 120-140 kms speed. When my driver applied brake the whole vehicle was shaking. I called the nandi toyota kanakapura road he advised me to drive the vehicle at 40 -60kms speed. I followed the same. I went to velore toyota service, they declined to take the vehicle for service and stated that this is a big problem and the vehicle is defective. Because of this delay i missed a business meeting with the commissioner of tamilnadu government. Then i returned to bangalore and sent the vehicle your people at nandi toyota enated a big drama and said nothing has happened. Mr. Santhosh and his team took a week long time to correct it and said not a major issue but some wheel problem. For some time i had no issues. Then my family went to kolhapur, again the same problem occured i called mr. Santhosh, he stated that drive the vehicle less than 50 kms per hour. My family was in shock because of this and i left the vehicle in between and came by hiring cab. Again i sent the vehicle mr. Santhosh said the issue is sorted out and team of toyota engineers visited and sorted out the problem.
                            Till today the problem persists.
                            2. Brake shoe and pads:
                            Once i noticed that front left wheel there was a powder leaking from the wheel. Then service team said there is nothing. Then there was a sound from the wheel the nandi toyota team said there is a problem is the wheel. Then they said whole brake assembly has to be changed. I agreed as my life is more important than money. Then again couple of weeks ago i noticed sound in the brake, again i sent to service they said brake assembly has to be changed. I got it done by paying rs.12, 970/=. First they said it would cost 4, 500, then again called said 6800 and finally they called and said it would cost me 12, 970/=. Each time mr. Santhosh who is designated to handle the complaints say that driver problem. I wish to inform your company that i owned innova for 8 long years and changed the brake asseembly only twice. The same driver is driving the car for many years. How his driving skills have changed? This has become my monthly cost towards my car!!!
                            Thanks to my foolish decision and loyalty to toyota. I am repenting for purchasing this vehicle.

                            I want to know why your company has got double standards amongst customers. Your company has a set of rule for japan and different set of rule to indian customers?
                            If in other countries this happens you recall the vehicle and it happens in india then customers have to struggle and finally give up.
                            I am ashamed to state that 'i am the owner of a toyota vehicle".
                            I beg your company to take back this defective vehicle and pay my money back.
                            Also i wish to inform your company that there are more number of dissatisfied customers than satisfied customers.

                              I am complainting about my innova crysta travel comfort... Compared to my oldninnova it doesnt gives me a 50% comfort from shockup side... Its very much blumpy... And my family get tired after a long drive... Dont know why you charged these much cost for a offroad drivg feel vehicle... Body pain comes after a long drive.. Its very bad... You have to find a solution on shockup side as soon as possible

                                I am owned the toyota crysta having registraion no. Mh04hu0496
                                Having the issue of gearbox, as its not smooth like the old innova had.
                                Im used to with the old innova also but as compared to that while shifting gears its hard to change gears
                                As long as when iam paying 25lac for car, i must have comfort level init.
                                I contacted nearby service centre owned by millenium toyota, mira road, thane.
                                They guys showed me brand new car where still there is same issue.

                                Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible.

                                  This is in connection with toyota innova rj 14 ue 5521 purchased in the name of laxmikant biyani at jaipur, rajasthan.

                                  I purchased this car in january 2016 and i feel cheated because i have been given a defective piece from the company. Within a span of two years i have faced problems with the ac of car multiple number of times. Everytime i send the car to service centre - om toyota, i am given fake commitments that the problem will be resolved permanently this time but unfortunately the problem is never resolved! I am always returned the car with basic servicing it seems, because it runs smoothly only for once or twice after which the problem with ac comes up again.

                                  Recently, the last time i sent my car for ac issue at the service centre was on 21st april 2018 and today that is 22nd may 2018 again i am left in a very embarrassing situation where i gave the car to my guests for a long journey and right now they're stuck at gurugram again due to non functioning of ac in this hot weather. The least that i could ask for was coordination by om toyota team with mgf gurugram toyota team so that my guests who're stuck there can soon be given the car and the problem be resolved on an urgent basis and even on that i did not receive any satisfactory response from om toyota.

                                  I can only conclude that i have been sold a defective piece and harrassed to extreme levels. At the time of purchase the car, dealers are at their best to convince about best service for the car but the customers like me are left in lurch soon after the car is bought to resolve our problems on our own. I am determined to go to every level this time until my problem is resolved permanently because this kind of customer service is not expected from a reputed brand like toyota.

                                    We are the customer of innova car for many years and i am the 3rd generation in our family using this products. Regarding your service and maintainace i am fully satisfied. But i would like to bring your attention to my unsatisfactory experience with gps version. Mostly while travelling i went wrong directions and wasting my time. I think i am extremely uncomfortable while using gps version and of no use for me.                                     Hi i got innova crysta 2.4 vx i will spending lots of money for this car near 22 lakhs.i got a one problem in my car actually wt happend when i go over 120 to 140 suddenly press the break streeing and front both wheels too much vibration i can't drive i as complaints 4 to 5 more then times Kumbokonam Annamali toyota colud not any action .
                                    I did not find Left mirror when the car was delivered to me. Probably the mirror was dropped during pick or drop. Th service was done on 18 may, I want the mirror to be fixed again. Please resolve the complaint at the earliest. The location is Noida sector 61 and car number is UP14 BC 6368

                                      I had booked a new upcoming car yaris 1.5 v (Cvt) on date[protected] by depositing rs. 50, 000/- receipt no.[protected] at infinium toyota dealer at himmatnagar gujarat. And date of car delivery told me at the time of[protected]. (Today is[protected]. I do'nt know the dealer is giving me the car or no, but dealer first insist me to take car insurance from him but i do not want to buy insurance from the dealer, i will take self insurance for my car. Discussing about this mater to the dealer's sales officer, he is unable to sale me the car without purchasing insurance from him, and i do not want purchase with insurance by dealer.
                                      Now i request to give permission to me for purchase the car by other dealer out of district territory in gujarat.

                                      Dear team
                                      I had met with an accident at 10:30pm on dated[protected] hit lower side with stone and damage radiator and some other parts. Till today i have not recieved my car and also all damages not cover under insurance while i have yaken insurance lolicy from toyota tie up with united india insurance ltd.
                                      I am not happy with toyota insurance

                                        Sir, its been six days since i have lodged my complaint regarding problem in my carysta v number (Up 86 x 9555) but i haven't received any positive response from you.
                                        While driving my car the right rear tyre started trembling and wen i checked the bolts were lose and they were not able to fix tight enough so we called for help at 12pm from rsa which took almost 3hrs to reach. We asked for a taxi which they dint provide so we sat in our car while it was on crane but unfortunately the tyre of crane got burst after few km and we escaped to death. Later another rsa came at 5pm which took us to escript toyota greater noida at 5.30.. He fixed the problem temporarily and charged 2600rs for bolt and told us to get the problem fixed permanently from our near toyota workshop. He told us to replace our tyre excel to avoid future problem. Our car is just 1.5 month old and its in guarantee n warranty but moscot toyota aligarh is not adressing our problem and behaving badly with us. They promised us best and timely services before buying this car but now they r misbehaving and not giving any satisfying reply. We just have one car and we need it frequently therefore i request you to please take notice of our problem and resolve our problem as quick as possible as our car is just 1.5 month old and is under guarantee and fully insured..
