Courier people refused to deliver and told me to come alwal as it's 5 km distance from my home. He rudely told i can come to yr home as i have fever so please come to my place. I told no problem when ever u feel better deriver it to my home. And he rudly told like.. I[censored] you not coming will return it.[protected] number. My name is dillip [protected]. He has to deliver my pan card. Please take action and deliver my pan card. On courier site i can't see complain tab and showing its maintenance from 4 days. And hydrabad number is no one receiving it.

    Dear sir,
    I need four cards from trackon courier service. They have reached out to them exactly 1 months ago. Call received will not be made if you try to inform them. They don't even get a call to their toll free number and they have four cards delivered to them. It has been showing for about 20 days that we haven't found if we keep track of them.

      Hi,
      The staff you have recruited are so mannerless.. They dont even responsibile for the duties..
      I have not received my courier till today
      And my courier dispatch on 15-07-20 from jammu

      This is highly unprofessional behavior & worst service from this courier service. If it will not be delivered on 28 july 2020 i will file a legal case against the compani

        My name is arjun kumar and i have a boxes to be delivered to my office scf-9, partap bagh near lal dawar mandir jalandhar city. The problem is track on courier has it in there jalandhar dippo since july 31. I have contacted customer care and i got phone no of jalandhar dippo that is [protected] / 25 on july 2020 they told me it will delievered today. But still it is not delievered. I call daily to jalandhar dippo now the jalandhar dippo people have saved my number and not lifting my calls.

        Please help me in getting my courier from this cheater track on courier people.

              The worst courier partner ever. They booked a package from source location took money and when the package reached destination they said that they cannot deliver to that area.
              and that too when several calls were made else they would have just ignored the package.
              The same included some eatables and medicines.

                The parcel was sent from dehradun to Kolkata on 28 July 2020 it's showed out for delivery yet I didn't receive any call and there is no way to contact them as well..the number is either switched off or not reachable. Today is 30 July 2020 yet there is no word from them they are tracking id still showing out for delivery.

                  Hello sir/ma'am

                  I want to make a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of my courier.
                  The awb no. Is[protected].
                  The order no. Is[protected].
                  I had ordered books from icai on 8th july, 2020. The courier was dispatched on 11th july 2020.
                  However, i have not received the courier yet.
                  I request you to look into the matter.
                  And kindly get it delivered asap.
                  I am in urgent need of it.

                    2 couriers were booked on 25th of june from guwahati to tezpur n tinsukia. But till date it havent reach. Everyday i am calling the office but they say today it will be done. Today while i called they said they are unable to find one courier whereas one courier was misrouted. And now inspite of calling several times there is no update and they are not even receiving. Each courier of mine contained article of price value of 1000 each. I want my parcel or else i want the amount money of the parcel which is not delivered due to the companies mistake.

                        My pan card was sent on 18th july and today is 29th july.

                        No tracking facility is available on trackon website. No tracking is working for this awb no: what a fake and useless company.

                        My msg from pan card department:

                        Data updated for pan aoupa*. Card sent by trackon awb[protected] will be delivered in due time. Visit https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/

                        Govt must ban this courier services, it’s cheating people, i can reach nowhere through its website.

                        Please look on this matter and resolve.

                                Important consignment i asked from my native via number[protected]. The same is recived at destination place on 24 july 2020. But till date no call received from company to collect it. However i called to company representative. His number was busy for a long time. When i was successful to talk to him he very rudely told me to call by tomorrow.. Very upset with his behaviour. Never gonna use services of trackon and will also share my experience with friends on social media. Moreover let see how and when i will receive my things.
