Address: 12/142 MARUTI APPARTMENT, NEAR GHATLODIYA POLICE STATION, SOLAROAD

My consignment no[protected]. It is delivered wrong address to aurangabad.
Then when check my consignment on track place. That is hold last 02 week from there. Then i talk to your aurangabad branch he was returned to mumbai on14/09/2020. But when todey i again my consignment on track place that hold again that's (Aurangabad). What is that. When i receive my cover. Pls check that. Immediatly.

    Dear Team,
    My Dcode no is [protected]
    I was suppose to receive my post before 10th of september, however I've not received till date. I called at Indore customer care and from there I received a phone no. of Bhopal center. At Bhopal center no one picked up the call till 11am, somehow I managed to get personal number of one of the employee from customer care and I was amazed he said 'I am at home and I will see whenever I'll get the time after 12P.M ' his phone no.: [protected]. He alao said we dont deliver at Bairagarh Bhopal 462030 which was a lie because soo many letters are delivered at my place.
    so at the end my complain is your office people speak lie and after taking money they dont deliver and they also dont send back to the origen.
    kindly take it at a serious note and escilate to the heigher level.

        Showing prepared to katihar hub but never sent to my location"katihar" from patna tracking office. I talked to local trackon office but refused for any couriers. It's going to 13-14days after dispatching by seller.

            I sent [protected] courier from gurgaon 09th sept. Today is 17th sept and its not delivered. No any person picking the call. Given no is not working[protected]. I have seen the worst service from trackon. Will never send again the courier.

              I, ms nipa nandy would like to inform you that one parcel was delivered on 07.09.2020 from chinsurah location. My consignment no. Is [protected]. As per your tracking status, on 08.09.2020 at 21:54, my parcel was reached at hazra hub, kolkata - 700026. And my location is 700029. Till date i did not receive my parcel.
              I have several times called at your complaint no. As well as the concerned courier centre. But nobody was pick up the phone. Either phone is ringing or engazed.

              Please find the tracking status of my parcel.

              Sir, i am facing a big problem regarding my parcel. So i request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                [protected] this shipment is kept into bangalore address (No 212/34/9, kogilu main road, next to canopy crest apartment. Yelahanka)

                This shipment is received here on 10th sept. Today is 16th sept but shipment is still there. Given no into the website [protected] / [protected] both are not working. I am trying to contact these no's daily but the network is busy. No another no in which we can contact and know the status of this courier. This is pathetic service from track on. If somebody can help please call on [protected]

                    Trackon, angamaly, kerala - has this delivery person called mr fahad with whom we are facing very unappropriate kind of behaviour.

                    1. He has the behaviour of snatching office seals from our staffs and putting it on the slip without even giving a second for verification.

                    2. He always uses very bad language with all the staffs and is always in a hurry.

                    3. He delivers items to the wrong address. This has become a habit for him. And then we will have to go looking for this item.

                        My consignment #[protected] is a prepaid one and is showing 'out for delivery' since 10th sept but there is no forther update available. Tried calling their regional office at kolkata but the contact numbers seems engaged all the day and there is no other option to reach out to customer service.

                        Please look into this.

                              My name is zishana rashid, i am from sgr, my courier track no. Is 13305086 & it is reached sgr on 2-sep-2020 from that time i have not received my courier yet. I am calling from that day till now they are not responding and they are very rude in sgr office. I also spoke to shiv kumar as well still he is not able to reslove my issue.
                              I have never seen such kind of pathetic service im my life. There was some precious medicines in courier so i have decided to register a complaint in consumer court and need the compensate.

                                  Grievance: i've booked three parcels (Containing chocolates) for above destinations which have not been delivered by trackon courier yet due to covid-19 situation. After following up long time they informed the parcels have been damage and eaten by rats. Expectation: consumer wants compensation against damage parcel.
