Consignment No - AWB No[protected] was Undelivered. The courier company have not contacted me and returning it back by giving Remarks Address not found. The courier company all mobile no of Patna Office Branch is switch off/Not Reachable. When I am registering complain regarding this then a message flash due to covid complain will be not registered. Kindly delivered by Pan card by stopping it return back

I had ordered a Product from one of the Sellers in Bhopal and he sent the product to my location using Trackon Couriers . The order is out for delivery since 15th of May. And the Delivery guy says that he won't deliver it and asks me to come pick it up from their delivery center in the time of lockdown . Courier service are allowed to operate but I can't just go and pick it up, because of the Lockdown . I've been trying to reach Trackon Couriers on their Helpline number and even registered a complaint on their website ( Complaint No. C1663385 ) yet there has been no response to those multiple attempts of calls and the Complaint .

Name -Soumya ranjan Biswal, Rakanika, pin-754220.Tracking no[protected].The parcel was delivered in a opened condition and I have to travel 50 km to receive the same.the inside material was also damaged to some extend

My Pan card is coming through Trackon courier but they don't delivered to me. They say that they have delivered my Pan card but yet I haven't received. Since, they have delivered it to someone else. My address is Godda, Jharkhand but they delivered to Somewhere in Ranchi, Jharkhand.I have contacted also Trackon courier service but they say they have delivered and we are not responsible, they are just careless about their service. not taking my case seriously
I request kindly of you to take action against this. Otherwise my Pan card will be used in other manners.

Hence I am tracking on Trackon service also it reached my city 5 days back but yet they are not delivering

Didn't receive my pan card yet ordered for it on 19th March 2021, pan card reached Ranchi on 26th March 2021 still neither they delivered nor they received the call.

I have courired my important documents from Akluj solapur to paramount healthcare TPA, to Wakadewadi, Shivajinagar, pune office on 31.03.21 vide consigment no. [protected] same not yet received by the agency .
In spite of repeated requests for acknoledgement .Your incharge at Wakadewadi office MR. choudhari mobile no.[protected], delivery boy, Mr. Bhandari mobile no.[protected].rae not responding proparly.
That consignment carries important oreignal documents.
pl. ask your staff to sort out problem at tyhe earliest

My father has sent packet from dehri rohtas bihar on 29 of April 2021 but I have not received that packet. When I checked on status it was shown packet was out of delivery on 01/05/2021.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I gave a parcel to trackon Udaipur office for faridabad, on 27 march, but it's been misplaced by trackon delhi, nobody is replying, picking up calls and answering.

Item costs 3500/- it's unfair and extremely unprofessional by both offices to treat customer this way after misplacing parcel.

कन्साइनमेंट नंबर[protected] का पेन कार्ड डाक्यूमेंट रिटर्न कर दिया गया, कोरियर बॉय गोकुल सिंह[protected] का 21/04/2021 को घर का पता पूछने के लिए फोन आया पता बताने के बाद कुछ दिनों तक पैन कार्ड नहीं मिला, इस नंबर पर[protected] फोन करके पूछने पर गोकुल सिंह द्वारा अभद्र शब्दों का प्रयोग किया गया कहा लाकडाऊन में, मैं कोरियर घर पर नहीं दूंगा, मैंने कोरियर आफिस से लेने की बात कही तो उनके द्वारा पैन कार्ड रिटर्न कर दिया गया और चेतावनी दी गई की जितनी बार आर्डर करोगे मैं कोरियर रिटर्न करूंगा एवं उनके कार्यालय का लैंडलाइन फोन नंबर आनलाईन देख कर संपर्क किया तो कार्यालय में किसी ने फोन उठा कर साइड में रख दिया बात नहीं की ।

No one answer our calls and your official site didn't give me any details about my parcel till two months.

My parcel has reached the destination but no attempt for delivery occurred from your place.
When I asked about the delay they said they wont be able to deliver it to home as it is not a medical requirement.
I request you to please deliver it to my address.this is the reason we choose corrier service as Iam unable to go so far and pick up at the first place
