My consignment number above mentioned didnot reach to me; it is posted more than month time i. E 26 jun'20. On tracking it is showing out for delivery for more than 15 days i. E 30 jun'20

    My friend send me a courier 21/07/2020by trackon prime track but i dont received yet. When i try to track it shows my courier out for delivery on 23/07/2020. But not received. I go to trackon website go to supporters option and try to call many time no one pick up, all number not pickup any one that is a big scam. So after try two days i hot a number one lady pick up the call and gave me a new number i tried that number but number not working. I called her again and she gave me everytime new excuse. And she block my number. After 3-4 hours by new number she pick up my call nd transfer to head person and he told me your package is delivered and you signed. But i did not received and never signed its a scam nd try to cheat people.

        My friend sent me a package through this courier, there was no proper update on their website.
        When I called in their office, they are asking me to come and pickup the courier ! This is what I have paid for ? This is the worst courier anyone would want to use . I am planning to sue this company to consumer court for taking money for home delivery and not providing service.

          Hi
          One of my business collegue sended me business parcel which was booked on 4.7.20 from delhi to bidar.
          But due to faulty and foolish maintenance of courrier employee he sended the item to udupi. After waiting upto 20 days i contacted
          Concern person. After long discussion he is telling me to collect from udupi.
          From my place to udupi is around 700km.
          How some one can go 700km to collect courrier parcel.

          Due to delay in courrier i have lost my business my customers.

          Am expecting trackon courrier should compensate for my loss.

              Sir i purchased a cpu from third party and which was booked vide ab number[protected] on dated 16.6.2020, for which 1000 rupees paid along with packing of item. But i received damaged cpu courier agent didn't pack my cpu as he describe. I had several times ask them over telephone to pay damage but they didn't respond. Also i had make complaint through email to trackon customer care but till date they are not respond

                We have some medical equipment booked urgently from delhi, gurugram. The booking was done on 19/07/20. We paid extra charges for air shipping. The docket no is[protected]. We were told it would reach us on 20/07/20 in morning by 11.00 am to our address. Today is 22/07/20. Till now the courier has not delivered the goods. The goods are still at delhi as per the status shown in their tracking. Our customer has cancelled our order. We made a loss of rs. 4..5 lacs because of the delay in services of the courier company. We need our compensation for the losses incurred.

                                My courier was sent on 8th July from Faridabad sector-15A Trackon branch to be delivered to Hyderabad. A huge amount of 250₹ was paid by us and the courier reached hyderabad on 11th as per the tarcking details. And since 15th july it shows out for delivery and has still not reached me.
                                I tried callinh sanath nagar branch 100of times but noone piks the call. Faridabad office also not helping me get my courier.
                                Please help me and deliver my packet to me. Its already 11 days now.

                                  I have sent a lehenga to my friend in Bangalore on July 10, 2020 as her wedding is on July 21.
                                  The courier reached Bangalore on 13 and was not delivered
                                  The city went under lockdown due to Covid on 15 and now my friend doesn’t have the lehenga she’s supposed to wear on her wedding cause the courier wasn’t delivered on time.
                                  I chose prime track which is an express service of Trackon and paid extra for fast delivery. No one is picking up the phones and updating us where the parcel is and how we can go and collect ourselves.

                                    I ordered by wedding dress from Delhi. The vendor dispatched my dress on 10 July. The courier reached Bangalore on July 13.
                                    The courier wasn’t delivered right away.
                                    The city went into lockdown on July 15.
                                    I’ve been calling every possible number to request pick up from the office where the courier is cause my wedding is on July 21.
                                    No one is taking my call and trying to help me reach the office operator where the courier is lying.

                                      I was supposed to recieve a parcel that was sent to me by my company as it has work items so those items needed to be delivered on priority. Its been around 10 days no one is picking up the call. Neither did I get any call from their end. Worst courier company if you guys cannot deliver don't give false commitments. My awb number is[protected]. Please deliver my courier as soon as possible or else I will have to take harsh measures

                                        I have booked two courier orders by air from Pune. Details as per given below.
                                        1. Tracking No [protected] From Pune to Chamba booked on 11 Jun 2020. After one month till date courier is still pending in Pathankot.
                                        2. Tracking no[protected] from Pune to Singrouli on 30 Jun 2020. After 17 days the courier not delivered.

                                        If the courier not delivered on time, I have to face the financial loss of order and courier charges extra.
                                        I fill courier service is a wastage of time as well wastage of money.
                                        You are requested to pls take early action.
