    Its already 4 days when i placed a order,(i.e Philips SHE6000/98 In-Ear Headphones), with tradus.in and still the same awaiting status is displaying in tradus.in website for transaction ID 1880643. I request you to please convey my message to them that if they dont have the stock of that particular item (in working condition) then please refund my money.

      The problems is I still havent recieved it and already launch an complaint. They said that they will take 3 working days to re send it, unfortunately I still havent received any feedback from them.
      It is VERY SHAME since I am a FOREIGNER living here in INDIA and it gave a NEGATIVE PERCEPTIONS towards your UNPROFESSIONAL ONLINE SHOPPING.

        I have purchase a mobile from Tradus (online purchase portal) Item Id- 1080555 after payment of product through credit card, but I received that product in damage condition, I inform that through mail of Mr. Parul , CS Executive, Tradus but no any clarification or suggestion received from company side.

          I ordered for a pair of shoes on www.tradus.in last month. The order was for Famozi Cofee-brown shoes of size-9. But,what i got was Famozi blue colored pair with the size-7. I was asked to send back the courier.
          I did it and it charged me Rs.420. The shoes cost is Rs.1530. They said they will credit back the amount.But, they say that i have used the shoes and sent me back the same pair again.

In fact I had informed you in the mail below that I would have been very happy to resolve it in a positive manner for you - I would have asked the seller to ship the correct product rightaway in such case.             I placed an order for a TV, which was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife, on the tradus.in website.

            What was promised: "It will take 5 working days for your order to reach you."

            I wrote half-a-dozen emails to tradus-customer-care, and made calls to the ibibo head office, as tradus do not have a customer care phone no.

            30-June:
            Two calls to ibibo customer care; spoke with [protected]@ibibo customer care; I was told Tradus customer-care will call me back in 18 hours. No calls received.

            Wrote multiple emails to [protected]@ibibogroup.com, rakhi.[protected]@tradus.in, annu.[protected]@tradus.in, asking for delivery confirmation.

            1-Jul-2011:
            No replies to my emails, no promised call from tradus customer-care. All I get is a boiler-plate email saying: "We regret to inform you that the there will be an additional delay of 3 days to deliver your order. "

            I called ibibo head office in Gurgaon, and managed to reach Sunil from Tradus operations team. I explained that it was a gift and I needed it to be delivered ASAP. He promised that it will be dispatched latest by Monday, 04-July, likely before that. He also promised an email from customer care confirming the delivery in 24 hours. He provided me an extension no. where I could reach him.

            2-Jul-2011:
            Tried to call ibibo head office. After multiple attempts, someone who may be a security personnel answered saying that the office is closed on Saturday and will open on Monday.

            No promised call in 24 hours, no response to any of my emails.

            4-Jul-2011:
            I tried calling ibibo head office, tried to get through the extension given to me, to reach Sunil from Tradus operations. Mysteriously, there was no one at that extension with that name. Finally, I asked the operator to connect to someone in Tradus management. Spoke to Suresh Joshi in [protected]@operations. Expressed discontent, and emphasized that this was a gift. He said he could not find my order status, and asked me if he could call back. He called back after one hour, to promised that the order will be dispatched tomorrow, due to an issue with the seller. He said it will take further 5-7 days for it to reach me. I reminded him that what was promised was: "It will take 5 working days for your order to reach you." He disagreed and said they only promise only dispatch to be done in 5 days.

            ---
            After this long and traumatic ordeal, I am looking at waiting another week. I am totally disappointed with tradus and realise it was a mistake to have done business with them.

            -When as a customer I pay tens of thousands of Rupees for an online order, I expect a better service than this.

            -It is strange enough that for an online retail service Tradus does not have a customer care phone number, yet they are loath to answering customer emails. Customers have to track you down through indirect channels like IBIBO head office, Facebook and consumer forums. This is the reality of the TRADUS customer experience!

            -It gives a sense that tradus is not concerned with customer satisfaction, when it takes so long to just do the basics: keep the customer informed about their order.

            -I have spent 6 hours so far tracking down TRADUS! Even if this matter is resolved, I now know that a few hundred Rupees of discounts and the convenience of shopping online, does NOT justify, shopping on TRADUS.IN.

            First of all let me confirm that the product has been dispatched on 5th July 2011 already via AWB # [protected], booked with our courier partner Aramex.

            Secondly my team member had communciated to you on the 1st July about the normal time for dispacth.

            We do not have a call centre operations however, we are glad to help you through our contact centre as & when required.

            In case you have called the head office and you have got an incorrect information I do apologize for that as all officers working at the head office will not have access to your details or database due to security reasons.

            I have also mailed you today to confirm the action taken yesterday night about the dispacth and you may write back to me in case anything else is required by reverting on the same mail.

            I had ordered for HP pendrive on 20th of feb 2012, the product details are below and they delivered wrong product. I complained to customer care the very next day itself but no use at all.
            It is more than 15 days since I gave complaint regarding wrong product delivery. All the answer I got from customer care is "we need some more time". I dont know how much time more they need. Months or years.

            I ask tradus peoploe to give an explanation for the delay. I have been undergone mental torture, waste of my time in calling customer care.
            Guys do not shop with tradus. They are cheaters. I have red lot of problems with the tradus people regarding wrong product delivery and other cheating things.
            My transaction id with tradus is 2756902

            I booked an "Sennheiser Street Line Headphones Mx 170" on 31 May 2012. But without asking me they have cancelled my order. I prepaid on my purchase. I wrote to their customer care also, but till date I have not received any thing from them.

            I want that product.
            I ordered a mobile and got an email that confirmed that the order has been dispatched, however if I track the order, I get to no information, customer care at Aramex tells me that they haven't received the dispatch, could you please look into this as I need my shipment timely.

                I had placed order for Neva shorts on June 5, 2011 (Transaction ID: 1649598) from www.tradus.in After a week, I got mail from [protected]@ibibogroup.com stating items were out of stock and they would refund my amount. I agree. Then after few days, a CC calls and tells me products will be shipped and tracking number will be given. But yet nothing happened. I did not get any tracking number nor I got delivery of items.

                Now when I contact Tradus, they tell me that the product has been delivered. Even after repeated confirmation that I did not receive the items and requesting them for tracking number/proof of delivery, they are not providing me any further info. Now I am at loss, neither I got the items and my money is gone.

                As if this was not enough, my listing of this item has been removed from my Tradus.in online account. I cannot believe Tradus.in would do such a thing. Why my order listing was removed from the site I cannot understand. Is this some new form of cheating/frauding? No proper communication or interested in resolving my grievance. It is now 26 days and nothing has been done. I would request them to solve this issue immediately.

                    I bought a Sandisk 4 GB Pen drive at tradus.in on 11 May 2011 with 100 rupees discount voucher. The amount Rs.205 debited from my account towards this pen drive.My order id 1594568
                    While contacting them they replied on May 18th "We regret to inform you that due to some technical error from our site the product details against the order id:1594568 could not be captured into our system.
                    Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.However, we have forwarded this concern to our technical department and we will update you with the status.Please allow us some time, we shall get back to you in 3 working days."
                    And again no reply regarding this and again asked them but they replied on May 23rd "We would like to inform you that the order id:1589449 has been cancelled as the details of the product could not be captured in our system. Therefore, we have forwarded this case to our finance team to process a refund and the amount would be credited back into your account within next 10 working days".
                    But still now no refund from them and no reply I dont know what to do.

                      I Purchased SLR Camera Nikon from Trdus.in. But the pouch and the 4GB memory card was not delivered by the company.
                      Once i mailed them about this, they replied back saying within 3 days they will check with the status and will let me know. But even after several complaints and mails there is no update in the non-delivery of memory card and pouch which will costs around 3k.

                        The Tradus.in is not reversing the amount which was debited from my credit card due to failed transaction.

                        I have already reported the matter to their customer service but they have still not reversed the amount.
                        When i tried to find the contact no. for the site, i found they don't have any customer care number where any one can contact for any issue.

                        I have found many complaint of harassment against this site on this consumercomplaints.in also.

                        Please beware with this site as you cant contact them if face any problem

                        Today 17/02/2013 i have ordered samsung galaxy grand mobile but my Transaction Rejected or Unsuccessful but the amount was debited.
                        so it's same of your. If you have got refund ? plz help me
                        i'm shopping online on tradus.com but during my payment it's failed so i try to pay again as it;'s showed me failed so i did after three failed payment at the end fourth time it's work and my payment was successful they what happened with my last three failed transactions if it's failed then why it's been debited from my account here is my three failed transactions id and one successful transaction id details,

                          I placed two orders from Tradus.in on 30/04/2011 vide
                          Transaction ID 1574483 Order Date: 30 Apr 2011 Total Price: 1,998.00.
                          Transaction ID: 1570308 Order Date: 27 Apr 2011 Total Price: 449.00.

                          The goods were late for delivery in the first place so 1 followed up them on
                          07/05/2011, 09/05/2011, 11/05/2011 & 14/05/2011. Each time the response was after 24 hours and the reply was the same - "This is being investigated by our special team.

                          After a lot of tussle and feedbacks, order 1570308 was ready to be delivered but I did not accept the delivery as it was late and I had asked them to cancel my order as the good were not actually dispatched. The one thing here is that -
                          - the order on the website mentioned "GOODS DISPATCHED", however the tradus customer care mentioned that this was still with the vendor and would be delivered shortly. So they are purely cheating the customers here, if GOODS are DISPATCHED the order cannot be cancelled!

                          Again, order 1574483 was delivered and I accepted it. This time it was a different story. The qty mentioned on the order, invoice and price was for 2 quantities of the product. But to my SURPRISE there was only one quantity in the package. I immediately highlighted the same to the delivery boy from ARAMEX for Delivery note # [protected]/06-05. Worst was that I had to pay the full amount as thats what the invoice said. He simply said that his responsibility ended at delivery and cash collection. I contacted the customer care team the day itself but once again their "special team" is investigating the issue. They are still investigating the issue and have no clue whats happening. HOW DOES THAT MAKE THEM A "SPECIAL TEAM"!!

                          Since this has happened I have lost my trust in this website and what they say and have vowed not to recommend this site to anyone. Additionally, I will start a facebook page as well where people register their complaints with the site. I am ready to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum by 19/05/2011 if no solution is received on the same. Can anyone help me with the procedure please?

                          Possibly the worst online shopping site. They list an item. You pay for it. After 10 days they tell you the item is out of stock. They take another 10 days to refund the money. I suspect an RBI violation by the scam of holding money and saving on bank interest. RBI should strongly take up the matter with the ibibogroup.

                          In my case I placed an order for a Belking iPad stand. After 10 days I get a mail saying they are refunding the money as they are out of stock. The money got refunded after 7 days. Again I receive a mail saying the item is in stock again and for me to place another order. I do this and make the payment and once again I have received a mail today saying the product is out of stock.

                          Should anyone care to see the chain of correspondence then please ask me.

                            I was trying to book perfumes worth Rs. 3500 on 10-05-11 between 6pm to 7.30pm, but I kept on getting error message that the voucher code given to me NBTRASP1 was not valid. I emailed to tradus and got a reply saying that "We regret to inform you that due to overwhelming response on this promotion we have run out of stock and had to discontinue the promotional vouchers mailed to you".
                            Why did tradus send the vouchers if they did not have the capacity to honour them ?

                              I ordered 2 quantity Juicers from Tradus in a single order. The order was delivered on time. But when I opened the pack, to my surprise I found only one Juicer in the pack. I raised a complaint to Tradus to which they responded that they will give a resolution in 3 days. Not receiving a response after 3 days when I inquired via email they apologized and informed me that they don't have any update from their Logistic department. They asked for some more time to give a resolution. Now after 12 days I did not get any resolution from Tradus. I asked for their Customer Care contact number to which they replied, they don't have contact number and we can contact them only via email. Now they have stopped responding to emails also. I doubt if they are doing any investigation as this is not such a complex case that takes 12 days.

                              I should have checked the online reviews of Tradus before making this purchase. This site is going to spoil the reputation of whole online shopping market and also the other online ventures of IBIBO Group.

                              Please help me to get the refund.

                                i had ordered a back pack bag of adidas. the item delivered by courier and we made the payment according to bill of bag. after opening the packet we got a pen drive in place of bag. we complaint about this, company sent a courier to pick the pen drive and as per them they will deliver the bag only after receipt of pen drive.

                                what is this, customer is suffering due to their mistake. i will never deal with TRADUS in future.

                                I had ordered a laptop back pack bag of Giordano. In place of the Latop bag I got a Travel Gear back back. On complaint about this, company has aranged a courier to pick the the same and as per them they will deliver the bag only after receipt of delivered item.

                                My sugesstion would be why not deliver the correct good and take back the faulty delivered one.

                                And why dont you guys call back the customer regarding the same, I would have purchased the travell gear as well as it was really nice one.

                                I had ordered Toyota logo non slip mat for car from tradus.com, as I have a Toyota car. For which the order id was #10908809_01. But they delivered me a mat with BMW logo, which is a different product. They also sent the item by cutting its original packing to make it fit into a small box for shipping. By this way they sent me item in unsealed condition. This act is very unprofessional.
                                I posted a product review on the tradus.com website mentioning this whole incident. But they did not make it public. They deleted my review, in which I gave the seller only one star rating. It seems that they are saving their bad supplier or even the supplier is doing this with their consent. This is giving a message that this website is not trust worthy. I have also written to [protected]@tradus.com, but yet to receive any response, other than auto generated response mail.

                                  Order number 1552915, it is a Samsung E-2550. Payment done by credit card, but the item is not delivered. Not replying mails also. When contacted customer care (ibibo group) they told it is not possible to talk with tradus. It is quite clear that the business is fraud, they have not kept any customer care number also. Its a great experience that such a big group have started fraud business. Recommend not to buy anything from www.tradus.in

                                    I had ordered an Phone VoxV7Mobile on 20/04/2011. Got the mobile delivered on 26/04/2011. The phone came in an regular carton . It was wrapped in thermacol. The box of the phone was not sealed . The phone already has scratches over it . It has details of calls made from it . It has even messages in the inbox . I want a new a phone or money back . The cost of the phone is 1799. Paid by credit card .

                                      You had a call with me yesterday & I've said I want complete money refund.of Rs.15, 490/-.
                                      I first want the money to be credited into my account then the LCD to be picked up.
                                      It's been mental torture & I have wasted a lot of money calling moserbaer & tradus (always rejects phone).
                                      Tradus should refund full amount and pay compensation for delay in service, my phone calls & for the pain given to me.
                                      Purchased LCD from www.tradus.in on 6th March 2011.
                                      Billed by Livewire (Xelerate), Gurgaon dated 14th March 2011.
                                      LCD delivered to me on 16th March 2011.
                                      Found stuck red pixel on LCD.
                                      Complained to Moserbaer on the same day.
                                      Got replacement on 14th April 2011 after more than a wait of one month, & found out that the LCD was a used one with scratches on the panel. HDMI 1 Port not working, switches off after 4-5 hours o[censored]se & starts only the next day.
                                      Although I asked for refund again on 26th April 2011 again got a replacement with defective LCD, green stuck pixel.

                                      Not interested in replacement now, I want my full money refund.
                                      After refunding the money in my account then only I will allow the LCD to be picked up.

                                      Just been a waste of my time & money on phone calls !

                                        I even Went to Blur-Dart, as in case they haven't called me, but they had zero clue about it. Can you give me your number only so that I can call you, in case you are out of balance.This might be the Last message to you, next time I might be going to message/call to some one else.


                                        They replied Today:
                                        This is to inform you that we have forwarded your concern against order id 1468965 to our logistic partner for further investigation. We will update you with the status.
                                        Please provide some time and we shall get back to you in 3 working days

                                        How many times you will forwarded it logistic partner for further investigation. I would like to talk to you, Please forward me your Phone number or the number of your boss, in case you are not the only boss.

                                        At Last I'm here filing official case against it at consumercomplaints, also ibibo.com will be notified for the same in complaint.

                                        He is not only killing the time but also Generating great frustration. Though I'm now thinking of taking help of some Lawyer to draft my petition and sending Legal notice to the company.

                                        I had order the Product on 22nd March, Today is 11th April, he is just Fooling me around.
