We made a courier on 01 May 2021, still it is showing in Transit.
From 08 May 2021, it is showing that it is at BBSH-BHUBANESWAR HUB, ORISSA. Tracking ID: [protected]

I have booked a parcel from Coimbatore to Dharavi- Mumbai on 7th May, with the booking no-[protected]

The parcel has been stucked at Nasik, Mumbai and it has not been reached to Dharavi location from 10th May onwards.

Could you please help in moving the parcel to Dharavi location as soon as possible

Our parcel yet not delivered as it has been more than 10 days still showing in hassan hub (karnataka) from last 6 days near consignee location. So please make it delivered as soon as possible

I have courired my important documents from Akluj solapur to paramount healthcare TPA, to Wakadewadi, Shivajinagar, pune office on 31.03.21 vide consigment no. [protected] same not yet received by the agency .
In spite of repeated requests for acknoledgement .Your incharge at Wakadewadi office MR. choudhari mobile no.[protected], delivery boy, Mr. Bhandari mobile no.[protected].rae not responding proparly.
That consignment carries important oreignal documents.
pl. ask your staff to sort out problem at tyhe earliest

My father has sent packet from dehri rohtas bihar on 29 of April 2021 but I have not received that packet. When I checked on status it was shown packet was out of delivery on 01/05/2021.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please 🙏 do not get service of this company looking fraud. No one is getting phone call. There is no response when I registered a complaint regarding this.

I gave a parcel to trackon Udaipur office for faridabad, on 27 march, but it's been misplaced by trackon delhi, nobody is replying, picking up calls and answering.

Item costs 3500/- it's unfair and extremely unprofessional by both offices to treat customer this way after misplacing parcel.

कन्साइनमेंट नंबर[protected] का पेन कार्ड डाक्यूमेंट रिटर्न कर दिया गया, कोरियर बॉय गोकुल सिंह[protected] का 21/04/2021 को घर का पता पूछने के लिए फोन आया पता बताने के बाद कुछ दिनों तक पैन कार्ड नहीं मिला, इस नंबर पर[protected] फोन करके पूछने पर गोकुल सिंह द्वारा अभद्र शब्दों का प्रयोग किया गया कहा लाकडाऊन में, मैं कोरियर घर पर नहीं दूंगा, मैंने कोरियर आफिस से लेने की बात कही तो उनके द्वारा पैन कार्ड रिटर्न कर दिया गया और चेतावनी दी गई की जितनी बार आर्डर करोगे मैं कोरियर रिटर्न करूंगा एवं उनके कार्यालय का लैंडलाइन फोन नंबर आनलाईन देख कर संपर्क किया तो कार्यालय में किसी ने फोन उठा कर साइड में रख दिया बात नहीं की ।

No one answer our calls and your official site didn't give me any details about my parcel till two months.

My parcel has reached the destination but no attempt for delivery occurred from your place.
When I asked about the delay they said they wont be able to deliver it to home as it is not a medical requirement.
I request you to please deliver it to my address.this is the reason we choose corrier service as Iam unable to go so far and pick up at the first place

Sir, my product was to go to Saharanpur which was given 2 days time. Despite that the product was delivered more than 1 week.Sir, the proposal to send my product was not complete because he was late.When I spoke to the franchisees, what did they say to me, Misbehave, that you as lawyers are just like those who wish to do so.
Sir, I wish that you do not take stick action against them, then I will file a case against you in the court.

Worst rude behaivour of employ in jammu kashmir srinagar about my delivery parcel. Such i worst delivering service i ever seen no one take my call and i filled fir against employ working in srinagar sf batmaloo please give me justice and take action against employ other wise i will go to court or viral it on social media... Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Sumit Pandey, I am from Agra Uttar Pradesh, I had applied for PAN Card on 06/04/2021 and Tax invoice cum acknowledgement no. is N - [protected] and Receipt is attached here. It's almost 1 month passed away but my PAN Card is still not delivered to me. When I check with the Tax invoice cum acknowledgement no. which is N - [protected]. I found that it was dispatched by 24/04/2021 and I found the Courier Partner name which is Trackon Courier Pvt. Ltd and the Airway Bill no. which is [protected] . When I check with the Courier Partner Website which is http://trackoncourier.com, I found that is was out for delivery by 30/04/2021, Then after that I speak with the courier partner delivery boy and his answer is that he will not delivered me PAN Card . So i am requesting you to please check that above mentioned issue and deliver me PAN card as soon as possible. --

Dear trackon,

I am from Piyush Kumar Jaipur, I work in Mankind Pharma Company. My company sent me important medicine parcal from trackon courier company a few days before today, which came to Jaipur for more than 1 week and this parcel is lying in the courier company. In which my medicines have come and Today, on the morning of 3 May 2021, I got a call in the morning whose mobile number is [protected] and I am asking to take my parcal of tracon company from Jaipur to my office instead of giving it to my house. And use abuse and misbehave And if anything happens to me, it will be the responsibility of the trackon company. I'm not agree your company employees policy.

My PAN was dispatched from Mumbai on 18.04.2021 and reached Bangalore hub on 19.04.2021. But it still have not reached to my home address, Its been like around 17 days. I tried reaching them No body is answering phone calls nor they are taking any complaints on their website. I need my PAN card ASAP. I hv works to do but I am unable to do because of these guys.

Status is showing delivered with signature but I haven’t received the same..how u guys can be so lethargic..you just cant deliver things to other address..and update status as delivered with signature..u vl have to bear the loss for doing such things..soo disgusting...

I have a parcel with AWB #[protected]. Trackon site mentioned that my parcel is delivered but I have not received it.

I have raised complaint but it was closed without discussing with me just mentioning that “delivered”. But I am staying at my address no one attempted any delivery.

I tried calling their customer care no but no one is picking up the phone. I have tried several times since yesterday.

Please track my parcel and deliver it. Also provide accurate information on your website.
