AIRTEL confirmed that sim of mobile [protected] HAS distorted since last week of dece, 20. This number is connected to my PAN Card, ADHAR Card, EPF, Pension Besides BANK.
I authorised my daughter who is in India to approach AIRTEL Branch CROSSING REPUBLIK from where the sim was issued to get duplicate sim . She carried all my ID Proofs, Address Proof and Passport but they said I should Air travel to India to get duplicate sim.

I am shocked what to do Every govt agency will blame me that I am disobeying to their call on the above number.
I could not verify my identity for IT Return.

I am ready to appear before Airtel Global Partner in Jordan "umniah" IF They need.

Kindly order Airtel to issue SIM so that my above number can be active. I am in serious trouble because the above number is noted everywhere in the GOVT. I will be defaulter in eyes of law because of Airtel.

    Dear Sir, Madam

    I am in international roaming and stuck in a lock down overseas. My SIM stopped working and Airtel is not giving duplicate SIM even after providing all required documents.

    My Airtel mobile:[protected]

    Airtel customer service is very poor and they are giving 0 complaints ad in TV. Please ask Airtel to stop that ad immediately since they are failing to resolve their tickets even after 40 days of compliant.

    Its a pathetic service. Airtel management should be shame of their service and close shutters if they don't want to provide basic customer service.

      Given the fact that in the present scenario, mobile connectivity and number has gained so much importance and has proved to be a lifeline for all the healthcare workers at this critical time of COVID Pandemic. Stoppage or disconnection of such services by its service provider is not only unprofessional behavior / harassment but also AMOUNTING TO TOTAL VIOLATIONS OF PANDEMIC 2020 ACT. It can have serious personal and financial implications and hardship to several patients / hospitals needing urgent and lifesaving communications.
      Sir, I had a family Plan with [protected] as primary number and [protected] and [protected] as added secondary numbers. All the bills for the said family plans were paid online as per the bills and there were no dues at any time. (Bills for Sept – Oct and Oct- Nov pasted as below)
      Total payable for [protected] was only Rs. 424 for other numbers in the family plan [protected] and [protected] collectively was Rs. 1782/- and I did pay Rs. 2102.76 inclusive of all Taxes.

      This is to draw your attention to the cheating, harassment and unprofessional behavior amounting to total violations of pandemic 2020 act gross high handedness, rowdy, unprofessional behavior / harassment and disconnection of mobile services of a Senior Citizen, a Specialist Doctor working endlessly for COVID CARE:

      Given the fact that in the present scenario, mobile connectivity and number has gained so much importance and has proved to be a lifeline for all the healthcare workers at this critical time of COVID Pandemic. Stoppage or disconnection of such services by its service provider is not only unprofessional behavior / harassment but also AMOUNTING TO TOTAL VIOLATIONS OF PANDEMIC 2020 ACT.       Total payable for [protected] was only Rs. 424 for other numbers in the family plan [protected] and [protected] collectively was Rs. 1782/- and I did pay Rs. 2102.76 inclusive of all Taxes.

      As per the bill for the period from 26th Oct to 25th Nov. 2020, Total payable for [protected] was only Rs. 399/- and for other numbers in the said family plan for [protected] and [protected] collectively was Rs. 468.81 inclusive of Taxes. Due to issues with Net banking and to pay within the stipulated period, I personally visited the Air Tel Gallery located near Century Bazar, Prabhadevi and paid Rs. 665/- in cash, as per the bill pasted below for the period of 26th Oct to 25th Nov. 2020, clearing all the extra chargeable amount/arrears on account of Porting out of the [protected] and [protected] and to my surprise the Agent refused to either offer the breakup of these charges or issue a receipt towards the said cash payment on the pretext that it will be uploaded in the system.

      It is worth noting that as per the last updated bill BM2127/[protected] THE BILL PERIOD WAS FROM 26th Oct to 25th Nov. 2020, WHILE THE PORTING REQUEST FOR THE SAID MADE ON 14th Oct. 2020 immediately after the payments of Rs. 1419.54 through Net Banking. The copy of the bank Statement confirming online payment is;

      It is further to draw your attention that I had ported my said [protected] number from Air Tel to Jio due to poor Services and Network at the Hospital and as per the bill raised by the Jio dated 14th November 2020 a bill for the period of 14th October to 13th November 2020, an amount Rs. 182.42 was raised and was paid by me online through the Net Banking. (copy of the Bill Annexed)

      It is further to draw your attention that the said [protected] number was ported out to Jio Network which was confirmed by JIO vide an e-Mail dated 3rd November 2020 and I quote:

      2. Go to Settings - Sim Cards & Mobile Networks and set Data Preference to Sim 1 and network mode to 4G/LTE.
      3. Set "Data Roaming" as "On/Always" to experience seamless data experience across the country.

      After sorting out the issue of corrupted Sim Card (I had personally visited the Jio Service Centre located Opp. Siddhi Vinayak Temple and uploaded my ID including Adhaar Card + Pan card), and finally my Sim Card got activated only on 15th November 2020. I further received:

      Thereafter, I have been regularly paying all my dues as per the bills raised by the JIO i.e. Rs. 240.72 on 17th Nov. 2020 and Rs. 547.52 on 28th Dec. 2020 and Rs. 159.3 on 1st January 2021

      In view of the above facts, it is clear that I have been paying all my dues as per the billed amount and with due care with any breaks.

      I also updated my ID proofs i.e. Pan Card / Adhaar Card at the time activation of the ported Numbers. I had personally visited the Jio Service Centre, located opp. Siddhi Vinayak Temple at Prabhadevi Mumbai and the Agent uploaded my ID proofs like the Pan Card / Adhaar Card.

      I did receive a SMS from Jio “On your number [protected] there is an overdue of Rs. 92.31 with AIRTEL. As per MNP regulation, services to number will be restricted on Jio network if this outstanding amount is not cleared immediately.

      Click [www.jio.com/r/nY2RE2yp4]www.jio.com/r/nY2RE2yp4 to make the payment of the outstanding amount at the earliest. Please share the payment details with us by calling at 199.

      I did make the due payments immediately through the link provided using Net banking with HDFC Bank and I received below confirmation:

      As there was no option of paying the decibel point and 31 Paisa being less than 50 Paisa, I rounded up to Rs.92.00 only.

      Thereafter, I tried several times to call on 199 to update the information on the payments made, but it was only a recorded message and there were no options to update the payments made. It is a ridiculous way of harassing customers by giving a number to call which does not have the correct options. Please it is worth noting that I had complied with all the requirements and made payments on the link provided by the message despite the fact that there was no due pending and once again to confirm that I had paid up completely before the porting request and did not use any service until the porting was completed.

      I received a Call from the Appellate Authority Air Tel mentioning that the link provided for the said payment was wrong and they did not receive the said payment. I really wonder how the Jio Network can share wrong link for payment and then has audacity and with malicious intensions to harass and squeeze customers using unfair means. It also amounts to CHEATING, HARASSMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR and TOTAL VIOLATIONS OF PANDAMIC 2020 ACT.

      Following my several requests and reminder, I received an e-Mail as:

      I understand you have cleared the outstanding dues with your previous operator.

      In order to reactivate the same number:

      1. You are requested to visit nearest Jio Store with original Aadhaar or POA and POI along with disconnected SIM Card
      2. Re-activation of your disconnected number will required validation from Vodafone which will take 24 Hrs to 72 Hrs.

      Post validation from Vodafone, your number will be re-activation. Please note re-activation request can be initiated only within 60 Days from the date of disconnection.

      It is highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of the Jio team to send me such message with incorrect link and a non-functional number for uploading the payment details and their action discontinuing the services of a Medical Professional whose services are needed 24X7 during the current COVID CRISIS,

      I really wonder and challenge that how any of the Service provider can take a decision to suspend services of a Medical Service provider without attending to several calls made to 199 from the concerned Number. Are these regulators are not Governed by any ethics and just there to harass and squeeze the customers.

      Also having uploaded the Adhaar + Pan Card have been uploaded several times in Airtel + Jio your system, why I am made to reach out to the Service Centre for re-activation of the Services. Why can’t any agent visit my residence to comply with the requirements? (Even Police reaches out to Senior Citizens rather than calling them to Police Station)

      Under the circumstances, I demand an unconditional apology, immediate restoration of my services, failing which to pay a compensation @ Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousands) per day of the discontinued services and Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (One Lac) towards mental and physical harassment and agony.

          Hello. I have a secondary number that's associated with Jio. I decided to shift it to a different network since I can use it as a backup number when my primary network is unavailable by putting a minimal amount in it. Now the active plan expired and I decided to recharge it with ₹10 so that I can send a PORT OUT message, except that Jio doesn't let me send SMS with minimal amount and wants "an active plan".

          When I checked for the minimal active plan cost, it shows me ₹149. But when I go to recharge this amount it shows that I need to pay additional ₹99 which makes it a total of ₹248 just to PORT out. This is extortion and I am surprised you've enabled Reliance Jio Infocomm to do this. Are you even an independent body capable of regulating anymore? Please force all network providers to allow PORT out on request FREE of cost. I should be able to PORT OUT without having to pay for a service if I so choose!

            This is to request you that my name is Amit Vyas using number [protected] I am getting regular and continuous calls from the company (Cashwin) from random numbers few are mentioned below-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. The executive askes me to call a person who has taken a loan from them and mentioned my number in reference without my knowledge even the company did not verify me before using my number as reference.Being a working professional I have to entertain calls from unknown numbers and maximum time I am getting calls from cashwin executives.
            I requested them too to remove my number to stop calls, in reply they said we are unable to reach them but since you are reachable we will call you only.
            This is something very frustrating and killing my productive time even due to this I have missed one of my job opportunity which cost me 3, 00, 000/- I request you please take action against same and compensate my loss.

              I was requested through mail and personally visited to Asha communication Korba Shop no C-3 TP NAgar New bus stand Korba (C.G) 495677 for disconnect my idea number [protected] on 23.10.2020 and deposited RS.400/- dues on the same day.(copy Enclosed)

              It is mentioned that suddenly Called from VI for Pending of bill and mentally harassed by the Customer care department repetedly calling on my number[protected].

              I already Disconnected idea number [protected] on 23.10.2020.

              it also informed you that i talked to Asha communication Korba Shop no C-3 TP NAgar New bus stand Korba (C.G) 495677 for disconnect my idea number [protected] on 23.10.2020 and tey replied that u have to pay Rs.700 more for disconnection of your number.

              This is the way the Mobile company are cheated and looted to the innocent customer.

              Please may kindly look in to the matter and resolved the issue immediately

                Since August 2020 I have been complaining about the dead landline phones 22055699 & 22444369, but till date no one has come to resolve my complain.
                Without using the phones, I have been made to pay the telephone bills.

                  I have registered many complaints about not getting data in Airtel 4G network in Airtel app & customer care number. No one replied and enquired back to me. I have been complaining about this issue for 1 year. Problem is still unsolved.

                    Videocon D2h activating addons without my knowledge and looting my money. For the second time, they activated D2H India Cricket English HD addon and debited the money from my account.

                    I sent an email to them on Nov 18 to deactivate the addon and they replied it will be removed after 4 days when the lock-in period completes. Again they activated the pack in December and debited the money from my account.

                    I clearly stated to them (emailed them on Dec 15 and 27) that I didn't place a request for the pack and it has been activated without my request. But they singing the old song that it will be removed after the lockin period.

                    Can you please look into the issue?

                      My wife has a airtel connection and it wasn't working for 4 months since May '20 and we tried all options of 121 email and customer care and also raised complaints thru App. But nothing worked and I stopped paying bills. Now I called 121 they asked me to pay the bill for sept, oct and nov and change the sim. After doing all this and giving the documents still now they are saying that doc is having husband name and not father name. this is despite giving aadhar as proof of document.

                      This is yesterday and today morning story and above is yesterday morning story.

                      The only shameless answer is provide document given at time of buying sim, this is done 12 years ago. Now I have given aadhar but they want old document which is of old address.

                      Don't they any sense, but all this process don't apply for taking money from me. Even yesterday I paid 1411/-.

                        My wife has a airtel connection and it wasn't working for 4 months since May '20 and we tried all options of 121 email and customer care and also raised complaints thru App. But nothing worked and I stopped paying bills. Now I called 121 they asked me to pay the bill for sept, oct and nov and change the sim. After doing all this and giving the documents still now they are saying that doc is having husband name and not father name. this is despite giving aadhar as proof of document.

                          I want my number [protected] to exit from family plan.I raised my request on 17.12 2020.For this I have paid my bill on 17.12.2020.For verification of my address your people are reaching to my permanent address at kanpur.I have applied all my mobile number from my working place of DR RML HOSPITAL LUCKNOW.Why you people have not reached to my address when customer applied to a specific plan?You people are harassing customers.I am having all my numbers of family plan to the same address at lucknow plus landline and internet(fixed line) of airtel.It is so funny to find its customer on its permanent address.Should I travel to my permanent address to verify it.Why this procdure is not adapted for providing any sim, fixed line or internet service.

                              I am M Sudhakar has been using JIO Fibre Connection bearing no.[protected] for the last one and half year. As I have shifted my residence to a new location. I have requested for Uninstallation of Jio fibre connection and refund the deposit amount. Its already 3 months completed and still the uninstallation did not happen. I have spoken a number of time with the jio help line representative and also dropped may mails to them but nothing has happened. I also said that i will report the matter to TRAI but they never cared. As there is no avenue to redressal of my complain I have approached you for your kind intervention and resolution there on. Awaiting a favourable resolution from you.

                                I am not receiving SMSs from any number since 15th November 2020. Until now, Airtel has not provided any resolution to my complaint.

                                  On last 29.11.2020, I made online recharge (General Top Up) for Rs.44/-(Rupees forty four only) for the said mobile . Recharge was successful, the reference no. being PGSM[protected] and the credit was confirmed from their end viz., BSNL via message . But, the irony is that it has not yet been reflected in the balance, though nine days have already passed since then .

                                  Requested pls look into the matter & take necessary step for resolve of the issue at the earliest .

                                    We live in J P Nagar 8 th Phase, T K Deepak Layout. Which is a residential area with more than 500 families residing. There is a cluster of Mobile Towers (Vodafone) on top of our neighboring building.
                                    Considering the health hazards caused by the mobile tower not just to these families but also to the children who come to the primary school within 100 mtr radius of this house building, request you to get the mobile tower removed at the earliest.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection mobile network is down from the last 5 month. We have made several calls on your customer care number but no one answered our calls. As you know In our area approxmity 3000 customer using your internet and mobile sim services and some university student and job holder and most of my work is done online and for that, they need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business. Even if we have a medical emergency it's very difficult to have contact and fetch a help on the time of crisis.

                                        This issue is brought to your notice by *Bhau* *Foundation*, we work on local issue of Pratiksha Nagar, Sion.

                                        You need a proper customer service department. We always pay my dues within time and still, we have to face such issues. It would be highly appreciated if you respond you our complaint as soon as possible.
