I haven't receive my books yet. Its been more than 30 days of my order (17th sep, 2020)still i didnt get my books. Contact numbers provided in website's are not reachable.My order status (order number:[protected] arrived at Chennai hub by 22nd September bt still processing for dindigul hub! I have tried to reach dindigul service but I can't.

      Agent behaviour so unprofessional directly refused to solve my problem . Even not try to listen my concern. He is not even talk in professional way. Way of talking is very rude. If person don’t want to talk with customer nd solve their concern then why they are even working. Person name Akashdeep designation branch head mandi gobindgarh.
      I requesting to company to solve my concern relating my parcel but they are directly refused.

          My courier of single piece box has been sent by trackon service on[protected] from lucknow which was prepaid.
          I have received this courier on 19-10-20 at 1pm which was very late . Trackon courier office of Lakhimpur kheri is worst services i had ever recieved and their employees are disgusting and corrupted because even courier which was prepaid, they ask extra money to deliver.. At exact location... (from Lakhimpur kheri to palia kalan, yogesh courier)
          So kindly please solve this problem as soon as possible..

                  Really worst service. I informed that there is medicine in courier for old age person still they don't delivered on time. After contact with the concern person he said they only delivered when they received min 2 couriers for particular area.wheather it takes 1 week.
                  Courier from Noida to delhi took more than 3 days.
                  Really disappointing.
                  Still courier is pending.
                  Never use there services

                      I am writing a complaint from receiver end.

                      This is with Reference to AWS no [protected], consignment was sent from Dehradun to Pune.I have been tracking the status of my consignment online and it shows Arrived at Destination on 9th Oct 11:17 AM in Pune However this consignment hasn't been delivered to me yet.

                      I have been trying to reach out to their customer careno i.e [protected] but it is always busy Hence now am worried if they have misplaced or lost my consignment since even after reaching delivery station it hasn't been delivered to me since last 4 days.

                      Kindly help me with this since i need my consignment urgently.

                        my docket no. [protected]. How much time to take delivery a courier from jaipur. It is very bad service from your side. Tomorrow if i will not receive this courier i will cliam on your courier for late charge.It is very very urjent to me.

                          Courier is not received at the location till date.
                          Courier date 2/10/2020.

                          I am calling on the support number the number disconnect multiple time and the local HUB number ([protected]) either busy or ringing, no one can reply on the customer numbers.

                          The online system is just showing the courier, received on local HUB but no further tracking available on the system

                          First time I used this courier service and this is really a very poor service, I have never ever seen this kind of courier service the market.

                          [protected], [protected], [protected] all the numbers are just for making people fool.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have sent a courier to Delhi from Ludhiana city under Trackon PrimeTrack courier service. I have traced the courier online and it says that the courier was refused by the receiver and has been returned to origin of postal. I have not received any message or call from corier partner and now my courier parcel is misplaced. Moreover, Trackon doesnt has any reliable customer care service to take guidance. Attached are screenshots.

                                Was sent on 11 Sep. & was reached the destination on 16 Sep. Till now haven't received the Courier . Raised a complaint not processed till now as after raising a complaint was shown delivered as not received till now. Today shows error with the address as everything is fine nodoaby responds to call and Team doesn't contact me back

                                  As i was in a meeting i missed there call and after that i called them they said now he will not deliver the item next day he will deliverd but nxt day also they gave me lame reason and its have been a almost 4-5 days when i again contacted them they talked rudely his name was mukesh and i am also sharing his number for his inappropiate behaviour the number is [protected]. Please look into this issue as that item is fragile and i want my item earliest as its my office work.

                                    Track on Courier is the worst courier I have ever came across.
                                    Don't use TRACK ON for your important documents/parcels.

                                    I am living in Pune and parceled IMP thing in Pune city only.
                                    I am taking last 4 days follow ups, they are not providing satisfactory answers, The guy I have given courier was telling lie & always do fake arguments.

                                    I have tried all 3 of Pune CUSTOMER care number, none is reachable.
                                    Further I have tried global CUSTOMER care number, i.e. just ringing, no CUSTOMER representative is there.

                                    I am still amazed where is my parcel. TRACK ON courier is responsible for my lost parcel.
