I ordered the combo of nikon digital camera + battery charger+ camera pouch+ memory card+ reebok sunglass on the basis of cash on delivery. I got the items but the items which is sent by the tradus.com is fake items means they are not genuine one. I asked genuine item but they are not resonding to the complaint which is given. They sent fake reebok sunglass and the battery charger.

    We would like to inform your good self that company has cheated us as there is no mention of camera resolution in Product Specification on the website of the company and also there is no review or videos of the product available. Company has hide the material information of Resolution of Camera Intentionally and thus by misrepresenting the matter, induced us to enter in to purchase contract.

    For your reference, attached herewith copy of the web page whereby the camera resolution is not available.

    In this regard we have already communicated in our earlier Email that the above poor quality of Camera and Speaker is only known if the parcel opened and product is used and since we have purchased the same though online shopping, bonafide and genuine buyer can trust on product quality of standard company only. Defect or poor quality if any in the product can be experienced only when the Parcel is unpacked and opened.

    We tried to persuade the matter that In online shopping, poor quality of the Product or Deficiency of the product can be known only when the product is used. But our all efforts were in vein.

    Also Tradus company and seller tries to impose forcefully on us "GOODS ONCE SOLD WILL NOT BE RETURNED" policy without explicitly mentioned on the Invoice or on the company's website. Since the Quality of the product is weak, customer has right under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to redress the product.

    Regarding your argument that the company is the portal whereby seller and buyer meet and make a contract and company assumes no responsibility of the product, is vague argument and it seems that company want to escape from the liability. We have made the payments to Tradus company and not in the seller's account. Only through the Tradus company, we come to know about the seller. So, the company's argument is baseless.

    Considering, all the above said and also the earlier E Mail Communication in this regard, the above case grossly falls in to the category of CHEATING AND MISREPRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT, POOR - SUBSTANDARD QUALITY DELIVERED AND IMPOSING FORCEFULLY "GOODS ONCE SOLD WILL NOT BE RETURNED" policy.

      Hi,

      I ordered the Combo Of Quantum 9800 Wireless Keyboard And Mouse transaction id is 2769377 but when i received the product Receiver is missing in the box. There must 3 items, keyboard, mouse & receiver but in parcel i got only 2 keyboard, mouse & no receiver.

      Without Receiver whole product is useless for me. trying to reach this pathetic service provider but no success. Contacted them through customer care got auto generated email they say will get back within 48 -72, god only knows when those hours will be completed.

      Either trade us has to send me receiver or refund back money to my amount.

      Some of the unique feature which you will not find any of the online shopping website.

      1. No Support Phone Number unlike most of the other shopping sites.

      2. Pathetic email support.

      3, No one read emails from customer

      So you feel like cheated by this website. So don't buy any product form this website & somehow this website should be banned form online shopping category so customer will not go thought the trauma.

        Hi,
        I had made order for 2 pendrives, but I got only 1 in the courier (Order ID: 2796701).

        There is no contact number to contact Tradus customer care (ie No Customer care), its only through mail only.

        I didn't get any proper response even after sending complaint mail regarding the same,

        so Friends,don't tempt by the lowest price listed in the site, its just to grab you to make fraud.

        In its Mega Deal Tradus offered Vim Bar price Rs 10(145g) at Rs 6.
        Instead it supplied Vim Bar of Rs 5 price(85g)

          They are not responding for mails also. They have not even provided customer care contact number, so we can call. it seams that they can do fraud at any moment, is it true? tradus.

            I had ordered a SAMSUNG 16 GB MICRO SD CARD WITH CARD READER ITEM IN TRADUS.IN Item ID: 2311294 / Order id:2774025 and [scan copy http://goo.gl/UeKkz],
            shipping details: Shipment Number: [protected] reference No: 2311294 via Aramex.

            It has been delivered to me, ON[protected] @ 5 :30 PM

            As per the ORDER I should get SAMSUNG 16 GB MICRO SD CARD WITH CARD READER [as shown in website http://goo.gl/7yvdW].

            But after opening the package it is 8 GB MICRO SD CARD That’s it.But the package label shows 16 gb CARD WITH Card Reader and what’s inside is 8 GB CARD That’s all.


            Inspite of repeated mails sent to tradus customer care there is no proper response.

            Please Kindly take actionables from your end.I need the delivery of My goods or else a cash back for my payment.

            Once you purchase the item after that no customer support. This is regarding Order ID: 2631958, Item ID 2123090. The Reebok watch came is not working intermediately. It seems that tradus shipped me a faulty peace. Please replace the watch as soon as possible as I got the faulty peace from Tradus.
            Regarding the same I raised a complain on tradus ('Tradus=274-391’) and as suggested by Narinder Kaur (Customer Care Executive, Tradus Customer care Team), I already send my defective piece to tradus via DDTC courier (shipment Ids/CN No: Z[protected],
            But still tradus people not updating the status. Please refund the courier charges and replace the defective watch.
            Today morning, The Authorities reply to me telling our CS team will take action as soon as possible but still no action as been taken.

                Dear Representative,
                I am writing this to highlight my issue with the tradus.in portal. As i had ordered 2 products from tradus.in on 7th april with order 2432819. When i recieved the products then one of the products i.e Quantum usb mini speakers were not there instead a bag of Quantum accesories was being shipped from their side. I talked to the customer care and then i returned them the product within 3 days. I asked them to send me my product for which i had already paid earlier via COD. They asssured me that that the product will be send soon. After 12 days they gave me a mail that the order for Quantum mini speakers is cancelled (without any reason). I asked them for the refund and they assured me that they will refund within 7 working days and after 20 days they gave me a mail that money is refunded in my bank account on 31st may. I took a bank statement and came to know that they were lying as no a single penny has been refunded from their side in my account.

                The site seems to be a group of real greedy people.
                hope to get a quick action.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I ordered 02 nos of 16 GB pen drives @ Rs 499 each on 01 May 2012 and transferred money via net banking. I did not receive shipment. I enquired from Tradus they told that my place of delivery is out of service area of their courier and they will refund money as soon they get conformation from supplier about return package. Till date no refund is received from them. I thing they are cheating. What should I do?

                    I ordered "Inalsa Multimix Hand Blender" from "tradus.in" with transaction id 2439733 on 8-Apr-2012. When product was not delivered in 7 days I cancelled the order on 15-Apr-2012. Since then I am waiting for refund of my money. They promised to transfer it in 10 days however even after sending lots of mails I have not yet received my money. In my last mail I was promised to get the money in 24~48 hours but even after three days I have not received anything. Now they are aging asking for 3 days.
                    I guess they want me to file an FIR against tradus and ibibo group.

                      They are selling second hand phones and when we returns those instruments, they neither refunds not send the new phone.

                      Plus they are giving false promise that you will get 10% bonus gift card as a token of APOLOGY. But refuse to give when I tried to use.

                      Their email manager sending reply to me for an another guy who has also been cheated.

                      My Item: 1632603 is and they first promised me for refund in 7 to 8 days and on the 8th day they says it will take another 10 working day and this is the 10th day but no refund has been issued.

                      I have one message for the owner of this company is that

                      " Katora lekar bhikh mangna shuru kar de, iss fraud business se bhi jyada kama lega , ."

                      If not getting refund today, I am surely going to register a IPC 420 and breach of trust case on this site. Plus consumer court notice for sending the second hand phone in light of my email conversation.


                      It's almost 3 months to resolve this issue but they are neither reverting nor refunding.

                        Today I received the item against my Transaction ID at tradus.in: 2485244 (shipped from Tradus fraud Merchant Govind Electronics, Jaipur ) but The item was not in company sealed box and seal was tampered. So I have returned the item to courier boy on the spot. Also I had given a certificate to courier boy that said about the broken seal and non-acceptance of item. Tradus.in dispatched me used item instead of new one, I ordered. i was fully unsatisfied with this used (unsealed) item delivery.

                        I have also called to Tradus.in at[protected] & talk with Ms Pallavi @ 15:05 hrs and lodged a complaint regarding this issue (Complaint number 243269).

                        If Traduis.in not accepts this item back then I am going to file a case against their fraud as it is clearly violation of Consumer Protection Act 1986 & Consumer Protection (Amendment) Act 2002..... I suggest all the reader to never buy anything from this fraud site named Tradus.in

                          I am highly disappointed with my purchase and responses fromTradus.in
                          I ordered for three United Benetton Deos, I received but the fragrances were changed. All the three items were not as described and shown as per the deal.
                          I mailed. I was asked to send a snap of the items. I did.
                          I received the response that 'Pictures are indicative'.
                          In the deal, two Deos were for men, one for women. While I received two for women, one for men. And that too differ in fragrances.
                          I mailed again. It was not matter of rs 299 only, it was all about the reliability of the site.
                          I was asked to mail a snap for description. Now, on the next day of the 'deal of the day', the site does not show the description. I informed.
                          I received the mail in which it was stated quite shamelessly that the specification does not correspondent to your claim.
                          The site is not dealing fairly...The service people are shameless...Not even beg pardon for their wrong-doing.

                          There are many sites which are apparently more reliable than this one...NEVER TRUST TRADUS.IN....OR LOSE YOUR SELF-RESPECT.

                            i have ordered htc explorer mobile phone from tradus.in n have got a confirmation msg that my phone is dispatched order number-2461105,product code-1925424 i wanted to inquire that will i get a vat paid bill with the phone because i have read many complains that there was no bill in the package and if i will not get the bill how will i get the manufacturer's warrenty, if my phone will b delivered to me with no bill and the phone has some problem or in future it is not working properly within 1 year of warrenty of the phone what will i do...in short will i get the bill otherwise i wont accept the product and will send it back without paying....???

                            its better to send back the item without paying...once u paid then no one bothers for ur service in future. today I also received a phone in unsealed condition without bill from Tradus.in merchant Govind Electronics, Jaipur. he is fraud merchant, he send me used mobile instead of new one. I refused to accept this and sent back to courier boy on the spot. though courier company bluedart forced me to pay for it but I am not a fool who accept used phone without invoice. U can buy a mobile at Half price from Delhi Grey market without bill but main thing is warranty...

I have sent lots of mails and in every reply I am promised to get money in 10 working days. In my last mail it was said that I would be getting my money in 24~48 hours. Even after three days of getting this mail I did not get any money. When I sent a mail for clarification, they are again asking for 3 days.
                              I am seriously thinking of filing an FIR of fraud against tradus and ibibo group. These guys are fraud.

                                I had ordered for a pendrive(item id: 1882499) and an SD card (item id: 1882500).

                                I received a packet from blue dart today. It had only pen-drive. I paid for both pendrive and sd card. But i recieved only pendrive. The packet i got did not contain SD card i had ordered..

                                This is really bad. I did not got any response from tradus customer care. I had sent them a mail.

                                      On 15.02.2012 i tried to puchase Blackberry Playbook 64 GB through tradus.in. During order placement i was providing all the information required by the website. I paid the amount 18100 using my hdfc bank credit card ending no 9291 availing 3 EMI option. Payment was done, i got the transaction SMS from my bank but next page which shows the order confirmation could not be displayed & i was logged out. Again i logged into the sight and checked my order placed but still my product was showing in the cart only so i called the hdfc bank and asked them that my order is not executed but they said transaction is done, they advised to me please talk to tradus.in for not raising the bill against unsuccessful order. I put the mail to tradus.in. On the same day in the evening i again tried to purchase the same article throgh my hdfc card ending no 9291 availing 3 EMI option and it was a successful transaction from both side. I got the mail from tradus.in that about payment authorisation & given transaction ID : 2200973. Again i got the transaction SMS from my bank of amt 18100. I got the product delivered. I was shocked when i saw my credit card statement showing those 2 EMI of 6033.33. I mailed my concern to tradus.in & asked for refund against the invalid order but i am getting mail against mail not refund instruction to my bank. please help me to get out of this situation & oblidged me. I can provide all the information to you if you need any.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had unfortunately given an order for 16 gb Pen drive through Tradus.in ( the biggest fooling online selling) on march 5,2012. Till date i didnt get the product on hand. Initially it was told that there happened a technical error and it caused delay( mail on march10,2012 and the product will be delivered in 24-48 hours.

                                        Monday,12th I got a call from an executive named kavita and she promised me that the product will be with me by wednesday or max by thursday. But in the mila she had send a totally contrary reply. I told her to cancel the order on 13th march 2012, for that she told "As the product has been dispatched from our end it wont be possible for us to cancel the order.When the product reaches you, you can refuse to take the delivery and you'll not be charged for that. On 14th again send me a mail metioning that it is shipped. For that she replied stating that the product will be wiht me by today(wednesday) or thursday(15th). Today 15 she had send me mail stating "The product you have ordered takes 5 working days(excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) to be dispatched"

                                        Beware of Tradus.in CHEATING YOU......... GOT TO EVEN STREET VENDORS BUT NOT TRADUS.IN

                                        All the products are defect...dont believe this web site...all the merchants are giving the defect product which is already used items...

                                        My order not delivered till now

                                        I placed the order on 19th july and my order is not dispatched still and im not able to connect to anyone. there is no correct response from tradus.com. im not able to cancel the order too.
