Hi! In my previous complaints regarding innova crysta pb - 22 - p - 1306 i have been raising issues regarding manufacturing defects in my car which was finally diagnosed at 20000 km service that there is bend in alloy wheels of the car and new crysta has faced problems and company accepted yes there were some issues with the product and yes we will replace them after taking all the requred procedures. I was given assurance that company will look into the matter and resolve the issue now after nearly 100 days of complaint i have been told that your alloy wheels can not be replaced all these months i suffered a lot moreover my tyre got burst on the highway i can proove this is an manufacturing issue and toyota it self has changed the configuration of the alloys for the same model. Now justify my querries and don't force me to knock the doors of judicary for justice and end our long relation of 13 years.

    I have the 2016 model innova crysta z variant, within the span of 10, 000 kms, my car's 3 tires have burst till now, and toyota is not providing any solution at all, they are just saying that they could provide me 10% discount on purchase of new tires from dealer.
    But, the problem will still persist as the problem lies with the design or due to low profile tyres being used in the z variant, i really doubt the reliability of this car, as 2 tyres got burst at the same time as they got into a small pothole, how could they be so careless about the safety of their customers,

    Somehow, if they come up with the solution to downsize the tyres, they should refund our money for those expensive alloys we purchased in that top model, and then provide us with the high profile tyres, but i think they are a way too greedy to consider this, i might better sell this vehicle and would go another car, as this car cannot give me peace of mind like the earlier innova. Safety is the top most priority and should not be compromised for the faulty design of toyota.
    Will never buy any car of toyota again for sure.

      I booked a toyota inova crysta VX 8seater crysta at satna on tha name of kamal kamdar to automotive toyota.
      On 24 aug i paid 170000 as token money, on 31 aug i DO the amount of 1800000 to company, they gave me quotation of rs 1993000 n discounted rs 23000 so totally i paid 1970000 on 31st aug.
      They didnt give me vehical either and i complained at toyota consumer forum, now they called n said pay 116000 more other then quotation n take the car.
      So kindly i want to say that take strict action against them n provide me car or eles i will sue ur company.

        My toyota fortuner car which I got serviced from Ferozepur; punjab on Friday . On Sunday, gear oil started leaking from the car. After complaining to the agency they said come here with car. But when we reached there they straistraight way said it will take 7 days for repair without examining it. They are totally irresponsible and unprofessional people. Please help...

          Hello, i have recently purchased new toyota crysta tom end diesel model.

          I regret to say that i am really not happy with the ride quality due to low profile tyres. Already one of my tyre already has a cut and car not even driven 13000 kms till date.

          I had purchased the car from millenimum toyota thane, wagle estate and also had complaint to them in regards to ride quality and car jump in regards to low profile tyres. But no action was been taken in regards to the same. I had also requested millenium toyota to put up complaint with toyota and get my tyres and rim changed but no action has been taken for the same.

          I really regret having purchased this car as its not worth the amount what have paid for this kind of a car.

          I have always been a toyota fan and already have other 3 mores toyota cars with me. But this toyota crysta has killed it all.

            I have purchased your platinum etios car (Kl09al 7542) from palakkad dealer on 26.10.2016 and run 8500 km. On 4th september, 2017 while returning from my home town the driver seat back side tyre got burst. On 9.9.17 the tyre was got inspected at your coimbatore service center who after taking consultation with goodyear person informed their inability to replace. I spoke to the goodyear person who also said the tyres are meant for good road condition and not off road conditions. The burst is no side of the tyre hence no replacement. The rejection report is awaited.

            I hold a very high reputation of toyota quality that is why even i have decided to change my earlier brand to platinum etios (Recollect your tv ads on safety). Since both dealer & goods supplier refused to entertain my request and i can't use the car without a stepni, i request your immediate intervention on the subject by day end today and arrange to replace the tyre on free of cost.

            I could not get any positive response other than telephonic enquiry of the subject. Incidentally, I could get the reports of your Coimbatore service station & tyre manufacturer representative's report. I am astonished to see the remark given in the report saying that 'Defect found external damage on side wall due to road hazard which is not covered under warranty'. I have cross checked with Goodyear dealers in Coimbatore also who has informed that this tyre doesn't give warranty for side wall but other series are given. Considering the facts of (1) Indian roads, (2) how Toyota (a company normally give preference for safety & customer care) could select this particular model of tyre which does not guaranty the minimum protection of safety of its customers (3) the tyre has run only 8550 KM and not even one year, (4) in case it is a rare incident, I request an immediate investigation on the matter including the reason of Toyota selecting a tyre which does not warrant minimum requirement. Since I could not see any immediate solution to the problem and enable me to use my car, I had to purchase a new tyre. Enclosed is copies of Toyota report, Goodyear report and new tyre bill for your necessary action. In the meantime, to keep the goodwill I established with Toyota, please arrange to reimburse me an amount of Rs.3900/- immediately to take care of the expenses I incurred to purchase a new tyre.

              After some rains in mumbai even tough my vehicle didnt run in the rains it was standing at my house with 1feet water from ground. Next day engine light & airbag lights were showing in the car, we sent the vehicle to nearby showroom wasan service centre on 1.9.17 to get it cleared. My toyota innova crysta is just two monhts old. They said they will charge around rs.25000 for the repairs eventough it is warranty. Now one was ready to hear. We haven't yet received the vehicle because they are unable to trace the issue. They have already prepared a bill of rs.13000 and said the airbag light will be shown and will let you know the issues after 20 days and no help from service centre.

                Very disappointed with the service provided with wasan toyota, as the vehicle came back with same complains and added new complains to it.

                First service, they misplaced the service book, not cleared the break issue. Second service, the vehicle came back with remote key not working, third service, it came back with reverse camera broken and still persist with breaking issue. On top of this given an estimate of rs. 80, 000/- suddenly, vehicle might have hardly drove for 2000 km from the last service. I paid for the remote control system for more than 8, 000/- and the same i have got it done with 2000/- from local person. I trusted the so called authorised service centre, but loosing the trust, time and money for poor quality work and further damaging the vehicle.

                Third time i lost my patience and called top level management of wasan toyota, but even he couldn’t help to make the situation better. He is looking for the volume of business and no wonder it is drifted to the bottom layers too by giving shocking estimates and damaging the car further. Finally they have given me a new fortuner’s user manual instead of service book to add to the over all sarcasm. Wish no other customer will have such experience from toyota.
                Thinking of sharing my experience and the quality of work with wasan toyota in all social media in details. Will not forget to tag your medias too.. It can a noice among all your customer but it will become voice with such people gather together.

                    I hanumant thakur has purchased a toyota fortuner from wasan toyota mumbai in nov 2016, on the delivery day itself engine light was showing as soon as i started the vehicle, which they claimed is a minor error and sent doing some work in the vehicle. From that day i have visited the service centre atleast 15 times this year and every time i have a complaint for which the vehicle is kept for 3-4 days and given assurance that this will not occur again. I am concerned that this is happening in the first year what will happen as the car gets older and the warrant period gets over, i am seriousy concerned that i have bought such an expensive vehicle and still going through all this i have put my hard earned money to buy this dream car of mine and am going through all this. Kindly look into the matter.

                      Recently i have gone for 20, 000km service at nandi toyota, typical oil change, oil filter change, wheel balancing and alignment, all put together they changed 4, 300 for parts and for the same job of pouring oil, changing filter and alignment they have charged me 4, 500+ for labour.
                      Now where on earth the labour for 2 hours job has gone up so high?
                      And they took the liberty to put add on service for cleaning duct and charge labour for the same. Without my consent.

                      They have charged me 4 time more than the actual labour costing. Pure malpractice of pricing & looting money.

                      I would like to proceed with registering a complain with indian consumer forum.

                        Hi, i waiting a response since a month but did not get any response from a concern department not from service center. During a call with customer representative he said you will get call from concern dept but no reply or call from your side. How many days i have to wait for the response.
                        The following is my complaint

                        Last may month i have purchased new crysta 2.4z. My driver took car for 5000 km service but they said i have to change brake pads. I don't understand how can a 3months car should change brake pads only within 5000 km. Even for my previous car innova 2.5v we had changed brake pads only after 20000 km. If it is necessary for every 5000 km i don't think this is good. We are still using innova 2.5v but changing break pads only after 20000 km.

                        Due to this late response we had paid rs 5000 for break pad replacement. I think it's a manufacture defect so i would like to refund money and need a proper explanation from concern department

                          On 23/06/17 rear tyre opposite to driver side burst at 24500 km run, lodged the complaint at sharayu toyota pune purchased new tyre bridgestone 215/55/r17 costing rs11450/-. Uptill 26000km run my innova crysta got punctured three times, one burst, and now there is a big air bubble in the rear tyre on driver side
                          I have purchased this vehicle for luxary and safty, but my life is in danger if i travel in my innova crysta. No action taken against the complaint lodged on 24th june 2017. New crysta is coming with r16 tyres. I want all 5 wheels to be replaced by r16 along with 5b r16 new tyres.

                            Your authorized dealer 36 toyota located at faridabad (Haryana) we have get repairing and servicing of fortuner or innova cars in august 2017 both are delhi number car and having address of delhi of service receipient. Under section 12 (2) of igst act, 2017 there shoul dbe levied igst on prevailing rate. But show room charging cgst/sgst instead of igst and they are not replying properly. I have talked to mr. Sagar (Gm) of showroom. He is not picking phone. If invoice are not changed within time then we shall be in loss of approx rs.12000/- of tax amount. (Dl-3cay-6450 or dl-3ccc0903)

                              But after continuous visits and calls regarding delivery we feel harasment everytime.

                              They are continuously delaying delivery by giving ingenuine excuses.
                              We have missed so many family functions for which we booked this car.

                              We want to know the status of delivery and we got deal and we want the delivery on the same deal.

                              Globe toyota will be responsible for any kind of revision of rates.

                                I took smile service pack from dsk toyota pune bavdhan, in may 2016 for two servicing. Now dsk toyota is closed down. The said service pack cant use at sharyu toyota. Surprisingly toyota a world known auto giant is not taking any steps towards providing any service. Q service is no more available now. Sharayu toyota is overloaded, they are keeping vehicle for 4 to 5 days for q service. Total third class experience

                                  This is to inform i had purchased etios car from toyota silvermoon kangra in the month of aug 2015. After 01 year of actual purchase when i gone for first service in other toyota silvermoon hamirpur in month of july 2016. They told me that your car invoice is made in the month of april 2015 and now service not comes under free schedule. After knowing this i was shocked and talk to actual dealer he told to bring the car in their service center and they did the free service and assure for the corrective action.
                                  Same problem i faced in this years and lodged complaint with toyota customer care ref no. Tc1753168 dated 07 july 2017 to take the immediate action against the said issue.
                                  After sending several mails to toyata ([protected]@toyota-kirloskar.co.in) till the date no action has been initiated.
                                  Once i purchased car in month of aug 2015 without any prior visit to said dealer why they did fraud with me by making invoice in 3 months back date.
                                  Kindly arrange to take the needful action from your end.

                                      I have etios gd car having registration no. Dl 3c-bx - 1066. Customer executive of espirit toyota located mohan industrial area new delhi issued me a car insurance policy on 18 august 2017 at 16;20 hours and made a false promise of giving perfumes and exterior enrichment car voucher. Unfortunately they did keep their promise of giving me perfumes and voucher despite of my several telephonic requests. At last i request my bank to stop the payment and inform ms. Savita and field executive to cancel my policy. Unfortunately instead of cancelling my policy they started harassing me. Therefore i am forced to complaint against their misconduct. Kindly take a necessary action against them or i will go to consumer court.

                                        I brought an innova crysta at (2016) (Od 02 ad 0800) from espirit toyota, cuttack, odisha. After purchasing the vehicle, we observed that the break was slow and the vehicle was shaking after the speed of 100-110 kms.

                                        1st service:
                                        We complaint about the problem and the adviser suggested that its not a problem with breaking but with the wheel alignment and balancing and we get it done.

                                        2nd service:
                                        In the second service the same problem reported and this time they polish the break drum and delivered.

                                        3rd service:
                                        In the 3rd service also the same problem persists and same solution provided and they wrote over the bill that if this problem continues, we will change the breaking pad and drum.

                                        4th service:
                                        Problem continued. When had an argument for the same, the hand written was produced but they denied.in stead, since the breaking was mandate for safety, we insisted to change the break pads. They changed the break pad and said the problem wont come again.

                                        But to our bad luck; the problem is still there and we dont know what to do. Since breaking system is an integral part of the vehicle we are scared that some day the break will fail and we are afraid to ride over 100kms even on empty roads. Please help us.
