This the complaint against mobile tower installation in residency area. All neighbour are saying to owner of house mr rb singh address is jamshedpur adityapur2 road no 10 infront of gaytri mandir pin code is 831013 please don't install tower as house build on only residential purpose. But he is not agree person is saying he is capable for trouble or against people. Tower installation work on 2nd manjil which is harmful for all the neighbour s.
Request you to take the action at your end or cancel the permission for mobile tower installation.

    I am using vodafone sim since last more than 10 years. When i registered for auto pay, i got receipt. I was surprise that account holder name mentioned for my mobile number is different person where as the monthly bill is on my name only. How is it possible? Does it means your mobile number account holder might be different person?

    Don't you think this is very sensitive in view of the country's security? Anyone can purchase fake sim cards and use for any illegal activities. Although adhar is also mandatory but these cellular companies can provide sim cards with anyone name to anyone since they have large database at their end.

      I had taken washing machine through bajaj finance in 2012 and complete all liabilities in 2013.

      As i was a customer of bajaj finance in the past, due to this my number is in your system.

      My problem is i am getting daily at least 10 calls for personal loan from bajaj fiancé, i have told many of call center persons to remove my number from calling list.

      I have also blocked at least hundreds of your call center numbers, i have also registered myself for dnd.

      I had requested to remove my number from your twitter handle in the past, but again aggressive calling from your call center have started.

      I am being harassed and being forced to avail unwanted service and my time and energy is being wasted in attending unwanted calls.

      I am requesting bajaj finance management to ensure no call of any kind should come to my mobile number [protected].

      I am fed up with reply to your center calls, which is calling again and again on daily basis.

      Please remove my number from calling list, otherwise i will be forced to take up legal action for continues harassment and forced calling by you.

        Here is my horrible experience with videocon d2h:

        About my complaint that i raised on for the "no power" setup box issue.

        I have called the customer care, and raised the complaint, and a technician was assigned to fix it. Technician called next day morning, and i have explained him the issue. He suspected that the setup box is gone, and needs replacement. I said ok, and he hasgiven me the options to replace.

        Normal set up box he claimed it to be 1000/-, whereas customer care informed me that it's only 450/-. Which i said ok and let's go with simple setup box. Technician has arrived in the morning, and installed the setup box, the channels did not come through, and he said it is due to the server down time, and might take 40 mins, and he then collected 1000/- and flee. I waited till evening, no channels were coming in. I called the technician, he came back after multiple calls, and said the box is faulty and need to replace again, he went back to office and bought another box and installed it. This time the channels are activated, but no channels for which i paid 1000/-.

        He left the location saying he would activate this by going to office, and he left the place.

        It's been 6 days, and i still could not watch the channels which i paid for.

        I called customer care next day morning, and they have no clue and say that technician needs to close the complaint, only then they could know if that is box or not, because whenever i access channel it says"this setup box does not support channels"

        I think it's ridiculous to know that even customer care has no idea about which box has been replaced, even after the box is activated on my account.

        Overall it has been a pathetic and awful service from videocon d2h.

          My airtel dth connection is mot working since morning and i gave multiple call to customer care and technician but not received any proper response. I am really not happy the way airtel is handling their customers concerns.

              Dear trai,

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id is[protected]. Since from last 3 to 4 years, i am facing lot of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, balance deductions still now.

              Fresh incident is regarding my picture not coming in my tv already recharge 1 year pack for which i should get services for 365 days but thay r not resolved issue. Again i have complained to their phone & email id' [protected]@d2h.com @d2h.com, sarbani. [protected]@dishd2h.com,
              Nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com, [protected]@d2h.com, [protected]@d2hdesk.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of march-2020 also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                Sir, my name is manju. C. K working in intelligence bureau as assistant central intelligence officer. I had applied for a new asianet broadband connection some weeks back (Ref no. 192870). When consulted for the status, it has been revealed that rj11 cable shortage for the last 2 months. My son is studying in 12th std cbse board. I think u can understand the situation why i applied for a new connection. Furthermore my husband is an employee of crpf and posted in bangalore. I would reqst ur immediate intervention and do the needful. It is further added that even though i have a bsnl broad band in my phone no[protected] connection is not up to date as such difficulty being faced and even cable of fttp of bsnl is also not there in our area, however asianet cable is there in my villas project and my house behind mine is having internet i am not able to understand why i am not able to get connection. Pse look into and take immediate action in this regard

                  Hi,

                  I have been using Videocon D2h for quite a long time. I never had issues till 2017. But below are the three incidents which I never expect from them -

                  1 In 2018 I took a secondary connection and after using for a year I had to suspend my secondary connection for 3 months due to house repairing. As per the standard process, I had called to the Videocon D2h customer care and requested them to suspend the same. They confirmed that it was suspended. But my monthly consumption did not get reduced. I called the customer care again to confirm the status and they said that there were no start date/end date mentioned in the request due to which it did not work. I requested again to suspend the secondary set top box. Unfortunately the next month I had to pay the same bill. It did not reduce. I could not call immediately as I was under impression that the suppression may take longer time but nothing got changed and I was keep on paying the extra amounts and decided to discontinuing with the secondary set top box. I called and requested to disable my secondary account.

                  But as I spent extra amount without using the facility, I wanted to know the reason of multiple failure. I called to the Videocon D2h customer care and came to know that the person taking the request from their side missed to put some values due to which it did not reflect in the system. Then I wanted to talk to the senior member and wanted to inform about the casualty. But it was very fine with him and he wanted to take another request for the same issue. I got very upset and asked him how could he make sure that I will get all my money back. He had no clue and informed that he could only take the request. I got angry as it had happened couple of time before. I raised my voice (never used slang) and asked him to return my amount. He said I can not raise my voice and dropped my call. I called the customer care and wanted to talk to the same person but they informed that senior persons are busy and stayed for 15 minutes and had to disconnect the call (the call is always chargeable). I could not help myself to get the amount back.

                  2 I had recharged my Videocon D2h account using one third party app "freecharge". While doing the recharge it went on pending state and it did not turn up to success state for entire day. As my parents were following up for the recharge, I had gone ahead and recharged the same amount again using another third party app "Phone Pay". It went successful instantly. I was in a impression that the money will be back with in a week or so. But it did not come. While sending email to freecharge, they said there were no delay and its not pending with them. I emailed to Videocon D2h and wanted to know whether they received the amount. After a long follow-up they said they received and the amount will be added to my D2h account. But it did not happen and dropped an email again stating the current account status. They did not take pain to revert. I stopped following up.

                  3 Post Aamphan I found that no signal message is coming on the TV screen. While calling to the customer care I came to know that there are charges applicable for technician visit. I declined and requested for suspension and it worked. Within few days I received a message from the vendor side that there will be no charges applied for technician visit if the request raised within June 10th and I had called before 10th June and requested for technician visit which does not include any visiting charge and the customer care representative confirmed that the request has be submitted successfully. Today (July 8th) again I called to the customer care and wanted to know the status as it passed more that a month but they confirmed that there is no request raised against my customer ID. It is really disappointing .

                  I beg you to put your kind attention and resolve these issues. Please let me know if any additional information is required here.

                  Videocon d2h is not taking pain to respond to this issue. I think they have many issues reported from customer side. I will wait for few more days and then stop using it.

                    I get 100 sms in my plan free of cost, today i send 40 msgs but jio charged me 40 rupees from my main balance. I hv called jio customers care and mail three time to nodel officer of jio punjab but they r not able resolves my problem

                        We have videocon d2h. Connection no[protected] with mobile number [protected].in the name of k lavanya.
                        Sir. Since march 15th our network is not working only few free channels are coming entertainment are not coming for that we have send to mail to videocon for that company replied all our staff are under covid-19 leave so far not repair and also recovered our prepaid amount rs.2100. Today we have recharged for 1000 and requested through email for telugu basic package. Immediately we have received call from[protected] asked about channel selection.. I replied for that we want only basic telugu channels for rs.250. And he also accepted for put only basic telugu package. After that we have received email for that package 604 rupees which is not selected by me.

                        Sir, honesty we are and so many cheating with this d2h videocon people kindly take appropriate action for cheating the public.

                        And also they are not available on any contact number they asking only email.

                          I want to bring to your notice that we have paid rs.2500 to the independent tv for their support but those beggers neither gave proper support nor proper channel to us. Finally they shut down the company. We lost the money and those fools even did not gave us the money back. I would like to ask trai what is the initiation u r taking in order to support customers. They did not even gave the channel properly even from day one. If you also feel that we can leave it loosing money then the public also will say trai is inefficient in resolving the issues. Hope you resolve the issue asap as more than 2 yrs completed and no response.

                            This is regarding the complaint against service provider You Broadband Pvt Ltd. From the starting of this month (June 2020) we started facing issues of slow internet and connectivity issues every now and then. After a week when we started complaining about the same, they kept on delaying the repairing by saying that they have some line fixing problem so it will be resolved in couple of days. Even though on registering the complaint many times we didn't get the number anytime and kept on delaying the resolution by telling that soon the problem will be resolved. On complaining every now and then when we didn't got our problem solved we are writing you for the same and kindly make a note that we also need the extension of the services against the trouble we went through this entire month.

                              Hi,
                              My number is [protected]. I received an sms from 17863 regarding an otp. Upon checking, i learned that it is from vodafone and then checked my balance and realised that it has been deducted again without any value added services subscribed or anything else being downloaded by me. I already have an unlimeted pack valid till 8th of september so i want to know why moner from my main balance was deducted. I have been facing this issue for a very long time and now i have also connected with other consumers who are facing the same issue so that a strict action can be taken against vodafone regarding this issue. The customer service is of no help a the vodafone app is the most useless app as it doesn't function properly.
                              I have been facing this problem very frequently and every time vodafone apologizes for it but doesn't resolve the issue. I have proofs of calls to vodafone customer care and emails as well. I have also come across forums where other customers have the same complaint.
                              Hoping for a positive response and a permanent solution.

                                I get call from this number they told me they from jio office your win lucky prize contest. I replied them as your cheating me. He replied me a bad words its all happen in voice call. These types of behavior was crime please help me

                                        Dish tv charged me for 3 month valued added services (Vas) without my permission and notification for my dish tv vc no. Is [protected].

                                        When i call to dish tv customer care they told me that they activate the vas because they apply an offer without notification and without my permission. Total 2 vas services was added to my dish tv account on 26th march and there was no notification was given and neither they ask me. They deduct the vas charges from recharge amount. Before 3 days when i get got recharge reminder within 20 days from last recharge then i check what is wrong. Then i got they are charging me 117/- (Inducing gst) for 2 vas services.
                                        When i complaint against it they are giving me only 50/- like i am begging from them.

                                        This is totally cheating and fraud by dish tv and i want my full money back.
