Videocon d2h id[protected]. Set of box is not working. I have complaint to customer care executive. They said our engineer will come and solve problem within two days. I'm waiting from one month and calling customer care executive regularly. But problem not solved since one month. They told me that if you want file complaint to TRAI go ahead. Now I want set of box repaired as soon as possible and compensation for rude behaviour and intensionally delay in repairing. Registered mob no [protected]. email.     Tisai cable operator operating in thane district.
    The above mentioned cable operator does not provide for adequate technical facility to the consumer. No prior notice was provided by the cable operator before installing the setup box about his incapacity to run continues service. Approximately every month 2 3 days after payment for cable service the operator fails to run service

    Dear sir/madam, Gtpl cable oprater collect 3 month advance payment.compalsery.that is no tri rule or regulation.and no cooperate so dth service stop.please not my complain against gtpl cable network.i hop you legal action this matter.

      I am using airtel d2h dish.
      My airtel digital tv id is: [protected]
      Name: sanket pokharna
      Mobile : [protected]

      Daily basis morning 9.30am to 10am i can't able to see any channel on that dish, i try to register complaint about this on customer care of airtel digital tv but they deny to register my complaint.

      So please help how to resolve my issue

        People were happy with cable connection provided by local person. Now no option we have to forcefully taking dth connection where for poor people its an high amount paying every month. Just for kannada channel thy are asking us to pay rs 273 per month. As per thm i even paying tht amount but every 19th days they are asking us to recharge. Its nt evn a months 19days am recharging.
        After recharge over thy are immediately suspending the connection even one day validity still pending now asking me rs 15 is late payment fees i have to pay???
        Airtel dth is looting the people money. No control on regulation. They are charging left on right how ever they wants.
        Request to please look into this issue and help people like us. Its very painful to make reacharge for every 20 days.
        Before one day of validity why should customer recharge???
        Inspire of that they are penalizing on rs 15???

          I have dish TV connection with registered mobile no. [protected],
          from last 2-3 years have pack which included all sports channel .also have kids active channel. in my account have sufficient balance also. still from last 2 days i am unable to see subscribed channel. regarding this i have complaint to costumer care 5 time every time different person replied same even i have followed there instruction still problem not resolved . i have wasted my valuable time to contact them, even they charged regularly then why should they not responding to costumer complaint. don't know how many people will be faces problem like me i think there should be someone which have all control them.

              I recharged of 4140/- for 1 year and initially my package was 350/- rs. Per month but after some time company changed my monthly package to 1150/- rs without my permission, so lot of money deducted from my tatasky account which i was payable.
              I complaint to tatasky regarding this but they are making nonsense things they said you changed your package threw your agent but i didn't contact my agent regarding package change and they said we will not refund your money.

                    Sir, during last six months we faced slow internet speed in our locality (West bengal, purba bardhaman, pin-713426) and we have complained in costumer care many times but this problem wasn't resolved. My humble offering to you is that if you give a look at this matter and help to solve this problem, then i will be grateful to you. This problem is not only my problem all the jio users living in our locality being faced this problem. All the time network corporation is very bad and there is signal strength area -110.

                      Hello i have cleared my bill with vodafone, and now my no is still not starting, i am told that trai has to send a confirmation, i request you send the confirmation of my payment cos both vodafone snd jio has confirmed about payment received, i am sealed and we have got member in hospital and not able to get update, they are telling once you give intimation they will start, i request you to start.

                        I have been complaining from last month that i am not getting correct internet speed.
                        Though it was told that i will get 40 mbps, but i am getting only 4 mbps that is also not stable.

                        I have complained two times in siti broadband customer portal also.

                        Their executive is calling and telling we will take care, but still issue is not resolved yet.

                          Service request no.[protected] raised with bharti airtel due to no internet connection. This request was raised on 3rd september 2020 but stil no action is taken from there end. When followed up on this request recived feedback on ivr call that this will be resolved in next 5-6 hours, but no action in taken. Request you to please take actions against service provider.

                            I am a Siti Broadband customer from Kolkata, what Siti charging for a plan giving us exactly the half speed, Siti capped their speed and this is very disturbing.We are paying full fees to Siti but Siti giving us Half service.I would like to let you know this is happening to entire kolkata in Siti network so please take action against Siti Broadband and please try to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                              my internet speed is very slow - kerala vision broadband

                              For couple of days i am raising a complaint that my internet speed is very slow while working in vm.

                              I don't think it is a problem from kerala vision and i do have strong reasons with proof to believe.

                              My connection is subscribed under 100mbps plan which comes under kottayam noc wherein i am getting a variable speed of 5 to 6 mbps inside the vm.

                              My father in law has same kerala vision broadband...

                                This is to bring to your notice that Vodafone has intentionally
                                postponed, rejected my porting even after paying the bills.

                                I have applied for porting more than 10 times and it got rejected for outstanding amount. During port your company should send the outstanding message
                                pending to clear for successful porting and its not been sent. I
                                followed up with your customer support team to no use as one executive at Vodafone store, plot no. 3 ground floor sbi colony, outer ring road, paschim vihar, New Delhi-110063(STAFF NAME :- VIVEK) also misbehave with my father (his age is 55+). Now your so customer support team (or rather I can say
                                Customer Careless Team) said they retention team had a
                                miscommunication with them hence the delay. My porting has been
                                rejected 9-10 times intentionally.

                                I wanted to clarify
                                with Customer Support about my port issue & I was put on hold for an HOUR Plus as the so
                                called supervision was on an other call. I am sure my call was never
                                tranferred to anyone and simply put on hold. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL
                                CUSTOMER CARE.

                                & then they start saying that your numbers are in family pack...first you've to remove them from family pack which MR. VIVEK @ Vodafone store has already do. He already remove my no. From family pack so that I can apply for port.
                                All I want to say is they're just fooling us by giving us new new excuses.
                                Some are saying you can't port bcoz of outstanding amount which is all clear till today & some are saying your no. Is in family pack which is already removed from family pack on 6/8/2020.

                                Called YOUR Customer Care and they said it takes 72 working hours to generate UPC and I need to reapply for
                                port.. R U SERIOUS… Again the same old story of pro-rate basis
                                charges would arise and again you guys would intentionally reject my
                                port request .. This has been happening for more than 7-8days now…

                                Vodafone knows to generate inappropriate / excess bills based on the
                                customer payment records. This has been a complaint with my friends
                                and colleagues also.

                                Very Disappointing Service & Pathetic Service provider.. (Dont

                                  My jio mobile connection no [protected] has not been properly working since insert new mob samsung a21s despite many complains to call center and local authorities but nothing has been done.

                                  Jio worst service provider...poor signal strength, signal quality... Fluctuating network...un able to access internet seamlessly..
                                  Even unable to send a text message through whatapp in evening time...pages loading and loading...cant think about youtube / online streaming..
                                  only can access internet in mid night
                                  Even a 2g service provider provides more spewd that so-called jio4g.
                                  Is there any rule for jio usesr that they can only access internet in mid night ??
                                  Really disappointed..

                                  I have already inform my concern to customer care.. dropped so many emails to appellate authority but it seems they are mute spectator to all this...why?? Why are you so care less about improving your sevices..
                                  If we cant access internet properly then why we stay in JIO ?

                                  There is no problem in my hand set as after inserting AIRTEL, idea sim i get amazing data speed . Realy awesome..

                                  Also problem in voice calling too...

                                  So, humble request to you to fix the issue so that we can access internet seamlessly and can enjoy hd calling...

                                    Already 23 days passed, but the jiofiber connection installation is still pending.

                                    As discussed with sohail rana (Sohail. [protected]@ril.com) over the phone last week august 5th 2020, he promised that the connection would be installed within august 8th 2020, however it has not been installed yet.

                                    Please help for the same.
