Trackon Couriers Complaints & Reviews

I am totally disappointed with the service provided by the Trackon couriers and have decided not to take any service in future..
Firstly my courier with consignment no: [protected] took exceptionally long period of 19 days to reach the location hub from Goa to Jorhat which happens generally in one week through other courier services..
Secondly and mainly even after receive of the courier in 19th oct, l the location hub of Jorhat neither made any call nor attempted any delivery till date. After I called them personally they refused to do any delivery...After repeatedly pleading them they agreed to deliver today but in vain as when called them now they came up with a lame excuse that their delivery boys are in leave...
Totally disgusting service..
Even the tracking status is also false as it's still showing in transit.
Now, I hope that you all will look upon the problem and will make the delivery positively by today as the courier is quite important for me..

I returned a educational kit through trackon couriers to BYJU'S but they doesn't have received all the items of the kit...They are saying that this is courier company who dismanaged the parcel ..so can u please give clarifications on this...

Most horrible service, the mobile no [protected] in Hyderabad, Sanathnagar Branch, they never respond, very very bad courier service. Don’t chose this worst courier.

I have booked a parcel of clothes for my relative, from Delhi to Amethi(U.P) through Trackon courier pvt ltd. .
tHE CONSIGNMENT number is[protected].

After booking the courier company peoples have stolen a suit piece length from the above mentioned parcel . All other items have been delivered . The packaging is badly tempered, while delivering .

I have registered a complain C1424689, BUT NO ACTION.

In place of action, the company has shamelessely replied that the address you have mentioned ( on which partial delivery is already done ) seems to be incomplete.

i have send a parcel from jaipur to delhi on 30th oct and while tracking it the status shows that office close/door close on 31st oct.at 16:24

This is to update that this is wrong information, asoffice was opened till 6 PM.
i had word a with officr staff that o parcel has to deliever they were available at the mentioned address at mentioned time

The Delivery Executive has not given any call to reciever or sender while both numbers are mentioned.

if he was facing any issue he should make a call to reciever or sender to confirm.

so plz deliever it today and delievery boy faces any issue he can make a call to sender so that i can manage the things by taking reciever on confrence as the parcel is very urgebt to be delivered today

W.r.t LR no[protected] my parcel wos booked on 23rd September from delhi to kakinad andhra pradesh
But it is not reached till date
In tracking details it is showing reached upto vijaywada
When called to vijaywada office they told that no load is pending
When we are enquiring at kakinad office they are telling that they have received no parcel
Kindly look into the matter and track my parcel

My package reached the trackon kolkata hub on 28th Ausgust 2020 at 11:00 am but after that it only has to reach kalyani which is only 1 hr journey but product is kept on hold and customer care is not picking up calls. I cannot get any info about where my product is. I could have even picked the product from either kolkata or kalyani if the customer care atleast spoke with me, but they are not at all bothered, also their beahviour is very poor and rude. Asking me not to call them, giving phone numbers of people who never pick up. I am really worried about my package, please help me.

I booked above courier no. from pune to jammu on 22 Oct.2020 from pune for jammu, but till date it has not delivered in Jammu, in tracking shows it reached jammu on 26 Oct.2020, but not delivered till date, they are very important documents regarding health inrurance, i am a senior citizen, & it will cost me 5 lac.rupees, kindly locate my packet otherwise i will file a defimation suit against the company.

We sent some dry items (medicines) from Kolhapur to Rourkela through Trackon. We paid heavy price for the shipping compared to other vendors. The package is still not reached the destination. Above all, the Trackon people are not available to answer the calls. Someone answered call after multiple attempts and was very ignorant and abusive.
This is utter disgraceful service.

My family member who is a patient waiting for the medicine and these people have no idea where the package is. They have no tracking update since last 7 days.

This is causing a lot of damage to us emotionally and on health. Please suggest we want to file a FIR against this fake courier company.

One of my packages form Gurugram was shipped through Trackon courier .
It was shipped on 24/10/2020.
It reached delhi ho on 25/10/2020.
Then after that the tracking shows Preparing bag for Ranchi branch since 25/10/2020. Today is 29/10/2020.
It's been 4 days and there is no updates from the courier.
Please help me.

TRACKON AWB[protected] has not been delivered at the communication address mentioned on the parcel. Instead i have been sent a message to collect it from an office. It is highly irresponsible act as i have paid for postal charges. My address is very easy to reach. It seems the courier service agents dont serve their duty well.
Kindly deliver my parcel at my address.

A consignment[protected] was meant to be delivered on 22nd of October but hasn't been delivered yet. After talking to the hub manager (Lucknow) and visiting the place, it was found that the consignment was picked but was lost/taken in mid way. This carelessness of the delivery agent is highly not acceptable as safe and secure delivery is assured by the company. Also, a ticket has been raised for the same, which goes by number C1421351.
Please look into it.

I used the prime services to send a very urgent courier to Mumbai on 24 Oct, 2020. I was assured that it will reach the designated address by 26 Oct, 2020. However, till now it is in vasai and now it shows no service. No support is available, no number works. Absolutely irresponsible behaviour from the staff.
Highly frustrating and pathetic courier service.

The staff here is highly irresponsible
My parcel has arrived in my city since 5 days but still they are delaying the delivery.
My customers hav already booked the suits and I'm facing a huge loss.
After repeatedly texting and calling them so many times, they are not paying heed.
Everyday I call them and they keep fooling me.

The consignment number [protected] was sent on 21st October from Delhi 110085 to Delhi 110039, hardly 12 km distance .
Its been more than 4 days and still the delivery is pending also there is no update about the same. no one answer on the phone number mentioned in tracking details.
I personally could deliver the same on weekend but i thought courier will deliver it fast before weekend arrives. However trackon proved me wrong to trust their services.
Now I am going to visit the delivery address tomorrow and very upset with the Trackon services .

It seems I myself would collect the parcel I sent. That too isn't certain so far, no idea if the parcel will reach there tomorrow or not.

Waste of money for me in this case.
