      Dear mam or sir
      I Sanjay rawat. I want to complain for my cabel operator because in every month i paid for the those channels who I m buy. But the major issue is every month 8 to 10 days. I can't see the channels even single channel. I really don't know what is the issue but yes 8 to 10 days I paid without watching a channels. Many time I complain for my cabel operator when he come for the monthly payment. After 2 3 days i suffering form the same situation. Know i decided to change my cabel operator as well as cabel tv. My recent cabel tv is ucn cabel.

      I requested to u please cancel licence ucn cabel.

Sunday iam called to customer care iam talk to your supervisor Nirmala .iam asked her why are closed my complaint without any service she was no t given exact reason .and she taken other complaint .That Service Request No. is[protected].but still no response .iam facing very bad experience from customer service representative.Today I'm called to customer service again ur excutive her name Lavanya she is very irritating me 19 minutes my call total duration .9 minutes she was silent in call no response . Very bad services

                    Worst service ever
                    We had taken the connection from New vision cable network Mundakayam . Initially we had 1.5 TB yearly plan in which we faced internet speed issues always, therefore after multiple complaints they asked us to change the plan to a bigger one . and We changed the plan to 30 Mbps UL plan and from that moment onwards we faced interruption with internet . We have been calling these providers daily for around 4 months now and always they are either ignoring our call, and taking zero responsibility . We mentioned very clearly that the issue is with the substandard modem which was provider to us because our neighbor who has got Tenda N301 is not experiencing any difficulties like us . Even after multiple request and even visiting their office they are behaving harshly with us denying their service . Lady sitting at the office is completely ignoring us telling she don't know what is it. Here I am confused are they really at that office with zero knowledge on what they are working on .
                    After multiple calls and a single visit to our house in the name of repair, they told us to buy router if required which is again 1500 rs . Still we bought that costly router again hoping they would install optical modem at least for us . They denied our request and told us they can order it and deliver in 3 days, but then we had to pay for it . Finally we agreed to that also . We have been waiting for weeks together and now they are completely ignoring our calls . I expect your team to strictly take action against this denial of service . I am completely disappointed now. . We reported to Head Office at Trissur . No resolution from head office also .Mundakayam officers promised them to come and repair . They are denying service to us .So I would like to file a case for cheating customers, denial of service, wasting of my money and therefore stopping me from my works

                          It is with utmost pain that I am writing this mail to you. I recently ported from Vodafone to another service provider due to severe network issues.
                          During the porting on 09/10/2020 I paid Rs.1000/- in advance so that all outstanding will be cleared and I will not be liable to pay any money to VI/Vodafone.
                          On 22/10/2020 I received a bill through mail amounting Rs.2938.93/- Which means that you are charging me Rs.3938.93/- in the bill for the period.
                          I called the customer care and for me it was a shock to understand that there is an exit charge for the plan in which I was in. Rs.3000/- is the exit charges for the plan.
                          I was in Red X plan with 999 as rent. I was previously in another plan with the same rent and some of the executives called me repeatedly and forced me to change to Red X Plan telling me that I will get more benefits without any extra charges.
                          Later when I tried to port out of Vodafone I received an SMS telling there is some contractual obligation because of which I cannot port out. At that time also I spoke to the customer care executives who suggested I change to another plan and port out. That time itself I clearly said that I am not aware of any contractual obligation while taking the plan.
                          I am not aware of any contractual obligation and any charges being levied to move out of plan or port out of any network. Nobody told me or communicated this to me.
                          I request the person concerned to help me cancel these unjustified charges. At this period of CORONA when we all face salary and job cuts how can Vodafone cheat a customer like me who has been using this number for years without even a single overdues.

                          I am not going to pay this amount which is actually getting cheated from an ordinary customer like me. Please close this ASAP. I don't want VI to block my number due to this unjustifiable charge.

                          VI will try blocking my number siting me not paying this amount. I request you to help me not let this happen as my lively hood depends on this contact number. Please please help.

But they have big monopoly its very dangerious for indian citezen, i called 12t october complain no.                               Kindly consider directing Asianet Satellite communications to give an easy link in their sites to disconnect the cable tv connection. It is very easy to get a connection, but very difficult to get rid of it. They charge high amount for set top box of low quality and compel us to replace malfunctioned box by paying the same amount again and again. Otherwise they demand annual maintenance charge.

Person on a call claiming that I have won some lottery and I need to accept the payment request. and person also claiming that he is talking from "Phonepay Head office."

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      Greetings!

                                      I am quite disappointed from Videocon d2h service provider who are not able to resolve complaint from last four days.

                                      Customer ID 70994198
                                      Complaint pending from last 4 days

                                      Customer care mentioned that they won't be able to help if engineer is not able to come. Engineer called up and told that he can't come because he have other priorities. You can see the responses I'm getting from them. I called back again Customer care to that they again said they can't help in this matter.

                                      Nodal officer email and phone number both are not reachable. Also, no information of Nodal officer complaint number available in website. I found their nodal officer number from TRAI website and tried connecting that number but not reachable. Also Nodal officer email ID, email not delivered.

                                      As per consumer information, it is important that any "No Signal" issues to be resolved within 24 hours but its pending since 4 days now and no body is taking responsibility from Videocon d2h.

                                      Also, this is 4th or 5th time in a year I am facing issues with videocon d2h connection. Every time I have to pay 200 Rs service charge and problem is not resolved permanently.

                                      I hope TRAI will help us on this. Thanks and look forward.
