The trackon courier consigment no.[protected] shows that the pan card was at the panjagutta hub name someone srinivas and his contact no. [protected] provided by the trackon courier website is unanswerable. I went to trackon courier panjagutta hub on[protected] and found someone who didn't given me my wife's belonging rather given me another number [protected] many times I tried but yet it is switchedoff. I request you to please shutdown the cheapest service were people have go after you for their important belongings.

I'm facing the problem with trackin courier services, phagwara near Dena Bank. Always they are making excuses. The worker has no sense how to talk with customers. I'm getting cal from this number and he is always making excuses for not delivering the parcel. [protected] . He always used to say to pick the parcel from Their office. Very worst services.

Parcel was delivered at the nearest location from past four days, but there was no updates after that. when i call at customer care number: [protected], the person said that it is not deliverable at the given address. So i asked him to atleast inform the customer, so that they can pick it up. On saying this that guy behaviour was so rude. He was ABUSING me and also he said that he will DESTROY the parcel right now. Is this a what you are serving to your customer. Please escalate this and this is not acceptable at all. Not really happy with the services

I had done the courier consignment number[protected] to Faridabad.
The person sitting at the Faridabad office is very rude and mannerless. If you people cannot talk to customer politely or nicely then why the hell you guys are there sitting to provide any service. That man in Faridabad office namely vipin Agnihotri is extremely rude and asking me to either take the consignment from the office or he will return it as if the courier was sent for free. I had paid for the service and I have all the rights to get it delivered to the address mentioned. I am definitely going to strongly suggest everybody not to use Trackon courier services anytime and anywhere.

Hi sir i tracked my courier 5/11/2020 its out for delivery but till now there is no update about courier and not able
to contact them lines are busy and invalid number it shows it arrived to my destination banglore yelahanka hub but they are not ready to delivery my product plzzz help me

I did not receive my parcel till now yet it was dispatched a long time ago.I tracked it and it shows that it has arrived at the destination but i still did not receive the parcel.It was already so urgent and it is taking so much time.I am very disappointed with this service.I never came across such a service in my life.I'm not satisfied with this service.Please help me get my parcel as soon as possible because it is very urgent.

My consignment no is [protected]. I have booked the courier in Delhi on 24th oct 2020 for bhubhneshwar. In tracking it shows it has left delhi airport hub and then consignment short at bhubhneshwar on 27oct. It is 10 Nov 2020 today and still no response from trackon. I have put complaint in their website section but no resolution. Also all their customer care numbers are unreachable . Kindly trace my courier packet else provide me claim refund. I have submitted all the bills and letter through trackon agent at g block vijay nagar, delhi 110009

I booked my courier on 31.10.2020 from new Delhi through Arihant Engineering consignment no[protected] . When i was tracking, it shows the courier was reached on 05.11.2020, but they did not
delivered to Sai enterprises, patna. Till date at 2 pm, I request to you that you instruct them delivered immediate and my mobile no . is [protected]. I call him several time but no response from them.

My pan card had been send by PAN Department but its more than 1.5 months they didn't delivered me and updated the status as delivered . I have been continuous follow up with the concern person . My courier from jalandhar reached Hisar on 2nd November but agent is not delivered yet to me. My courier number is w00073699.please make it delivered asap. Its my kids stuff need urgently

I courier my parcel from ludhiana to patna by trackon and surface mode. It reached 13th october 2020
but they are not delivering the parcel at home.

Worst service by employees, Borivali branch, Raman jha and his manager it has been three days didn't pickup courier, Evey day making fake promise to pickup, please take action against them.

Worst service ever. Fed up with their service.
My parcel has been returned with out any information. Staff are Soo careless and have no work ethics. I tried on Soo many customers care numbers but every number just for showoff. No one Is working.
This might be a biggest fraud company. Never trust on them. Never give them your parcel.

I have ordered some diwali decoration items from delhi via Trackon courier on 1st nov and they made a promise that i will receive my parcèl on 5th nov at any how anf for immediate delivery they charge extra from me for fast delivery but till today I have not receive my parcel and that guys are not picking up my call also..n not ready to give any response..plz help us out for this fast delivery false promise..

I have courier Panipat to Delhi Tracking number is[protected]. Vendor sent on 2-11-20 and till i don't have received. this is very urgent parcel, Diwali is coming and i don't receive parcel. Today is 6-11-20. When is receive my parcel ????

Awb[protected] is not delivered and showing status as delivered with signature ...it's illegal to deliver pan card to others...I haven't received it yet...

I am totally disappointed with the service provided by the Trackon couriers and have decided not to take any service in future..
Firstly my courier with consignment no: [protected] took exceptionally long period of 19 days to reach the location hub from Goa to Jorhat which happens generally in one week through other courier services..
Secondly and mainly even after receive of the courier in 19th oct, l the location hub of Jorhat neither made any call nor attempted any delivery till date. After I called them personally they refused to do any delivery...After repeatedly pleading them they agreed to deliver today but in vain as when called them now they came up with a lame excuse that their delivery boys are in leave...
Totally disgusting service..
Even the tracking status is also false as it's still showing in transit.
Now, I hope that you all will look upon the problem and will make the delivery positively by today as the courier is quite important for me..
