I pawan kumar resident of mann colony 3/2 sangrur, purchased toyota innova crysta on 21st june 2017 from globe toyota sangrur (Punjab). I am facing a really big problem in one tyre of my car as it got damage a few days back and even alloy is damaged. As the car hasn’t hit or met with an accident. The tyre got damage itself while driving as their was nothing fault on my side. As its only 2 months from when i had purchased the car and wouldn’t expect this problem arising so soon that too from toyota. As it is a world renowned company and they promised me to help me out in every difficulty possible while purchasing.

So i please request to replace the both the things as soon as possible, as i am facing very big difficulty in it. I am using the tyre right now.

I have to add an additional fen to save my air con and it show this is the defact of the car.
I send in my car at 9:20am but until 10:25am still no one care about my car I wait stupidly like an idiot which I can let out side done it in half an hour.I also worry they might disconnect my additional fen for my air con which they did the last service and it cost me a lot throuble.

    As i have been a part of toyota family since 2011 with buying a new etios as the very good convienence with everything in the car i bought innova type 3 and thn the innova crysta before 3 months and this toyota company has got so fame that dey r cheating with all the crysta coustumers by giving less quality or life to brake pads and the tires where the brake brake pads should be changed every 20, 000km in crysta compareing to my other toyota vehicals brake pads are changed after 45, 000km and the most tiers in crysta are so damm worst that have been flatten only for 40, 000 and my other vehicals ie:innova and etios tieres were changed after 85, 000km
    And the company is cheating d owners of crysta
    We request u to plzzz gv the quality r strict action will b taken from owners and drivers of crysta yellow board

      Dear concern,
      I inform you that i have purchased etios from globe toyota mohali. Right from beginning i faced a bad experience of this car as rain water is pouring in my car.. I have complaints so many times to globe toyota but not getting any resolution..
      Now on my recent complaint globe toyota is saying that most of the toyota vehicles have same problem...
      My car is still at toyota service station since 22.8.17, 9:30 am and they have not given any solution...

      Please take immediate action to my complaint as my business is affecting...

        I bought new fortuner in jan 2017,
        Rear left tyre got burst after total 5000 kms run, & rear right tyre got burst after 11000 total run, i have sent complaint about the first tyre at 4 may 17, but no response from toyota or dealer, i cant accept such loss of tyres of new car while its under warranty, neither toyota helping me nor dealer after so many complains, this would be my last email to you and then i have no choice rather to approach to the court against your poor products and services, your view is awaited, thank you - sabu ram prajapati, car number rj14uj8881

        My car innova crysta was getting shake after 90km speed. I gave the complaint to the service center 6 times till now but i didn't got it rectified. Even i gave my car 5 days back again with the same problem but till now they didn't gave me a reply also. Please do help me regarding this issue which i am facing since many months.
        I am facing same problem with bridgestine tyre fitted by toyota company in innova cresta 2017 model. i bought in jan2017. In 7000kms one tyre has bulge and at 34000kms two tyres got bulges. it is when the vehicle is run on highways, not on potholes. Response by company is very poor. Can anybody suggest what to do now.will appealing to court help?

          This is anish pothina from vijayawada.
          I bought touring sport model in radha madhav toyota showroom. They dint submit the tr and insurance papers while delivering the vehicle and they said that they will courier us the papers. But after several ph calls and 2 months they sent me the courier papers which dont have invoice and form -20 copies. We are calling and visiting the showroom several times but no use. At the time of delivery the showroom people have given quotation which is no where related to actual price i. E, handling charges etc and they always trying to tell the customer that as it is new model we have to pay and take the vehicle.
          Today is the day for our fancy no. Registration showroom people still dint submitted form 22 we are trying to call them from 2 days. But they wantedly not lifting the calls..
          Is this the way how they treat with people?
          Spending 23 lakhs on car and facing these kind of cheap things is really wrost part on the company..
          Even im royal enfield dealer.. Im only facing these many issues means what about the rest of the people.
          Im already existing fortuner customer from past 5 years.
          Im feeling damn wrost about radha madhav toyota... Not only me.. Soo many people in my city feeling the same.
          I expect an immediate reply from the company side.

            I had purchase new fortuner from satyam toyota rohtak and today i want to purchase one more fortuner when i was given quotation they are added warranty period and accesseries of rs 50000 which i don't want when i refuse they tell me that it was complsory to purchase becasise we have come order from company to give customer which i feel very bad and when i purchaded first fortuner they don't added warranty and accesseries but now they are it was complusory to purchase

              I booked up my toyota fortuner last month at globe toyota ludhiana. And they gave me in written about the delivery in the month of august, 2017 (The ongoing month). And now as i am talking with the representatives and executive teams. They are saying that they will deliver in the month of september. I really want my car by this month. As i need to give it to my daughter by the end of this month.

                I had submitted our vehicle etios mh 14 ck 9772 on 01st july 2017 for insurance claim and damge repairs. I was asked to collect the car by making a payment of rs 17528.00 which was balance after approval of my insurance claim. I paid the amount on 14th aug 2017 and got the gate pass for taking the delivery from cashier around 13.15 hrs. I waited for the whole day till 7.00 pm on 14th august for taking the delivery of my car. I got a very poor response from the concerned. I was repeatedly following up and the reply was that please wait the driver is bringing your car.
                After 7.00 pm i had to leave as the driver never returned with my car.
                Again i was called on 16th august at 3.00 pm to collect the car.
                I waited till 18.15 hrs then i was taken to other parking area om chambers where i saw my car in which the tail lamp below the deeki was hanging. When i asked the concerned person who had come to deliver my car that do you inspect the car before giving the delivery for which his reply was it is done by our qc department.
                I am really surprised to receive such a third class service from a reputed dealer of toyota. Till all these days i was boasting that toyota service (Concerned dealer) is the best. But unfortunately i have to mention that it has taken a reverse turn and presently it has become worst which can be seen from the way they are handling the customers.
                I was made to wait for almost 6 hrs on 14th august to collect my car and at the end of day i was told that the driver didnot bring my car from the store. Again on 16th also i waited for almost 2 hours and again had to return empty handed as the work was not 100% completed.
                I request to please look in to the matter to the concerned.

                  My vehicle number mh15fl9990 has done 19000 km. Now... Wobbling prob was start at 14500 km. I already done wheel alignment and balancing to.. But yet my prob not solved... Miliniam toyoto thane mumbai is handling my vehicle from day one that is from 00 km.. My vehicle is also in service contract with toyota... Yet no solution find out by service center still date.

                    I brought a new toyota etios platinum vxd model car yesterday at 6.13 pm from nippon motor corporation pvt ltd, xvi/2a (Xvii/646 a), konathukunnu p. O, vellangallur, irinjalakuda, thrissur.680123. Today ai 1.55 pm i found a cut mark on the right front tyre, which i immediately informed my sales executive, but he did not give a satisfactory. It has only run 32 km and its not even been a day. Please do the needfull as early as possible. I am attaching a photo of the tyre.

                      I m not satisfied with the reason of engine sound on complaint done to millenium toyota, the sound noticed after my 50000 km service which the service attendant replied it is due to wet ness of the belt / some dust particle on the surface of the belt running on pully on side of engine. The sound sometimes very noticeable and sometime it becomes very silent. I have not heard of such noice since i have purchased the new vehicle. I would like to know the root cause whether it is something wrong with the engine or your authorised service station is finding a reason to pass the time of three years and than suprise will come for paid repairs of engine. Request your immediate action to these cause

                          After Servicing Our Toyota Innova At Wasan-Toyota Nashik. We Found That 3 Bolts in Rear Tyre From Drivers Side Were Not Bolted at all. And because of that while driving the car on road we noticed sound coming from the rear tire.
                          Then we took our vehicle to nearest tire shop for check up. they found because of loose bolts the tire got damaged internally. Then we called toyota showroom for help they came and checked tires and replied "Sorry'. Thats it No Guarantee for the tires if that gap could possibly damage our car in the future. we asked for replacements they said that tire is OK so there is no need for replacement but we saw what damage that loose bolts created because lack of responsibility of car mechanic. My Questions to you is when we are getting our replacement of the damaged tire?

                            Hello Toyota,

                            I am a proud owner of Toyota Liva since May-2013 but I think I have to regret for purchasing Toyota vehicle after using it for almost 4 years and its just because of Service unavailability in PUNE City.

                            In PUNE city Toyota has 3 service centers, 2 of DSK Toyota and 1 of Sharayu Toyota out of which 2 DSK Toyota service centers are not functioning since MID of MAY-2017 and the only remaining service center of Sharayu Toyota is trying hard to serve at its best to Toyota Customers.

                            For having regular servcie appointment I have to wait for almost 40 days at Sharayu Toyota since all its appointments were allocated for next 40days as DSK Toyota customer care numbrs are not even being answered.

                            So I urge to Toyota India to take some prompt measures to resolve the Service issues at PUNE and make available adequate number of authorised service centers for PINE city so that customers wont be required to wait for simple service. If issue continues for long time it would cause major damage to Brand Toyota and people would definitely stop purchasing Toyota vehicle in PUNE since it do not have BEST customer service at ten moment in PUNE.

                              Dear customer, your complaint is registered with ref no-tcm[protected].

                              I had booked a corolla altis vl from rathod toyota, vapi on 31st july on the name of metal gems, registered number [protected]. Now the dealer is forceing me to take toyota insurance by saying that it's a toyota policy to not give customer an option but to take insurance from the company itself that means if the customer wants to take insurance company of his preference he/she can't take so.

                              Now the dealer has started threatening the customer that he would cancel the booking if the customer further discusses his complain with anyone else.

                                  I regret to inform you that this is my 6 the mail and 15 calls on customer care.
                                  From 7th july to 10th august. Nothing is done till date: all medical expenses occured due to this is to be claimed from you. Till date only sorry from customer care and 24 hour working days to solve the problem is heard.

                                  I don't understand why this customer care numbers are given to fool people. When u cannot resolve the problem in one month and above time u should close down customer care numbers and complaint no.

                                    I owned an etios liva where i met with a minor accident on sunday the 6th august 2017 at jaiaw, shillong which less than 1/2 an hour away from highland toyota situated at mawiong rim, shillong.in the accident, after personal inspection, only the tie rod end needs to be replaced so that i can just drive to the service centre (Highland toyota) for further check-up. The car need not to be towed down as a simple replacement of the said broken...

                                    I own etios vx car & presently stationed at chiplun 415605. My nearest servicing station is about 90 kms away i. E dsk toyota mini office at ratnagiri.
                                    However due to strike problems all dsk toyota outlets are closed. So nearest servicing point is almost 400 kms in goa or new mumbai. Kindly resolve this issue of dsk at the earliest. I also would like mention that dsk occupies very big area of maharashtra. Hence there is no other dealer in proximity. Company can rethink the strategy to give single dealership for such big area & instead bring more dealers network for such big area.

                                      I have already complained 3 times and talked on customer care number for more than 6 times but no result till date from my last complaint on 27th july.

                                      Pl. Show me the way to claim rs. 50000 from a company for whom customer is nothing in front of his cheater dealer. Supporting his dealer and listing to customer. This shows how customer is cheated by both company and dealer.

                                      First, my car parts taken out by dealer and then no solution from toyota care.
                                      Secondly, ac water falling inside the car the technician have no idea how.?
                                      Thirdly and most dangerous all water inside car and dirty smell and all wet mat caused diseases in my family.
