I have requested for the right product, they gave email to send the snap shot, which I have sent

Now, they are telling that color is not a guarantee and the matter closed

      I had ordered for HP pendrive on 20th of feb 2012, the product details are below and they delivered wrong product. I complained to customer care the very next day itself but no use at all.
      It is more than 15 days since I gave complaint regarding wrong product delivery. All the answer I got from customer care is "we need some more time". I dont know how much time more they need. Months or years.

      I ask tradus peoploe to give an explanation for the delay. I have been undergone mental torture, waste of my time in calling customer care.
      Guys do not shop with tradus. They are cheaters. I have red lot of problems with the tradus people regarding wrong product delivery and other cheating things.

      shipping details: Shipment Number: [protected] reference No: 2311294 via Aramex.

      It has been delivered to me, ON[protected] @ 5 :30 PM

      As per the ORDER I should get SAMSUNG 16 GB MICRO SD CARD WITH CARD READER [as shown in website http://goo.gl/7yvdW].

      But after opening the package it is 8 GB MICRO SD CARD That’s it.But the package label shows 16 gb CARD WITH Card Reader and what’s inside is 8 GB CARD That’s all.


      Inspite of repeated mails sent to tradus customer care there is no proper response.

        Tradus did fraud with me,I have ordered Glamorous Earrings with Golden and Pink Crystals but I've received some necklace that was not ordered by me. i have registered the complaint in their site 3 days before,but till today there are no response.I am sending you the pic and details of earring that I've ordered and also the pic of what I've received.
        Finally, I've got the settlement and it sounds interesting :

        1. Got a call few days back that they will replace the earring. Procedure was : They will send their courier man to take away set from me and give me some order replacement no. and either they replace or refund in case o[censored]navailability.

        2. 2days back, I've got a call and executive said, "they are not responsible to take away the set to replace from me" and they've given me a voucher worth 300 as compensation. When I logged in again at tradus.in to shop for the desired set, they've raised the price and they're not seeing refunding my amount also..

        This deal seems to be pathetic for me. Tons of thanks to God that I've not purchased anything costlier.

        Tradus! thanks for giving me the lesson. I'll not shop with you again ever...!!! :(

          This is with my order number 2250749 placed on 26/02/2012, I ordered a Videocon Refrigerator online from www.tradus.in, after this I also wrote to them to ensure they deliver this on time and they replied back stating that the normal dispatch period is 5 working days and they will ensure that they deliver the product within the mentioned 5 days.

          Today is 03/03/2012, exactly 5 working days from my order date and the product is still not shipped. The status on their website is simply stuck on 'Awaiting Dispatch', if at all they had a number to call on, I could have at least called them to chase on this. I also wrote to them via this site mentioning them to take due care while processing this order to which they replied stating the 5 days dispatch time and promising to do so (refer attached).

          I personally am someone who believes in e-commerce and supports online purchase of such high value items but sites such as www.tradus.in are bringing bad name to the industry at large and should discontinue the business and get out of the market or simply create a better supply chain for themselves as most complains I saw on this site are about delivery and dispatch of the products. Now I am not even sure weather I should have order the product from these guys.

            I bought a Weston 2060 5.1 Channel DVD Player from Tradus.in vide Transaction ID: 2238394 and had paid for the same using Net-Banking on 24 Feb 2012. As per their website, the product was supposed to be shipped within five working days, but has not been shipped yet. I have sent numerous e-mails and complaints to their customer care department at no avail. Please take up the matter with them and help me resolve the issue.

              You guys are the biggest fraudsters !! I will make sure your case goes to consumer court and the the newspapers!!!

              I ordered 2 vox v11 phones on 13th feb 2012 , and today after 10 days you delivered the product but altogether a different one - I have been given the lower version v9 - One of your collegues called on 18th and he gave us the option we clearly told them we only want v 11 vox else refund our money, inspite of this we have been sent a different product altogether.. refund the money or I am definately taking up this case.. your customer services are horrible! The invoice on the delivered box says V11 but inside V9 was packed!!! scamers!!

              We have already sent you the snapshot and other details, but you are only promising us that your company "will do the needful", after reading what others have experienced and the experince we have had of getting a wrong product delivered is there any assurance on us either getting our money or the original product we ordered? Can you give us a written note on how long will it take to resolve with dates and other details??? so if not resolved within the time frame we will definately approach the court!


              Some of your customers here have not even had a refund or any product delivered and they have been chasing you guys with emails for their own money?? There is no number one can reach you guys, the emails are replied after weeks??

              How would you suggest we trust you guys to refund our money or get the original product delivered after "such a GOOD experience!!" us or other common man who has suffered buying from you???
              IS this the biggest scam website online???????? a month ago I was assured a refund, and today after a month when I recieved my statement there has only been one refund!!! how can u guys steal anyone's money, am fed of asking for my money again and again!!! if this dsnt get resolved in 24-48 hrs am definately going ahead leagally! I have all the evidence to prove my case, not to mention the number of emails that have been put to you guys asking for a refund, the amount of time and level of harassment that has been caused by you guys is unbelievable!!!
              The people working as Customer Care Executives, in fact, do not work to care for the customers...they are busy proving the customers wrong...

                I bought headphone with San Disk memory card 4GB of Rs 599 from www.tradus.in. After 2 days i send them mail to cancel my order as they have no contact number at all. they send me reply that we will contact you in 72 hours..but even after a week after sending so many mails no reply received. Then after 10 days they delivered the product totally different product instead of that which i bought. and memory card is o[censored]nknown comp[any rather than San Disk.My order no. is 2204896 and i am still sending them mail to refund my money and take away your product. They are real fraud. They think others are fool. But this time they have to pay for this.

                  I had recently bought a mobile phone online from Tradus.in.
                  However the phone was delivered to me without a proper Bill / invoice.
                  As per the deal, the mobile phone carried 1 year manufacturer's warranty. How can i avail 1 year warranty without a bill?
                  I have contacted their customer care so many times and every time they have only one answer.
                  "We are working on it, give us some more time" And now they have even stopped responding to my mails.
                  They asked for phone IMEI and serial number and I had provided that long back

                  I have begun to suspect that this could be a grey market that they have shipped to me, why else there would be so much delay in obtaining a bill from the dealer who shipped it. (DBM Marketing India Pvt Ltd)

                  I have shopped online on so many websites and have a bill for everything purchased even if its value was very less.
                  I have to admit that customer service of Tradus in this case is pathetic.
                  Ebay customer service is too good. They resolve problems in no time and keep the customer interests in priority.

                  Seeing this kind of attitude I will not shop with Tradus anymore and would advise people the same.

                    Then i was informed of the refund with the refund reference id being :2132484_562 and was told that they have done the refund on "feb 07,2012"
                    Then i have checked my bank A/c and found no refund was done than sent them a mail with my bank statement attached As of 10th feb 2012 from 24th Jan 2012, Highlighting that there is no refund reflecting into my A/c on 11th feb 2012.Still no info from them.

                    Please give me the refund transaction ID, if you guys have really refunded the money

                    TRADUS — Money not Refunded / Product not delivered

                    I got a coupon from tradus W2SPR47.. so i made purchase on 9th April & amount of Rs 420.00 was deducted from my account but i did not receive the transaction receipt..
                    the transaction Id reflecting from my bank statement is
                    BIL/[protected]/Tradus.in/IBIBO_MICI104...
                    I mailed Tradus.in regarding the same.

                    The first reply i got was " for reason beyond our control we have not received any confirmation from your bank regarding the payment"

                    So i forward the complaint to the bank..
                    bank replied that.. amount has been forwarded to the biller on April 09, 2011 to INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD.

                    Again after 2days i got reply from tradus

                    "Further to our interaction ID << 062-937 >>, this is to confirm that we have received your payment against the order id 1524076"

                    Why the customer service dint give me the correct answer for the first time..
                    They told the money will be refunded in 10days. But i insisted them to dispatch the product as per the Oder ID, which could have been done in 4 days as per their website.. but they were unable to do so.

                    I checked online for complaints against Tradus & got this thread where many had similar experiences.. This website gives gift vouchers for customers, when they are unable to fulfill that they give Sub-standard product or don't dispatch the Oder ID..

                    I have made repeated emails to Tradus still there is no reply or Refund of that amount... Even they assured me to refund the money by 10 days.. Still they haven't returned the money..

                    Please get my money returned soon....

                      tradus.in sent aramex courier to take the product bak. they have taken back the product but not refunding the money. it is already 2 months, we have not received the money back. now they are not even replying to our complaints. we asked them to talk to us on phone ([protected]) for this problem but they are not calling us. neither they have provided their phone no. so that we cant trace them. we have been cheated. they have digested our hard earned money

                        1. No Support Phone Number unlike most of the other shopping sites (without phone number only we can conclude that they are fraud)

                        2. Pathetic email support

                        3. My refund not yet done, it's been more a month now they are trying to fooling around with computer generated replies. No refund as found in most of the user reviews online.

                        My suggestion and request to dear brothers and sisters, avoid Tradus, same product will be available in other shopping sites where at least phone support is there. It’s okay to pay a little more if you are getting support and promised delivery guys.

                        ANYONE PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE COURT TO REMOVE FRAUD SITES LIKE TRADUS FROM INDIA. CHECKOUT THE REVIEWS ONLINE AS A PROOF.

                              I ordered a camera Sony Cybershot DSC HX9V of price 15469 on 11th of Dec now after 4 days the order status is Awaiting Dispatch, now I want to cancel my order I sent mail several time to their customer care executive Preeti Rai but they are not responding me.

                              Tradus.in's customer care service is really so much pathetic, they didn't gave any number and address on their site, also not responding on portal complains.

                              I ordered a product: 1040359 through tradus.in on 05-oct-2010 and it shows has been shipped on 6-oct-2010 from Gurgaon .

                              -> But the courier traking shows that it is shipped back and delivered at Gurgaon it self on 18-oct-2010.

                              -> I was contacted the company coustomercare many times they said that they refund the money with in 10 days... but no i'm waiting more than 20 days . no reply.

                                    On the dhanteras sale, I purchased a 1gm gold coin on their site. Transaction ID: : 1968508. I received the other item in order thur bluedart while the gold coin itself was never delivered. I contacted Parul Kaushik immediately regarding this and she said she wil look into this in 3 days. After 3 days she tells me the item is delivered vai speedpost and send me email saying item has been delivered. Now I am traveling from tomorrow and requested her that either she refund or ship asap. And she is saying she needs another 3 days. I don't know... Pathetic service. How can one send a god coin via speed post? Since I came to my new flat, I ahve not even seen the face of local postman even delivering mail. I wnat refund for my item as I ahve not received my item to-date. I requested that she provide me info as to who signed it and so far no response. In case I do not recv refund in next few days, I will escalte the issue high up and with my card company. Thsi is really shady business..selling gold coins on Dhanteras and then saying, tehy are delivered via normal post. Really unhappy

                                    I am aware about this issue and I apologize for the bitter experience of not receiving the product ( gold coin ).

                                    My Team Member - Parul Kaushik is already working on this through complaint no "131-111". I would request for your kind patience and continued co-operation regarding this issue.

                                    I undersatnd that you are upset and it's a matter which worries me as well - that a 1 Gm Gold Coind send to you through India Post has been missing. The idea behind sending this through India Post was that the reliability of the service and the quick delievry. However, this unfortunate incident was completely unforeseen and unintended.

                                    We have launched an investigation as soon as this has been notified to us so that we can track down the product and hand it over to you. Further I apologize about my inability to initiate the refund without tracing down the product.

                                    As discussed and informed, the speed post complaint would take some time to get resolved with the proof of delivery.

                                    What I can promise you is I will try my best to expidite the resolution and give you a positive resolution for sure.

                                    Don't worry I assure you once again that I will ensure that the best resolution ( and as soon as possible ) in provided to you - that's my personal commitment to you.

                                    I contacted TRADUS on NOv 1st reagrding this issue and today is NOv 14th. There is no follow-up or any info regarding this as promised by Preeti Rai or Parul Kaushik. I want my refund asap. I will be disputing with my card company today. To all those who read these complaints- STAY AWAY FROM TRADUS. Pathetic service or rather NO SERVICE.

                                      I had ordered a Olive Company Handset from Tradus website; everything was good till the order was placed but after that it was vice versa. The shipment was suppose to be delivered within 5-7 days but instead I had to follow the courier company and finally the package was delivered after 15 days.

                                      The courier company used by Tradus (Aramex) is one of the cheap and pathetic one.

                                      The shipment I received was in a Non-seal position and the entire Box was broken.

                                      I had sent a emal to the Tradus team but nothing is done by them yet. below i the copy of my email.

                                      With regards to the above mentioned order, kindly note that I will never ever buy any products from your website. The service that I have received from your site is the worst I have ever come across.



                                      According to you my order was shipped on 14th Oct and I received the order yesterday i.e. 20th Oct. The courier service of Aramex is worst then our local post office services too. They kept the parcel with them for 7 days and falsely updated their system as Sanjay Khemani does not have money to pay hence the shipment is on hold.



                                      I had to call 5 times to Aramex services spend money to get the shipment delivered.



                                      But the worst was yet to come, once I received the parcel I was shocked to see in the way the product was shipped. You’ll promise that the products shipped by your website are 100% genuine then why did I receive the product which had its seal of company packing open. The box of the phone displayed as if the phone was stamped by someone’s foot and I have paid Rs:1,350 for garbage which was kept in your store house.

                                      I am already in touch with you in regards to this and as pormised on the 29th October 2011 ( over the phone & mail ) -

                                      - An indepth investigation has been launched with my courier partner and this issue being taken on very high priority
                                      - I was ready to reverse pick up the product to replace with a new product in a beand new packaging, however, that has been used ( as gifted ).
                                      - I understand the grievance regarding the update & the delayed delivery by the logistics partner
                                      - Also a positive resolution has been promised to you within the 1st November 2011 - I will ensure that is done.

                                      Once again I promise you that I am already working on thsi issue and hence, request for your kind co-operation and patience so that i can resolve this in your favour.

                                      had a bad experience with TRADUS . never received my order.
                                      n the courier company is pathetic.
                                      response to problem is also pathetic. shall never be buying anything again from Tradus.

                                      Order Delivery Not on Time

                                      Tradus is not providing the service on time and I need my money back with Interest. I have waited for the order to delivered for more than estimated time and there is no way for me to write back to them.

                                      product is not working and is defective

                                      i have purchased nokia bluetooth stereo headset bh-503 ...the volume keys are not working and the device is not charging

                                        Facing delivery issues with Tradus.
                                        First Aramex tried to eat the package off, marked it delivered without even contacting.
                                        After going top down with Aramex, item delivered 6 days after it was actually marked delivered in a tampered state. 1556641
