I have ordered (online) for pack of 2 sets (4nos.) sandisk cruzer edge 4 GB pendrives and i have been received pack of 2 sandisk cruzer blade 4 GB pendrives against the order id:1457043.

Company has given me a reply as below:
As we understand that the delivered product against the order id:1457043 is not same which you have ordered as Sandisk 4 GB edge pendrive currently running out of stock. But the product Sandisk4GB cruzerblade is also with same brand as well as with same price.
We will offer you a new gift voucher worth Rs.200/- as an apology token and it can be redeemed on your next purchase.

I have sent a mail as below to the company:
I have facility of missed call sms alert... i haven't received any kind of call and sms from your side.
don't make fool.... i don't want any kind of gift voucher...
either you change my product or give my money back....
if haven't receive any assurance from your end in next four working days then i have to go to the consumer forum.

Comapny revert back as below:
Dear Customer,
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern against the order id:1457043 to our specialized department and we will update you with the status.
Please allow us some time, we shall get back to you in 3 working days.

Now, Company agreed to take product back but they want product first then only they will return back my money.

Also as discussed today, we have been co-ordinating with you & would request the co-ordnation from your side to reach a positive resolution. Kindly revert on the customer care mail so that we can resolve this for you.

The resolution that you are looking for (refund/replacement), we have already promised & documented via mail on the 25th of March - we have taken your word as the final words even without taking a look at the product/investigating it on our end. Yes, we understand that the seller might have shipped a different model - but kindly understand that as soon as the issue was highlighted to us we looked at the zero price difference & no difference being found in the manufacturer or the storage memory we had offered Rs 200 GV for a quicker resolution to help you - However, when you disagreed, refund was offered to you. The reason thsi is pending is because the products are yet to be handed back to us. As discussed we are waiting for your final confirmation as our courier partner has already called you once as we had requested them to pick up the order, kindly inform us by relying to our last mail.

While the discussion was in progress we also came to know that you had purchased this on your name for somebody else ( Office ) & so you would need confirmation from certain individual in your organization to discuss the steps ahead. We would appreciate a quick discussion with your respective person ( office ) & inform us as we are keen to help you resolve this issue.

To sum up our discussion we have informed you & commited you in writing about the refund, however, this can only go ahead with kind co-oeration from you as & when you communicate & agree to hand back the products to us.

    While doing online purchase from tradeus.in a ibibo venture, I used my credit card & completed payment formalities , but even after completing the formalities the order was not placed & money got debited from my account twice.

    I tried to contact the customer care of tradeus.in as well as ibibo but they are not responding.

    Please help & do the needful..

    Even i have the same result. only difference being i did it using net banking portal. can any one tell me how to proceed? Have any one gone for any legal fights. My purchase was for Rs. 12650. Payment made against an IPod touch 8GB. Please kindly help me find a solution.

      I have ordered a product of Ambrossia Printed Kurti with Neck Design on 22 Feb 2011 and according to them product is delivered within 5 days. When I complaint in the consumer care of that company they said that the order is not showing in their server so we will forward that to their specialized department but although so many days already passed but still there is no such response came for that side. I am also attaching the snapshot of the ordering product. Please help me

      I had ordered a pink cover as shown in their advertisement. They sent me a black cover which was totally unexpected and ridiculous.

        I recently bought a Sony 8 GB PenDrive from Tradus.in ! Looking at the Website's Claim I

        decided to shop from it. But I guess it was my Big Mistake. Just after the 3 days of

        purchase, I got an EMAIL STATING THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN DISPATCH BECAUSE OF SOME BULLASS

        REASON. HOWEVER IF YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT SENT WITHIN NEXT 3 DAYS WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY. I

        was shocked and immediately contacted emailed customer care who informed me that the MY

        PRODUCT IS ALREADY SENT VIA BLUE DART COURIER and gave me this Waybill Number [protected]

        and Reference No 557046.

        I was suspicious and Tracked it immediately and saw that the website had the detail about

        such shipment. But I was not convinced so I checked it again the very next day, and to my

        extreme horror MY SHIPMENT SHOWED DELAYED/CANCELED. Now exactly what am I suppose to fathom

        from it. DID THE COMPANY (TRADUS.IN) TRICKED ME. It sucks big time.

        I again contacted Tradus.in Customer care who informed that The Flight might have been

        canceled. But is there only one flight available to send Couriers. This Is obnoxious. I'm

        never shopping again from TRADUS.in for sure, if they provide us with such service. Really.

        If anyone wants to see the Emails exchanged between me and the Company I'ld be happy to

        help.

        However I hope my problem is resolved soon.
        I recently bought a Sony 8 GB PenDrive .Looking compact type fine .After 2 inserts edges got Damaged.Because the edges wall thickness is not uniform when i measured This is cheating.But I guess it was my Big Mistake. Just after the 3 days of purchase and cost also much more than other branded pen drives.

          I have shopped online through many sites but Tradus.in by far has been most disappointing. Tradus has been messing around with people's orders (including mine) as if there's no tomorrow. Last time for the screw up that happened with the order they compensated me by offering a discount voucher of INR 125. Given that the voucher was expiring soon and I liked something that I saw on their webiste, I made a mistake of placing yet another order with them last Saturday (2items). It was only upon reaching the payment page, I realized that the voucher was only redeemable for the purchase worth INR 455 and above! So like a fool, I went ahead and picked up more stuff to reach that certain amount. I placed an order for four products (Transaction ID: 1224766) and used the aforesaid discount voucher of INR 125. However, after the payment had been authorized, I received an e-mail confirmation from them showing my order details. I was shocked to see only three items appearing in that e-mail. I tried calling them only to find out that they don't entertain phone calls and that I should write to them. So, I wrote to them asking them for a clarification and mentioning specifically for them to not ship the order as I would not accept three items when I've actually paid for four! They responded saying that they could see that I purchased only three items to which I wrote again asking them if those three cheap products were worth over INR 450 after considering the discount (I had paid INR 432 after redeeming that voucher) and I also attached a screen dump of my order history as it appeared on their website, it showed four products alright!; to which there was a radio silence from them...and it still is to date. To top it all, they did dispatch the three items (despite of telling them not to do so!) and I did not accept it from the courier person.It's been almost a week and six e-mails to them already, and they have not bothered to respond to any of the mails except the first intial e-mail they sent. This attitude of online shopping websites leave customers like me with light pockets and loaded tempers. I'm usually a very even-tempered person but chasing after tradus and fashionandyou has brought out the worst in me. It's not about money in this case as it's only 500 bucks but it's the sheer casual attitude and not taking the responsibility/onus by traders like Tradus is what frustrates the most o[censored]s.

          So buy from sites like this only if you all have the time and the energy to chase after them after you place an order online and are a few hundred/thousand rupees lighter in your wallet.

          This sucks, big time!

          PS: forgot to mention that I can't access my tradus account anymore! Can you beat that? They have deactivated my account so that I can't view my order history. That's something really disgraceful, wouldn't you agree???

          They cheated me for 100 rupees as mentioned in my other complaints.
          There customer support is pathetic run by some crooks.
          They don't even have incoming call option. They don't bother to
          reply back for emails.
          I am spreading news of this fraud site daily through forward emails
          and in my blog.
          I urge others also to warn everyone for fraud sites like tradus and indiaplaza

          It is important otherwise they will keep on cheating users. Warn everyone
          against tradus. They are crooks who cheat even for rs.100
          I agree with your observations in toto, and as I am also one of their prey to dirty antics, I would urge people to come forward and use their good offices to wipe out the existence of such fraudulent organizations, as they inflict not only financial losses but a lot of mental trauma and ordeal...you are right...this site SUCKS...big time !!!
          They are pathetic. I also received different product as compare to what i ordered. I sent an email but no response so far.

          same experience with me also, please never never in future order any item through TRADUS, u will loose your temper and may be u will get heart attack by tracking the delivery, and their mess ups, better go to any shopping mall and purchase it your safe...

          Same experience with me too. I have written some 40 mails to them in 1 month and still there is no resolution to my complaint. This is the worst shopping website, and I would advice everybody to NEVER buy any product from this site.

          I ordered on 15th Sept 2012, today it is 25th Sept
          and last day for dispatch of product was 22nd Sept, yet it has not been shipped

          First of all, see the worst part (they set a deadline for SHIPPING THE PRODUCT for 7 days after order; whereas other sites DELIVER product in 3-4 days)

          and even after setting deadline of 7 days, product has yet not been shipped since 10 days !!!

          I have paid online and that is why i am scared !!!
          Fraud website and fraud sellers !!!
          Useless customer care (I emailed them more than 10 times and i even called them, they just assure me that product will be shipped by 22nd) now what, their 22nd has become 25th (yet it has not been shipped)
          same experience I received the product after 12 days in a very damaged condition too. The Customer care is pathetic. I haven't got any updates for all my complaints. This website should be noticed for its careless attitude towards buyers.
          Few days back i started online purchase and i started with tradus (most untrustable site). My initial two purchase was good but after that i made three purchase and unfortunety all the three items delivered was either defective, wrong or seems unbranded. Given below is the details of order:
          1. Sub Order Id: 6192890 I ordered the item but I got different brand packet and more surprisingly the product under packet was not having any labels and size (coz it was very small). It seems like road side product is packed in branded packet. Its a serious fraud with customer.
          2. Sub Order Id: 6064878, for bedsheet I got the product of same brand but design was different from what i chosen. it seems the design which never gets sold is delivered to me. Even in Rs.100 no body will take it. I made the complain and its 8th day but tradus didn't responds.
          3. Sub Order Id: 5717409, for Giordano watch, this watch was delivered defective and even after 15 days of complain tradus dint respond. No separate bill was there in some of the products.
          In tradus goods once ordered will never be given importance. They only spend money on advertising. No body cares about complain nor they reply. I will suggest people to not to shop anything with tradus because of the following reason.
          1. No guarantee of genunity
          2. Bill is not given with the product (though they claim to send separate bill)
          3. Wrong & defective product delivery very often.
          4. No reply on complain.
          5. In Branded packet non branded product.

          Casio Watch

          Sir, I purchase Casio watch from Tradus site. but this watch is duplicate replica watch not original. Casio company take necessary action.

            I have not received the refund for the above mentioned orders..
            please ask tradus to refund the amount immediately
            out of these 5 i have received 3 refunds and 2 have not been received and i dont know which two are not posted yet

              I am shocked by my recent experience with tradus.
              They are cheating me for rs.100... UNBELIEVABLE !!

              I placed one order for which part payment was made through gift voucher. They canceled the order but failed to refund my gift voucher till now. They have just
              wasted my time again and again since last 20 days by telling me to use the same voucher code which never works as it says voucher has been used before. There technical department themselves tried to use that voucher after I gave them my accounts password but they also failed. Now they don't even reply back my mails.
              I am shocked to see that tradus is cheating for petty Rs.100

              Beware of this fraud site which has turned to SCAM now.

              had ordered for HP pendrive on 20th of feb 2012, the product details are below and they delivered wrong product. I complained to customer care the very next day itself but no use at all.
              It is more than 15 days since I gave complaint regarding wrong product delivery. All the answer I got from customer care is "we need some more time". I dont know how much time more they need. Months or years.

              I ask tradus peoploe to give an explanation for the delay. I have been undergone mental torture, waste of my time in calling customer care.
              Guys do not shop with tradus. They are cheaters. I have red lot of problems with the tradus people regarding wrong product delivery and other cheating things.

                I purchased one Men's Round Neck Rugby T-Shirt from Tradus.in on January 06, 2011. (Order ID:1195530).But till today I have neither received the product nor any communication from the Company. When I tried contacting their Gurgaon office at[protected], the receptionist simply said that Tradus Employees do not pick calls, you need to e-mail them. Why they don't talk to customers, coz they will be exposed.

                They claim that if they will not be able to deliver the product in 5 days than they give full refund which is a completely false statement.

                After sendinf the E-mails also....I got the same Automated E-mail.

                I want to expose this company to everyone..please do not purchase anything from this website. You will simply waste your money on them.

                Tradus is a scam fraud and cheat site now.
                There customer service is Pathetic. They don't
                even reply back to emails and don't have any
                customer service support telephone numbers.

                Just avoid them and even spread the word everywhere through
                forward emails, blogs and even word of mouth to avoid them
                at all costs. I am doing that right now and warning all my friends
                to avoid tradus which is a fraud site now.
                These Sites try to compete with Ebay and Amazon. Shame! First they should learn to provide better customer service and have control over the traders who promise to supply the materials.

                Its funny I would 20 issues with the website within 10 mins of my surfing, which explains the sorry state of the website.

                Till we have strong cyber laws and quality control, make sure you purchase with cautious with Indian Ecommerce Sites.
                Further, they seems to be sending Marketing SMS without my consent. When I visited their website to lodge a complain it came with funny alerts and messages.

                I have already complained abt this to TRAI and probably they will stop sending unwanted marketing sms(s)

                I have select purple colour (with white flower) bad sheet but i have received pink bad sheet, kindly look into the matter other i will never buy anything from your site and also inform to other for the same.

                  I was trying to buy item on Tradus.in Due to payment system failure order did not succeed. But i was charged on my credit card. After several emails they confirmed that they have received payment and they will refund back. After few days not receiving refund i sent reply to same mail. In response they said we have not charged you on your card.

                  Very very unprofessional. Its almost a month and ppl have still not refunded money.

                  Bank is taking its own sweet time to investigate the same.

                  NEVER BUY FROM THESE site. Same experience with LetsBuy.com Even worse.

                  I have never seen as reliable payment system as ebay.in.

                    earlier I was happy with Tradus online shopping and even submitted some
                    positive comments about them here.

                    But now today I am just shocked by Tradus support.
                    They are cheating me for a small amount of rs.100
                    They canceled my order due to out of stock goods which
                    is understandable. But I paid part of my order with a Rs.105
                    voucher. They are not refunding me that amount. They are
                    just telling me to use the same voucher code again but that
                    voucher code is not working. I have tried again and again and
                    even sent them screenshots but they are just adamant to cheat
                    me for that small petty amount. Highly pathetic.
                    I will be forced to spread the word about this fraud site everywhere
                    now. How low can they get to cheat for small amount.

                      Recently I had purchased a Toshiba portable hard drive at Tradus.

                      1) They delivered a wrong product , and never replace with the one displayed on the web site
                      2) EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - they did not get back to me with any answer even after 1 week. I had to query for the status each time

                      I SHALL NEVER BUY FROM TRADUS ( WWW.TRADUS.IN )

                      They give cheap discounts, but the above is the plight you meet with .

                        I am shocked by my experience with tradus.
                        They are cheating me for rs.100 UNBELIEVABLE !!

                        I placed one order for which part payment was made through gift voucher. They canceled the order but failed to refund my gift voucher till now. They have just
                        wasted my time again and again by telling me to use the same voucher code
                        which never works as it says voucher has been used before. Now they don't even reply back my mails.
                        I am shocked to see that tradus is cheating for petty Rs.100

                        Beware of this fraud site which has turned to SCAM now.
                        I got a coupon from tradus W2SPR47.. so i made purchase on 9th April & amount of Rs 420.00 was deducted from my account but i did not receive the transaction receipt..
                        the transaction Id reflecting from my bank Id was bank statement is
                        BIL/[protected]/Tradus.in/IBIBO_MICI104...
                        I mailed Tradus.in regarding the same.

                        The first reply i got was " for reason beyond our control we have not received any confirmation from your bank regarding the payment"

                        So i forward the complaint to the bank..
                        bank replied that.. amount has been forwarded to the biller on April 09, 2011 to INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD.

                        Again after 2days i got reply from tradus

                        "Further to our interaction ID << 062-937 >>, this is to confirm that we have received your payment against the order id 1524076"

                        Why the customer service dint give me the correct answer for the first time..
                        They told the money will be refunded in 10days. But i insisted them to dispatch the product as per the Oder ID, which could have been done in 4 days as per their website.. but they were unable to do so.

                        I checked online for complaints against Tradus & got this thread where many had similar experiences.. This website gives gift vouchers for customers, when they are unable to fulfill that they give Sub-standard product or don't dispatch the Oder ID..

                        So its always better to check complaints before shopping rather than doing it after the transaction is done.. Even the design of the website is very poor..

                        Today is 10th day & even now i dint get the refund...

They told the item is dispatched by BlueDart but on contacting the courier service, I got a reply that the tracking number doesn't even exist.                           I had ordered for a Pioneer DVD Player Model: DV220KV with Tradus.in (IBIBO Group) on 22nd Dec'2010 @ Rs.3145 through my credit card. My Order ID # 1154391. On 24th Dec'2010 the Tradus.in company have claimed the amount from Bank quickly and till today there is no information on shipment or delivery of the product. I have been sending various reminders, emails. Every time, i am getting a standard reply (automated) from them stating that "Thanks for the mail, we will revert back to you in 24 hrs" which never happens with Tradus.in. I am highly frustrated with this company, unfortunately they do not have any customer number to call or clarify our doubts. Really surprised how a web trader do not have any contact details. How these people are allowed to do business like this in India. When i browse through web, i realized there are so many complaints like this in Web on "Fraud transactions by Tradus.in", how come our consumer law is still allowing these frauds to be in "Unethical business like this"?

                            I purchased Kodak C143 12MP Digital Camera vide order no. 1124472.I received the camera only and other products which is part of camera (especially mentioned on Camera Box i.e. with 2GB card, Kodak Charger and cell) were not sent.
                            It is pertinent tot mention here that earlier i purchased same camera from tradus vide order no. 1043997 and i received the the camera alongwith 2GB Card, Camera case, Kodak Charger, 2 Kodak chargeable cell and 2 other cells .but in my this order no. 1124472 i received only camera.
                            IT is pertinent to mention here that on the Camera it is specifically mentioned that it includes 2 GB Memory Card & Kodak Charger with cell. But i have not received all these items.
                            The sent camera is with the same batch number of earlier cameras.
                            I sent various But I have not received any response from their side. They are not providing any care to the complaints submitted by their customers. Please do the needful in the matter. Either get me provide all accessories or get it refund.

                              I HAD PURCHASED TWO SANCDISK 8 GB PENDRIVES FROM TRADUS ON 10.12.2010 AFTER GOING THROUGH OFFER GIVEN IN HDFC BANK SITE WHICH STATED THAT IF PAID THROUGH HDFC CREDIT CARDS, BUYER WILL GET 10% DISCOUNT ON LIST PRICE. I MADE PAYMENT THROUGH MY HDFC CREDIT CARD BUT TRADUS DID NOT DEDUCT 10% DISCOUNT FROM FINAL BILL.
                              I HAVE WRITTEN QUITE A FEW MAILS TO TRADUS TO POINT OUT THIS CHEATING BUT THEY ARE GIVING SILLY EXCUSES LIKE I DID NOT PRESS "HDFC BUTTON" WHILE MAKING PAYMENT, WHICH WAS'NT THERE IN ANY CASE.
                              I HAVE WRITTEN TO HDFC BANK ALSO BUT THEY HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS SAYING I HAVE TO DEAL WITH TRADUS.
                              TRADUS IS A BIG CHEATER FOR ONLINE PURCHASES AND I HAVE BEEN THEIR LATEST VICTIM.

                                  Above is the detail of my order. I received the shipment but I am unsatisfied with the product as it seems to be "used one". I had bought the same watch for my brother but since at the showroom they did not had the color of my choice so I opted to buy it online. Now, I see that the watch I bought a month back, its chain is still harder than the watch I bought online via "Tradus" as well at has an old look on it.

                                  Actually, at first I was facing problem in delay of shipment and when I got it it seems that this is the used one.

                                  Is there any any place where I can verify that whether this is used or new and if it is new than why its chain is so loose and why not its chain is covered with plastic lamination as in new.

                                  Can anyone suggest me as to what to do with this.

                                    I got a privileged to share an experience with you all and would request your guidance/thoughts/suggestions on how we can let "Tradus.in" know a meaning of Customer Care or Customer Support because as per my experience with them the employee of tradus.in doesn’t matter to assist with the issue which a customer had faced rather they are more interested to show a door to a customer that they really are not interested what problem you have faced with the goods/services they agreed to provide...

                                    Normally we have seen that whenever you face an issue with the services/service provider...when you call the customer support and explain about the issue...they have format/a sentence to say to every customer that "they apologies about the inconvenience caused....but they can’t do anything" and when you ask about their First Name/Last Name...the answer you will get is "How does that matters to you"...is that mean that the inconvenience we (consumer/customer) have faced due to their services doesn’t really matters to them and they don’t bother whether you lodge a complaint with the consumer court or not.

                                    So here is what happened...

                                    I ordered an Imation drive from Tradus.in by order number ...1109306 for which I have wrongly selected the address from the drop down available on their website...within a few minutes I have sent an email to their customer support that I would need their help to ship the order to a different address for which I got a confirmation from their customer support that “This is to inform you that we have forwarded the request to our specialized department to make a change in shipping address.”

                                    Is the sentence sent by their customer support means that they will do the needful and will change the shipment address to the new address which I have forwarded to them…if you say “Yes” which I thought initially then we all are wrong….even after confirming that by their so called “SPECIALIZED” department they sent the drive to my Hyderabad address on which now no one is available.

                                    So I flew down to Hyderabad to pick the parcel as the courier guy will not find anyone at the address mentioned.

                                    When I reported the incident to the customer support email address (because the intelligent team of tradus have not posted their contact details anywhere on their website) for two days the only thing which I get is an automatic reply from them that they have received my query and they will work on that.

                                    After couple of days, I have received a call from Miss Seeba ( don’t ask about her last name because how does that really matters to a customer (in Seeba’s terms – what she told me on phone) and she claimed to be the only one Seeba in the company – that’s the response I got when I was so polite on the phone explaining her about the issue), she was not at all interested to help/assist…rather she was in hurry to wind up the call as soon as possible, I conveyed that if she can’t help I have another way to get the needed help ….via the consumer court for which I need her last name…Miss Proudy (Seeba) smiled on phone and have said haaa…ahh…how does it matters to you..Why do you need my last name…I am the only Seeba in the company …so you do whatever you want to do …it really doesn’t matters to them at all…

                                    I have spend half of my life in US and UK….and trust me guys…because of the way these (representative like Seeba…replied and assisted on phone)…unfortunately India need another 50 years to actually provide a world class customer support to their customers.

                                    These representative should learn the way Americans assist their customers…they have a hardcoded return policy which says no matter what …if you don’t like the product you can return the product within 30 days or if you are not happy with the services let them know how they can fix it…

                                    Now my question is I have spent 10K to travel to Hyderabad to pick the parcel which Tradus shipped it to the wrong address what options do I have to get that money out from them?

                                    Is customer should bear the cost which a service provided have agreed to provide??
                                    Tradus.in is a great company but representatives like Seeba should get enough training on how to talk and assist their customer…remember Tradus.in…Customer is a King

                                    It’s just a start…if the things will not get changed …you know what damage a customer can do.

                                    The order was placed on 29Nov and by the time we could inform the seller, your order was promptly dispatched on 30Nov.

                                    However, we also tried informing our logistics partner to have it redirected to the alternate address provided by you. Unfortunately, by that time the product had already reached your provided Hyderabad address. It is very common that the customer is sometimes not available and in such cases the product is returned back to origin and subsequently redirected to the alternate address.

                                    You will appreciate we could have very promptly redirected the order to the alternate Bangalore address at no extra cost.

                                    Actually it shows that how fast Tradus is in shipping the goods. And correctly stated
                                    by support team that if customer was not available, goods would have been returned back and re shipped again to new address. Customer was not required to fly to Hyderabad to collect his shipment.

                                    Trust me Mr.Singh, I have online shopping experience with almost all the
                                    sites in India and multiple times.
                                    Tradus still stands apart from all the competition. It's the best I have
                                    experienced.
                                    Indiatimes is also good but sometimes messes up with quality or makes
                                    delay in shipment. Futurebazaar also ok.

                                    Indiaplaza is worst. Rediff is second worst.

                                      with reference to order no 1108327.i have ordered one Guerrilla Trick T-Shirt C-6 Size: M-40 n one tantra t shirt from tradus.in on 29 november.for that i have paid them 544 rs.they have delivered only one guerrila tshirt on 2nd november.on 3rd november the courier person came and asking for the tantra t shirt money 249 Rs.I refuse to give him money since i have paid the full money.the courier person refuse to give the t shirt and he take it back.

                                        This is regarding the online shopping portal tradus.in. They are indulging in malpractice and since this is my second order.The product is not sent to me as per the description in the in the display page about the product. I bought a hard drive from imation of 500gb hdd. On the display it promises the customer a free leather pouch along with the hard drive. But the leather pouch is not delivered till now. Their service is not up to mark.Very shoddy and do a lot of mis selling. Please take action against this site just ban this site forever so that they will not indulge in such a kind of malpractice again.My order number is

                                        They are core cheaters doing mis selling. The CEO along with the employees must be hanged in public place so that no one will do such a crime. Bloodsuckers hardcore criminals. Please not my order number for redressal. Order number is 1105318. Beware send that pouch immediately otherwise get into more touble.

                                        The Courier person had come with only one quantity of the product for which their was a bill for 2 quantities on the package (Order ID: 10879798_01) so did not receive the courier and sent it back, kindly check and revert as soon as possible, did try to contact the seller but was not ready to give any response, and also wanted to inform that tradus being such a big online shoping site should have a customer support number for immediate response.
