I am using airtel d2h dish.

Daily basis morning 9.30am to 10am i can't able to see any channel on that dish, i try to register complaint about this on customer care of airtel digital tv but they deny to register my complaint.

So please help how to resolve my issue...

Though it was told that i will get 40 mbps, but i am getting only 4 mbps that is also not stable.

When followed up on this request recived feedback on ivr call that this will be resolved in next 5-6 hours, but no action in taken. Request you to please take actions against service provider....

For couple of days i am raising a complaint that my internet speed is very slow while working in vm.

I don't think it is a problem from kerala vision and i do have strong reasons with proof to believe.

My connection is subscribed under 100mbps plan which comes under kottayam noc wherein i am getting a variable speed of 5 to 6 mbps inside the vm.
