Grievance: i've booked three parcels (Containing chocolates) for above destinations which have not been delivered by trackon courier yet due to covid-19 situation. After following up long time they informed the parcels have been damage and eaten by rats. Expectation: consumer wants compensation against damage parcel.

My product has been dispatched on 27-aug-2020 but til now i had not received at. My product tracking id[protected].

I placed courier service request on 2nd September from Pune to Bangalore with docket number[protected]. By 4th September it reached Bangalore. On 5th September, Saturday it was marked as out for delivery but it was not delivered. On Monday, I registered a complaint for which I received response that delivery time has not expired. On Tuesday, I contacted Bangalore office. They informed that delivery guy has taken courier with him and since 2 days his phone is switched off. None of the office staff picks up call. When finally on Wednesday they answered call, they told that it will be delivered. The staff is so rude at Bangalore office that they talk rudely and cut your call even when they are at fault. When I tried to call again in evening their phone is off. None of the customer care numbers of trackon work as no call is ever answered. No use of registering complaint as they never resolve even after 3 days of their given time. Staff is rude. No way of complaining. Pathetic services. Till now my courier has not been delivered. How can they let delivery person take the courier if he has no intention of delivering it on same day? It takes 2 days for courier to reach from Pune to Bangalore but even after 4 days it is not delivered within Bangalore. Please improve your services and stop fooling your customers.

Today i got a call they asked me that he is from trackon courier and say come to my office when i go there, they asked me for money to deliver, even they are not delivering at home, they asked money for prepaid courier i. E. Pancard.

My consignment number is[protected]

Please take strict action against them they asked always for money without deliever at home. Earlier they asked money for same from my brother

Not able to track the order by slip bar code

My parcel is in kalyan office from last 3 days.
I contacted them, they said parcel is sent to ambernath (Location near me) but on website it is still showing it is in kalyan. I called the person in ambernath, they said they never received the parcel under my name..

And look at the picture, how this guys are changing date and time..

Its almost a week, idk where my parcel is.

Still courier not deliver at destination.It us very urgent courier kindky deliver it asap.
I hsve called to all jaipur employeess but nobody pickup the calls.
Kindly align someone and deliver it on ugent basis.

Parsal is oll reddy one month. Not dillevery and not by to ritan what problem. Your courier is fraud

I had booked the pod no [protected] to howrah by 16/03/2020, still the pod has not been delivered to the destination. It was officially documents which is urgently required now a days. I'm in touch with ambala/ yamunanagar office to get it delivered from last 21/08/2020 saturday, still we have not received any specific information about to deliver the pod.

Some cloths and products including lehengas were couriered for me. But when i received the package, my 2 lehengas were missing. This is highly irresponsible nature. From 1 lehenga only skirt was there and it's choli and dupatta are missing. And other lehenga is totally missing. Image is attached for 1 half received lehenga

Awb no[protected] parcel was booked from coimbatore as on 19/08/2020 thru air to solapur. After 11/12 days, it is still showing at pune.
I tried to speak with your pune branch on[protected], there was complete ring, no response.

I am completely at loss why it is taking so much of time. Are you realy comitted to give experience to your customers.

I am sorry to inform you that i have not received any update about my complaint no of consignment no 12668403.

Executive named chaitanya from tirupati, his rude behaviour over call is terrible. Tirupati track on has received our shipment on 26th of august and i waited for four days but they didnt call or inform us about the order and they updated status as "RTO"
I called up the given customer care number and he started yelling in bad words..i am filing a law suit against track on if i dont receive a reply to this msg within 24hrs
My father is a lawyer and i will sue your services for such pathetic executive behaviour

Courier company had not done any contact at destination address and return the pan card courier arriving from maharashtra.

I have ordered transmitter and 2set of bldc motor along with esc from indiamart.. They shipped from trackon courier.. After 4-5 days i got update showing that delivered with signature.. But i haven't received my product..
Please help me to get my parcel
