The NSDL tracking result shows that my "PAN CARD" has been dispatched on 31-Jul-2021 by "Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd" vide Airway Bill no.[protected],

But, it is quite unfortunate, I was unable to track the AWB reference on the website of "Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd". - The tracking result keeps on showing as, " Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found..."

Please let me know the present status of the said parcel.

I am requesting you to take necessary action to reach the aforesaid important document to me as early as possible.

    I would like to inform you that, the NSDL track result shows that my "PAN CARD" has been despatched on 31/07/2021 vide AWB No. [protected] of "Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd".

    But I could not track the same AWB reference on the websites of Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd.

    Please let me know the present status of said document and take necessary action to reach it to me at the earliest.

      Mene 28 July ko delhi se dharamshala ke liye apna parcel bheja, wahan baithe inke bande ne bola jaldi hai to aap express karao tab jaldi mil jaayega humne kaha thik hai, 120 ka parcel humne 480 me karaya par aaj yaani 3 August Tak parcel nhi mila ye hai inka express.maha ghatiya service.

        I was tracking my courier.and status was showing your courier has been deliver with signature of customer on 2 august 2021 . But my courier didn't get then i call to trackon agent for enquiry then he told me come to office. Then i went to office today then he give me my courier on 03 august 2021.

        I got my courier on 03august and they did show delivered status on 02august 2021.

        They are Frauding with customer .

            I have been sent a courier from Allahabad to Gurgaon fro Big Bazaar Allahabad. The Trackon servce provider ask me send the courier free of cost as it is attached with Big Bazaar company and later again asks charges for 300/- rs.

            As per my knowledge earlier the courier company is attached with store but currently we are not having any tie ups.

            Please share the details. For related courier.

                Also the customer care service is poor, no one receives the calls !!!

                  Address: 40 vijay colony near curo mall jalandhar

                  A courier booked from Amritsar to jalandhar on 27.07.21 and till date 02.08.21 it was not delivered after confirming by own source it was found lying with jalandhar office. And asking about to delay or delivery they are giving excuse and not ready to deliver. It was charged extra and now saying i[censored] need collect it. They are not bother to call to customers after receiving and lying with them. Trackon service very bad day by day at jalandhar hub. Please look into matter. Yash sharma Mob. No. [protected]

                      Its really very bad experience my order received at solapur, at 24 and its showing delivered on 26th june with signature still it not received when i track n contact with person of solapur- omkar his no is [protected].

                      Hi told me that u r order is at one of medical store at bus stop they not even inform me for the same not by solapur n not from my place kurduwadi when i call they said go and collect it from medical store not provide contact of them also.

                        PAN KQSPK9704D allotted for ack [protected]. PAN Card sent by TRACKON AWB[protected] will be delivered in due time.- NSDLeGov. This comes to me on april but still not received any pan till date.

                          My sister sent me a monitor, weight 11kg, they took money for 16 kg, cause they said they put it in other box and the extra packaging has 5 kg weight.
                          When package delivered to me, there was no extra packing.
                          When we contacted them, they made excuses like due to volume they did this etc etc etc.

                          Im very annoyed with this.
                          I deserve my extra paid money back.

                            The product AWB no[protected] was booked on 14.06.2021. But the product is not delivered still now. Why the product is returned to RTO?😠😠😠😠😠 Now how can I get that product????

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Mr Ravinder Kumar's pan card is not delivered when we check the status its out for delivery and then returned back.He didn't receive any call or msg for your agent who is supposed to deliver.It will be helpful if you reattempt to deliver the pan Card and do call Mr Ravinder Kumar while it's out for tracking ID is[protected]
