    I had placed an order with TRADUS.

    Order ID : 4754796
    Sub Order Id: 4882979

    But even after 15 days of placing the order, the item has not even been dispatched also. (And they promise to deliver in 5 days !!! ) I have already sent about 5-6 emails to them. But thanks to their ignorant, useless customer care, no replies were received by me. In one line if I had to say, then I would say, TRADUS is the worst shopping site ever. Never shop from this website. They will take your money and will never reply to you. Although I have asked for a refund, let's see whether I get a reply or not.

        I purchased from tradus on 24-August 2012.But still now they are not able to deliver the item,also they are not giving me any legitimate reply regarding this.Even after 20 days from purchase they can't deliver the item means their is some thing wrong with tradus. So these types of fake Online shopping sites should be banned.

          I have order this camera from tradus online shopping on 31st aug 2012 (as told by the dealer upto 5-7 days the order will be placed) but till date I haven't received my goods neither any1 has contacted me for my order.I already put 3 mail at customer care but they didn't responded. Still have not responded to my request. No call from there customer care.
          Till date (12 sep. 2012) no response from tradus on email, lastly I found tradus customer care no. [protected]. After calling they say it is a fault of seller. I cancelled my order. - Deveshkumar - Pune - Mob. [protected]

            I had ordered a Strontium 8GB Pen Drive by Sub Order ID.4489977 from www.tradus.com by paying online through internet banking on[protected]. When said product was not delivered to me until 10 days, I approached courier company with provided Tracking No. and I came to know that the parcel had been lost by courier boy during delivery.

            I informed tradus about the matter and requested them to coordinate with courier company to short-out the matter and meanwhile requested them to re-dispatch the item or refund the amount.

            It is almost 13 days of my complain to Tradus but I have not received any response from them, only auto response email is received from them.

            I want to alert all online buyers for not to purchase anything from www.tradus.com because they are not taking before & after sales service, even they have no any phone number to speak with them.

            Once again I request all online buyers to take some short survey of whichever website you are buying from.

            I request to "complaintboard" to take up the matter with tradus on behalf of me to short-out the matter.

            I am dealing with tradus.com since 1 year and I am very happy with this. I purchased many items which were delivered by various sellers attached to tradus.com. At some times when seller failed to send the item tradus.com refunded my amount in due time. what we paid is safe with tradus.com as they pay to seller only after we confirmed the delivery of ordered items else they refund us back. Very nice website for online purchase. I recommend it to all.

                On 29th August 2012, I have received one handsfree kit - Callmate I Phone 3.5 Metal High Quality Hand Free Kit (Order no. 371314) but it's a faulty one (it's Mic is not working), I wrote to customer care of Tradus but mails bounced back. Hence, i tried to mention the complaint through Facebook but they blocked me and no action is been taken yet. Please help, as this ways customers will get cheated by such Fraud Companies.

                    This is with respect to my Order ID : 4382849 Sub Order Id: 4446654, I had placed on order on Tradus.com which was shipped on 27th August 2012. Based on courier site the shipment as of 29th is still in Gurgaon and not been dispatched to Mumbai. The reason provided is that I will wait till the time courier has a full load of shipments for Mumbai to dispatch. There is no expected delivery date mentioned on courier site neither does it clarify what is the next location/step of the shipment. The service type mentioned for the AWB is on courier site is Overnight Parcel, if the service is overnight when the the night be over for you? The item was handed over to courier on 27th August, do you any professional ethics of providing services to your customers or are you just interested in making ridiculous policies and following them??

                    I have already requested you to provide the delivery by 31st August and haven't heard back.

                    Upon calling your call center to pressurize the courier company for delivery, the customer care agent tells me, 'Sir, isme humara kya fayda hai'

                    Please provide an ETA of the shipment asap.

                    This is with respect to my AWB number [protected], I had placed on order on Tradus.com which was shipped on 27th August 2012.                         I have tried to purchase San Disk 8GB Combo(8GB+8GB=2 pieces) for Rs.553 (including a shipping fee of 25Rs ) on 21 Aug 2012.They deducted the amount from the bank. But transaction failed without showing transaction id. I have contacted the customer care through mail. But only system generated mail came in response. Then today on Aug 24,2012 i tried to purchase 3 T-shirts for Rs.399 with transaction id:4402930 ...as usual the same thing mentioned above happened.I completely lost my patience and depressed. My Money gone to their pockets :( . Oneday their office will be attacked by mob like me who are all lost their money.

                        NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT......COMPLETELY FRAUD WEBSITE.....HAVE TO BE BANNED.....

                          Tradus website was clear when it offered a combo offer of two 8GB micro sd along with All in one card reader that reads MS, SD, SDHC, MMC, RSMMC, but what was delivered was two 8 gb micro sd and an an ordinary TF card reader that reads micro sd only. I do not want this.

                          I have be following up with them through several mails but there is no response. It is very annoying when you are delivered something inferior to what what was ordered. I have not had such experiences while buying items at TRADUS.

                          I am even attached the pictures of the so called 'all in one card reader' (for your visual confirmation) that was delivered to me. This clearly shows what this reader is capable of.

                          I requested for replacement or refund if replacement is not possible. There has been no response whatsoever.

                          Please advise at the earliest.

                            This was my first time shopping withe TRADUS.IN. I placed thee order for a sandisk 8 GB microSD card (order # 4076197) on 30the July.2012 . I was waiting for thee order to be delivered.
                            After 7 days, when I checked my order,it says it is delivered but in actual it was not delivered. I contacted withe theeir shipping partner Aramex after continuous followup withe bothe of theem for 7 days, Aramex confirmed theat it was delivered to some wrong address (very shocking - according to theem it was delivered in otheer state) & now theey shipped back to shipper i.e Tradus.

                            Now Follow up started withe Tradus, after 3-4 followup calls theey admitted & told me theat theey can't ship thee product again & will refund my amount. Today on 22 Aug 2012, 7 days passed but theey are not even botheered to refund my money. Followup on e mails & calls is still continued but as i mentioned theey are a second name of patheetic services & for theem customer is notheing & has no value once he/she placed thee order.

                            It is interesting theat to get a 216 Rs refund I wasted almost 100 Rs on phone calls & valuable time.

                            Plz beware of thee patheetic service theat Tradus.in is providing.And I am not going to buy any product from now on from Tradus and would like to make people around me know about theis so theat theey also don't do theis mistake.

                            I am pretty sure withe theis kind of services thee business wont survive long... Wish you good luck

                              I tried placing an order from Tradus.com and ordered an Antivirus package

                              http://www.tradus.com/bitdefender-internet-security-2012-ttkd3-3-users-antivirus...

                              I choose to make the payment through the Credit Card and was charged Rs.583.00 for the package. After confirmation of the payment, the order details were not reflected in the email that was provided while registering.

                              I sent an email to the customer service, till now no response and when i call them, they provide the phone number which no one responds.

                              FRAUD WEBSITE.......I really need the refund for this.

                                I think both r fake. one piece didn't get switches on. another piece get switched on but gone dead after 5 minutes. the image quality is like vga cam. I think they are sending fake products. now both r not working.
                                customer care is also very worst. no phone numbers .cheating company.I need full money refund. or good replacement.

                                I have ordered for item Code 3061, Camcorder on 21 Dec 08 on BOBCARD, and immediately after half an hour, the order was
                                cancelled and ordered for another Camcorder of Rs.4999/-
                                on VPP system. But, the amount of item no.3061 Camcorder is debited to my BOBCARD. I have given the complaint by helpline.
                                Request to credit back to the amount to my BOBCARD immediately. This action is showing your negligence.

                                  i am attaching the printshot of the Products which will bring a lot fo Shame and harassment to Tradus.com

                                  Last week I placed order for a product, :Lock And Seal Airtight Container Set Of 3 - LS4", which was mentioned for Rs 787/- but the Trus was offerng discount and offering it for 432/-

                                  The Tiffens had MRP stickers below them, which read as 152/-, and 85/- and smallest Read as 65/-
                                  which makes the total as around 260/-

                                  But just see how much traud is cheating people, they are selling this for 787/- which is almost 3 times the price and then folling cxustomers with 45% discount...

                                  Please find the attachment of screen shot for the same...
                                  I still have kept Copy of the order places and Show it to my Friends, all i can do is make fun of Tradus and ensure none of my friends go there to Shop.


                                  The second product which was ordered from them was TUPPERWARE
                                  which never reached me inspite of reminders,,

                                  SO IN SHORT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THE PRODUCT WILL EVER REACH YOU..

                                  WHAT IS SMART FROM TRADUS.IN IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MOBILE NO OR PHONE NO UPLOADED ON IT...

                                    I paid using HDFC net banking and kept the page open for quite sometime as the website said don't close window till Tradus is processing the order. Now in my HDFC account the amount has been deducted. Please see the transaction that is shown in my account summary.

                                    Yet I did not receive any online confirmation or there has been no mail regarding order and it has yet not been delivered or informed about.

                                    I didn't expect this to happen with your website as it seems to be trustworthy and always have recommended people to visit and buy as there is very good collection of things. But I am in a shock to see such kind of response. Also tried calling customer care, ibibo contact number but yet no help provided and no one picks the customer care number.

                                    Please reply soon and deliver my order as its already been quite some days now and help me to maintain trust and do future transactions with Tradus.

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i want to cancel the Order - 4167036 placed by me on 8-8-2012 due to some personal problem on Tradus.com website. I dont want to have this order as i am leaving the country permanently on 3rd of september. I had requested via link "CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION" for this order on numerous occassions but have not receive any updates on the same. I had placed the request for cancellation on the same day i ordered i.e. well before dispatch. Yesterday i had received the mail from the company stating that my order is authorized and may dispatch in 5-6 days which i dont want it to happen as i opted for order cancellation.

                                      I am not getting any information on my request from Tradus side and stuck in between as i had already paid via credit card. The product was out of stock but still order was placed and didnt knew how? Since there no way to contact them i.e np number nothing except mail through their website which i have tried on numerous occassions but no replies whatsoever. Also there was one option under my account in Tradus.com i.e "Cancellation/Modification" and placed my request for the cancellation on numerous ocassions as well but as usual no response from the seller.

                                      Hope you understand my concerns and help me on the same.

                                      Also i am attaching the mails i forwarded for cancellations.

                                      Q) I had ordered my product few days back but haven’t received my product, what should I do?
                                      A) You may check your order status on http://www.tradus.com/my_profile?tab=0 "My Order History" page. You may see order status as
                                      "Pending Dispatch", you will see a "Dispatch By" date mentioned.
                                      In case your order has been dispatched, you will see the dispatch date and the courier tracking number. Generally the courier partner
                                      delivers the orders in 3-5 working days (depending on the seller & your location). You may check the exact courier status on the courier
                                      site.
                                      Q) How do I find out my order history page?
                                      A) You would find "My Tradus" link on top left corner of our home page, click there and you would find the "My Order History" link.
                                      Q) I want to cancel my order / return the product.
                                      A) We have 15 day return policy. Please be assured that we are here to help you & would help you cancel / return the order & refund the
                                      money. You may experience some delays and we would request you to kindly co-operate. Once again we assure you that your money is
                                      safe.
                                      Q) I haven’t received eXtrabucks.

                                        I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 from Tradus.com (they even have tradus.in and ibibo.com) on 01 Aug 12.

                                        They immediately debited my a/c. On 03 Aug 12, I got a call from the actual seller (MyZingo.com or BuyThePrice.com which also looks like another sham bam company in Hyderabad that they don't have the color I ordered. They only have a white. I compromised considering the urgency and agreed to take a white color which they said would be dispatched by 04 Aug 12. Again I contacted tradus.com on 06 Aug that the product wasnt dispatched and they kept LYING THrough their teeth that it was dispatched. finally on 08 Aug they said they haven't even dispatched and don't know when they can (because they are just BROKERS and have no inventory).

                                        So my suggestion is that stay away from such brokers who have just invested 5k in a website and depend on sub brokers who further depend on brokers. It's best to pay 200-500 more than rely on such scamsters.
